摘要：Eco-tourism theories were taken as the instruction in this study,qualitative and quantitative research methods were also combined to investigate and conduct questionnaire processing to nearby residents of 10 eco-tourism scenic areas in south Shaanxi Province,so as to quantify and evaluate the various effects at different levels of eco-tourism development on tourism destinations in this ***,the quantitative value and weight value of economic,social and environmental effects were utilized to quantify,analyze and evaluate the comprehensive effects generated by eco-tourism development in south Shaanxi *** was found that the comprehensive effects were 'good',however,these 3 kinds of effects have not been coordinated well,thus the characteristics and requirements of eco-tourism have not been well demonstrated.

摘要：To disclose problems of the Ring Park in Hefei City (the park around the inner city of Hefei, Anhui Province), propose reasonable renovation plans and discuss its future development trend, this study investigates the park through field investigation, questionnaire survey and interview. Through exploring development background and history of the park, it is proposed that the park has no sufficient service facilities but potential dangers, some of its vegetation is destroyed and water quality is greatly reduced, then comprehensive solutions are given as:to improve service facilities by organizing pedestrian and traffic flow in the park and setting the city ring buses; to reduce potential safety hazards by enhancing crime control and daily safety control within the park; to improve the overall eco-environment of the park by renovating its water and embankment, maintaining and adjusting vegetations. Prospects of regional tourism development and conceptions for the further development of this park are proposed, and the authors suggest that more scenic spots should be created and tourist routes reasonably organized.

摘要：This paper presents an adaptive Under Frequency Load Shedding scheme based on Wide Area Measurement System. Due to the lack of enough adaptability to the operation state of the system, the traditional successive approximation under frequency load shedding method will cause excessive cut or undercut problems inevitably. This method consists first in a comprehensive weight index including load characteristics and inertias of generators. Then active-power deficit calculation based on the Low-order Frequency Response Model, concerning the effect of voltage was put forward. Finally, a dynamic correction of the load shedding amount was proposed to modify the scheme. This approach was applied to IEEE-39 system and the simulation results indicated that the proposed method was effective in reducing the load shedding amount as well as the frequency recovery time.

摘要：针对摩擦离合器设计参数诸多的不确定性,以结构尺寸最小为优化目标,采用模糊综合评判方法,确定出最佳水平截集值,并运用Matlab优化工具进行优化。优化结果表明不同的水平截集值对优化结果影响较大,该结论为离合器优化设计提供了一定的理论基础。
