摘要：As a core part of the electronic warfare(EW) system,de-interleaving is used to separate interleaved radar signals. The de-interleaving algorithm based on the fuzzy adaptive resonance theory(fuzzy ART) is plagued by the problems of premature saturation and performance improving dilemma. This study proposes a dual fuzzy vigilance ART(DFV-ART) algorithm to address these problems and make the following improvements. Firstly, a correction method is introduced to prevent the network from prematurely saturating;then, the fuzzy vigilance models(FVM) are constructed to replace the conventional vigilance parameter, reducing the error probability in the overlapping region;finally, a dual vigilance mechanism is introduced to solve the performance improving dilemma. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could improve the clustering accuracy(quantization error dropped60%) and the de-interleaving performance(clustering quality increased by 10%) while suppressing the excessive proliferation of categories.

摘要：Resistance to malaria parasites has quickly developed to almost all used antimalarial drugs. Cysteine protease falcipain-2(FP-2) and Plasmodium falciparum dihydrofolate reductase(PfDHFR) have crucial roles, which are absolutely necessary, in the parasite life cycle. In this study, based on the uniform pharmacophores of reported PfDHFR inhibitors and the first-generation dual inhibitors against FP-2 and PfDHFR, we identified a novel series of dual inhibitors through fragments assembly. Lead optimization led to the identification of 14, which showed potent inhibition against FP-2 and PfDHFR enzyme(IC_(50)= 6.8 + 1.8 mmol/L and IC_(50)= 8.8 + 0.3 mmol/L) and P. falciparum 3D7 strain(IC50= 2.9mmol/L).Additionally, 14 exhibited more potent inhibition to the proliferation of chloroquine-resistant *** Dd2 strain(IC_(50)= 1.1 mmol/L) than pyrimethamine(IC_(50)>10 mmol/L), and 14 displayed micromolar inhibitory activities against two clinical isolated strains Fab9(IC_(50)= 2.6 mmol/L) and GB4(IC_(50)= 1.0 mmol/L). Collectively, these data demonstrated that 14 might be a good lead compound for the treatment of malaria.

摘要：A harmonic diffractive element (HDE) is first successfully introduced to the athermal system of infrared dual band in this paper. In this system, there are only three lens and two materials, silicon and germanium. When the temperature ranges from 70℃ to 100℃ in the dual band, it can simultaneously accomplish the rectification of the longitudinal aberration in the big field of view, as well as the wave front aberration less than 1/4 wavelength. Modulation transfer function of dual band approaches or attains the diffraction limit. The calculation results show that the spec-tral properties of the HDE are between refractive and dif-fractive elements, so we can design a simple dual-band and athermal optical system by selecting the thickness and cen-tral wavelength of the HDE exactly. Compared with a con-ventional refractive optical system, this system not only re-duces the demand for high technical levels, but also has a compact structure, few elements, a high transmittance better aberrations performances and athermal character. At the same time, the use of the HDE also offers a new element for the infrared optics design.

摘要：dual band bandpass filter is designed and optimized for RF wireless applications. The performances of that RF dual band filter are improved especially parameters describing the insertion loss, return losses and rejection. dual-band bandpass filter using stub loaded resonators is designed and characterized. Theoretical results are compared with experimental data. This comparison shows that the magnitude of reflection coefficient S11 from ADSTM simulation is better than 28.0 dB, and the insertion loss S21 is less than 0.5 dB. The two rejections are also better than 32.0 dB. The simulated results also show that two central frequencies are located at desired 1.82 and 2.95 GHz. Comparison of measured and simulated results shows frequency drift. The main reason for this frequency shifting is due to some uncertainties. These are obviously due to geometrical and physical parameters H and εr respectively of Duroid substrate used during design and measurements.

摘要：为了考察自行设计的微波萃取器是否符合连续生产时流体流动的要求 ,用激光多普勒测速仪测定了该萃取器内流体的轴向速度和切向速度 ,得到流体轴向速度和切向速度在内外环隙不同层数间的分布 ;考察了流体轴向速度在不同旋转度θ上的分布 ,讨论了入口流速Q的影响 ,并将测得的数据用Matlab软件编程绘出二维和三维图 .将初步设计的微波萃取器的实验数据图与PHOENICS软件模拟的流场分布图作比较 ,两者吻合较好 .利用PHOENICS软件对两次改进设计的微波萃取器作流场模拟和分析 ,得到两次改进设计对流场分布有较大影响 .第 2次改进设计使其内筒呈锥台 ,既能有效地吸收微波能 ,又能使流体内部形成大漩涡 .

摘要：高级超维场转换技术(Advanced Super Dimension Switch,简称ADS)是以宽视角技术为代表的核心技术统称,其显示模式过大的存储电容(C_(st))成为限制dual Gate GOA 4K TV应用的主要因素。在较短的充电时间内,像素为了维持相同的充电率,需要降低C_(st)。本文采用一种双条形电极ADS结构(dual Slit ADS),其中像素电极与公共电极交叠区域形成ADS结构,像素电极与公共电极间隔区域形成共面转换(IPS)结构,通过减少像素电极与公共电极的交叠面积,起到降低ADS模式C_(st)的目的。模拟结果表明:当ADS显示模式采用dual Slit ADS设计时,像素的C_(st)可以下降30%~40%。实验结果表明:采用Low Cst Pixel ADS设计时,VGH Margin可以增大2.5 V,但受到像素电极和公共电极的对位影响,透过率下降5%。
