摘要：This paper introduces the structure and principle of a surface-mount high-precision temperature compensation crystal oscillator,and specifically describes the reliability design of a quartz-crystal resonator used inside the surface-mount temperature compensation crystal oscillator,the reliability design of surface-mount ceramic base and the reliability design of hybrid ***,the thermal and mechanical simulation results and the experimental verification of this surface-mount temperature compensation crystal oscillator are provided,which prove that this crystal oscillator has high reliability.

摘要：InAs/GaSb type-II superlattce (T2SL) photodetector structures at the MWIR regime were grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The growth temperature and group-V soaking times were optimized with respect to interface and transport quality. Novel strain compensation schemes with insertion of InSb layers were proposed and tested to be efficient to tune the overall strain between tensile and compressive without degradation of interface and optical quality. The effect of the proposed methods is modeled by analytic functions.? Band structure calculations were also carried out for the proposed T2SL structures to assist optimizing sample designs. Single pixel photodiodes with a low dark current were demonstrated.

摘要：A major motivation for this work is to investigate a method of computer simulation for compensating fixed pattern noise of the infrared focal plane arrays. A mathematical model of the output signal of focal plane array was established; a compensating algorithm utilizing reference source was derived and simulating programs were designed. The images of compensating process verify the influence of nonuniformity of responsibility and offset on fixed pattern noise. The result show that simulating method of investigating compensation technology for focal plane arrays is feasible, the generated images and methods can be used to the study of image recognition.

摘要：主要提出了一种新型的适于集成的模拟温度补偿晶体振荡器(ATCXO)的设计方案,并详细介绍了这种ATCXO的构成和补偿原理,它不仅可以很好的改善相位噪声,而且体积小适合于集成,以及批量生产。在移动通信领域,特别是在移动通信手机中可以获得广泛应用。初步的实验结果表明:经过补偿后的振荡器在温度范围为0℃～+70℃的频率-温度稳定度可达±1.5×10-6。

摘要：The balance of the interests between the relative civil subjects is not only the essential basis for establishing the tort liability law with justice,but also a key approach to resolving many theoretical disputes in the lawmaking process. On the basis of insisting on the theory of balancing interests in the lawmaking process,the author analyzes the basic contradiction regulated by the tort liability law and the conflicts of general and specific interests in the tort liability law field. Certain suggestions for system design are made by the author in this article.
