摘要：In design of flexure mechanism, diminishing the parasitic-motion is a key point to improve the accuracy. However, most of existing topics concentrate on improving the accuracy of linear-motion flexure mechanisms via compensating the parasitic error, but few research the multi-dimensional flexure mechanisms. A general design principle and method for high-precision flexure mechanisms based on the parasitic-motion compensation is presented, and the proposed method can compensate the parasitic rotation in company with translation, or the parasitic translation in company with rotation, or both. The crucial step for the method is that the parasitic motion of a flexure mechanism is formulated and evaluated in terms of its compliance. The overall compliance matrix of a general flexure mechanism is formulated by using screw theory firstly, then the criteria for the parasitic motions is introduced by analyzing the characteristics of the resultant compliance matrix as well as with aid of the concept of instantaneous rotation center. Subsequently, a compliance-based compensation approach for reducing parasitic-motion is addressed as the most important part. The design principles and procedure are further discussed to help with improving the accuracy of flexure mechanisms, and case studies are provided to illustrate this method. Finally, an analytical verification is provided to demonstrate that the symmetry design philosophy widely used in flexure design can effectively improve accuracy in terms of the proposed method. The proposed compensation method can be well used to diminish the parasitic-motion of multi-dimensional flexure mechanisms.

摘要：InAs/GaSb type-II superlattce (T2SL) photodetector structures at the MWIR regime were grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The growth temperature and group-V soaking times were optimized with respect to interface and transport quality. Novel strain compensation schemes with insertion of InSb layers were proposed and tested to be efficient to tune the overall strain between tensile and compressive without degradation of interface and optical quality. The effect of the proposed methods is modeled by analytic functions.? Band structure calculations were also carried out for the proposed T2SL structures to assist optimizing sample designs. Single pixel photodiodes with a low dark current were demonstrated.

摘要：A major motivation for this work is to investigate a method of computer simulation for compensating fixed pattern noise of the infrared focal plane arrays. A mathematical model of the output signal of focal plane array was established; a compensating algorithm utilizing reference source was derived and simulating programs were designed. The images of compensating process verify the influence of nonuniformity of responsibility and offset on fixed pattern noise. The result show that simulating method of investigating compensation technology for focal plane arrays is feasible, the generated images and methods can be used to the study of image recognition.

摘要：In a three phase power system, the voltages at the generation side are in sinusoidal and equal in magnitude with 120? phase difference between the phases. However, at the load side voltages may become unbalanced due to unequal voltage magnitudes at the fundamental frequency, phase angle deviations or unequal distribution of single phase loads. The voltage unbalance is a major power quality issue, because a small unbalance in the phase voltages can cause a larger unbalance in the phase currents. A completely balanced three-phase three wire system contains only positive sequence components of voltage, current and impedance, whereas unbalanced system contains both positive and negative sequence components of voltages and currents. The negative sequence component of current in the unbalanced system increases the temperature and losses in the equipments. Hence, it is necessary to mitigate this problem by supplying the negative sequence current to the load at the load side and keep the source side balanced. This paper proposes the shunt connected, current injecting Distribution Static Synchronous Compensator (DSTATCOM) with appropriate controller to mitigate the unbalanced load current. The symmetrical components based Hysteresis Current Controller (HCC) is designed for DSTATCOM to diminish the unbalances in a three-phase three-wire system. The performance of the controller is studied by simulating the entire system in the MATLAB/Simulink environment. The DSTATCOM with HCC is found to be better than other controllers because it is suitable for compensating both balanced and unbalanced loads.

摘要：固定串联电容器补偿装置(fixed series compensation,FSC)通常是在特高压交流变电站内较为复杂电磁环境中应用和运行,因此在设计阶段需对FSC整体成套设备运行电场强度进行合理评估。为此,文章运用有限元三维立体软件Ansys进行工频电场模拟计算,仿真计算数据对设计方案优化提供了必要的参考,使得优化后的方案工频电场可以满足电场强度设计要求。
