摘要：The first Chinese Mars exploration will fulfill the goals of ＂orbiting, landing and roving＂ in one mission. This paper briefly describes the process of international Mars exploration and analyzes the development of Chinese Mars exploration. It focuses on introducing the scientific significance and engineering difficulties of Mars exploration, and provides an overview of the system design of the probe, including the flight profile, the preliminary selection of the landing site, the entry, descent and landing （also known as EDL） process. Four types of key technologies, including telecommunications, autonomous control, the EDL process, and its structure and mechanism, are detailed in this paper. Finally, the paper highlights the expected scientific and engineering results of the mission.

摘要：A robust tree-ring-width chronology was developed from two Pinus tabulaeformis sampling sites in the source of the Fenhe River,Shanxi Province,*** on the tree-ring-width indices,a 157-year long Palmer Drought Severity Index(PDSI) was reconstructed,which explains 53.7% of the variance of the modeled PDSI over the common period *** drought periods in the study area include 1914-1931 and 1970 to the present,whereas the wet periods were 1866-1892 and *** drought of 1914-1931 was a severe long-lasting drought with a low inter-annual variability,and the drought of 1970-2009 was an overall long-term drought with a high inter-annual *** period of 1866-1892 is a continuously wet period with a low inter-annual variability and the period of 1932-1969 is an overall long-term wet period with a high inter-annual *** reconstructed PDSI series in the source of the Fenhe River shows synchronous variations with the regional drought/wetness *** correlation analyses indicate that the higher correlations lie exclusively in the Fenhe River *** indicates that the reconstructed PDSI has regional representativeness and can represent the drought history of the entire Fenhe River Basin to some ***,the reconstructed PDSI matches with the variability of the per unit yield of summer grain crops in Shanxi Province very well and they have significant *** a long-term perspective the reconstructed PDSI series could supply scientific and valuable information to the water resources management and then help the sustainable development in agricultural production,economic development,and ecosystem balance.

摘要：This article summarizes the main results and findings of studies conducted by Chinese scientists in the past five years. It is shown that observed climate change in china bears a strong similarity with the global average. The country-averaged annual mean surface air temperature has increased by 1.1℃ over the past 50 years and 0.5-0.8℃ over the past 100 years, slightly higher than the global temperature increase for the same periods. Northern china and winter have experienced the greatest increases in surface air temperature. Although no significant trend has been found in country-averaged annual precipitation, interdecadal variability and obvious trends on regional scales are detectable, with northwestern china and the mid and lower Yangtze River basin having undergone an obvious increase, and North china a severe drought. Some analyses show that frequency and magnitude of extreme weather and climate events have also undergone significant changes in the past 50 years or so. Studies of the causes of regional climate change through the use of climate models and consideration of various forcings, show that the warming of the last 50 years could possibly be attributed to an increased atmospheric concentration of greenhouse gases, while the temperature change of the first half of the 20th century may be due to solar activity, volcanic eruptions and sea surface temperature change. A significant decline in sunshine duration and solar radiation at the surface in eastern china has been attributed to the increased emission of pollutants. Projections of future climate by models of the NCC （National Climate Center, china Meteorological Administration） and the IAP （Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences）, as well as 40 models developed overseas, indicate a potential significant warming in china in the 21st century, with the largest warming set to occur in winter months and in northern china. Manifest in its guidelines was a concept that the developed world has traditionally and freely acknowledged, but that china has only recently become an acquaintance with. Specifically, the plan labels innovation as one of its focus areas, with a goal to move up in the value chain of global economic powers by abandoning old heavy industry and building up bases of modern information-intensive infrastructure. These objectives are to be facilitated by actions which include the strengthening of intellectual property rights protection and enforcement and represents another notch on china＇ s growing shelf of advancements in the area. This paper will discuss the current state of china＇s intellectual property legal framework, the increasing awareness amongst Chinese leadership to bolster the framework and the barriers which will inevitably form in the eye of progress. 摘要：The projections of climate changes in china for the 21st century by about 40climate scenarios and multi-model ensembles have been investigated in this research. All the modelswith the different scenarios project a warming of 1.2℃ to 9.2℃ in china by the end of 21stcentury. Most of the projections point show the increasing of precipitation in china for the 21stcentury.
