摘要：This paper presents a different approach of Intermediate Frequency (IF) amplifier using 0.18 μm MIETEC technology channel length of MOSFET Darlington transistors. In contrast to Bipolar conventional Darlingtonpair, a MOSFET Darlington configuration is employed to reduce supply voltage (VDD) and DC consumption power (Pc). The frequency response parameters of the proposed design such as bandwidth, gain bandwidth product, input/output noises and noise figure (NF) are improved in proposed (IF) amplifier. Moreover, a dual-input and dual-output (DIDO) IF amplifier constructed from two symmetrical single input and single output (SISO) (IF) amplifier is proposed too. The idea is to achieve improved bandwidth, and flat response, because these parameters are very important in high frequency applications. Simulation results that obtained by P-SPICE program are 1.2 GHz Bandwidth (BW), 3.4 GHz (gain bandwidth product), 0.5 mW DC consumption power (Pc) and the low total output noise is 12 nV with 1.2 V single supply voltage.

摘要：The paper describes research aimed at developing a configuration system to support theconceptual design of mechanical fasteners. A prototype configuration system has been developedwhich allows designers to interactively configure fastener designs using geometric and functionalicons , freely without regard to physical constraints, with the aim of forming candidate *** designs are then passed to the qualitative modeller which uses qualrtative reasoningtechniques to evaluate the configuration. Supporting the above design procedure is a knowledgebase which contains object descriptions of fasteners and fastener features (given in terms ofgeometry, function, performance, material,installation). Design rules (expressing spatial andcasual relationships of fastener features),which are required during the evaluation of candidatefastener configurations, are also contained in the knowledge base.

摘要：A conceptual design study of the HL-2M facility has shown that one can create not only a standard single-null divertor configuration on it,but also a second-order null(snowflake(SF))*** the SF divertor,the magnetic flux expansion closes to the separatrix and exceeds that of the standard configuration by more than a factor of 4 at the outer *** heat load at the divertor targets of this innovative configuration has been investigated by using *** is shown that the heat load it targets is different from that of the standard *** a result of the magnetic flux expansion,the peak heat load reduces and does not concentrate on a small area near the *** heat load profile becomes flat as compared to the standard *** the upstream density is 2.0×10^(19)/m^(3) with 10 MW heating power flowing into the SOL/divertor regions,the peak load at the outer divertor is 1.64 MW/m^(2) for the SF divertor,but it is 3.2 MW/m^(2) for the standard divertor,so the SF divertor can mitigate the heat load at the divertor targets when HL-2M operates at low plasma density and high heating power.

摘要：This paper summaries the investigations on natural flyers and development of bio-mimetic micro air vehicles(MAVs)at NUAA,China,where the authors have led a group to conduct research for a decade. The investigations include the studies of low Reynolds number aerodynamics,unsteady computational fluid dynamics and flight control for the fixed-wing MAVs,the bird-like MAVs,the dragonfly-like MAVs and the bee-like MAVs.

摘要：Seven distributors with different configurations are designed and optimized by constructal approach. Their flow distribution performance and energy dissipation are investigated and compared by computational fluid dynamics （CFD） simulation. The reliability of CFD simulation is verified by experiments on the distributor that has all distributing rectangle channels on a plate. The results show that the symmetry of the distributing channels has decisive influence on the performance of flow distribution. Increasing the generations of channel branching will improve the flow distribution uniformity, but on the other hand increase the energy dissipation. Among all the seven constructal distributors, the distributor that has dichotomy configuration, Y-type junctions and straight interconnecting channels, is recommended for its better flow distribution performance and less energy dissipation.

摘要：Organization forms, components, spatial scales and configuration principles of settlement landscapes in ancient Xianshi Town, Zigong City of Sichuan Province were investigated and analyzed. Specifically, overall layout and organization forms were elaborated; spatial components of settlement landscapes were discussed from the perspectives of exterior open landscape space, interior enclosed landscape space, and transitional landscape space; factors influencing the scale of streets, lanes and buildings were introduced, spatial scales of major streets and buildings in the town were calculated; and finally configuration principles of settlement landscapes in the town were proposed from the perspectives of rhythm and sense, symmetry and balance, diversity and unification. And it was concluded that settlement landscapes in ancient Xianshi Town have achieved the harmony between human and nature in terms of both organization of overall spaces and design of partial spaces.

According to the new design, draught burners with automatic control system shall be used to eliminate problems encountered during application of original burner. In addition to implement automatic control of combustion processes, the new system may minimize labor intensity and enhance safety of facilities.

摘要：基于机组甩负荷工况下变顶高尾水系统尾水管进口处真空度的计算公式,推导出保证尾水管进口满足真空度要求的顶坡计算分析公式。在机组甩负荷后明渠最大负涌浪以及安全顶坡分析公式的基础上,提出了变顶高尾水洞体形设计的程序性定量化方法,从而可对变顶高尾水洞的体形进行定量化的分析设计。由顶坡坡度分析公式所获得的计算结果与物理模型实验结果进行了比较,表明该公式是合理的。这些结果和方法可以方便地应用于工程初步设计。
