摘要：Frequency selective surfaces (FSSs) have been successfully used in constructing microwave absorbers which demonstrate the ability of modifying and improving its absorbing performances. In this paper, microwave absorber based on ferromagnetic nano-films has been proposed and investigated with a structure similar to that of the Salisbury screen except that the resistive sheet is replaced by FSS of square patch array of the nano-film. We have explored the FSS absorber from three aspects: equivalent circuit model, electromagnetic full-wave simulation and the actual sample measurement. By carefully tuning the patch size, the thickness of the dielectric spacer and the specification of the ferromagnetic nano-film, we obtain the optimized performance of broadband microwave absorbing. Due to the light weight of the nano-films, the proposed absorbers can achieve an ultra-low surface density less than 0.25 kg/m2.

摘要：InAs/GaSb type-II superlattce (T2SL) photodetector structures at the MWIR regime were grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The growth temperature and group-V soaking times were optimized with respect to interface and transport quality. Novel strain compensation schemes with insertion of InSb layers were proposed and tested to be efficient to tune the overall strain between tensile and compressive without degradation of interface and optical quality. The effect of the proposed methods is modeled by analytic functions.? Band structure calculations were also carried out for the proposed T2SL structures to assist optimizing sample designs. Single pixel photodiodes with a low dark current were demonstrated.

摘要：In this paper, a design optimization for the reinforced concrete plane frame structure has been done in order to minimize the cost of the concrete and steel for beams and columns by adopting the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) computational model trough the NeuroShell-2 software program. The design procedure conforms to the ACI-318-08 Code. The variables used for design optimization are the width, depth and the area of reinforced steel, including longitudinal reinforcement and shear reinforcement. A three-bay two-story RC frame is modeled with selecting different span length and different load cases. Acceptable design results are obtained from more than 50 examples which are subjected to all the constraints of the ACI Code, using different cross-section sizes and these results are used to train the NeuroShell-2 program. The results obtained demonstrate the efficiency of the ANN procedure for the multi story RC frame design.

摘要：库尔特原理是微粒检测的一种标准技术,而微纳尺度微孔的制造是库尔特原理的关键部分.本文采用聚焦离子束(FIB)技术进行固态微孔的加工,并自行设计搭建基于FPGA的测试平台对加工出的微孔进行检测.测试结果表明:采用该技术加工的固态微孔能够产生基准电流信号,但是基准信号会随时间变化,且随着输入电压的变化呈非线性变化.

摘要：结合CSR底部砰击载荷作用下PSM最大剪力计算的规范公式,基于梁理论推导出PSM最大剪力的计算公式。以某型成品油船为例,分别采用规范公式法、梁理论法和梁系软件,计算底部砰击载荷作用下船底实肋板的最大剪力,比较3种方法的计算结果,分析其适用性,认为规范公式法和梁理论法只适用于单跨梁结构的PSM,梁系软件可适用于不同复杂程度的PSM;规范公式法计算的结果较保守,梁理论和梁系软件计算的结果接近,建议单跨梁结构的PSM采用本文推导的公式计算,复杂的PSM采用梁系软件或者三维有限元软件计算。
