摘要：The software system, hardware system and performance principle of the gas detector were briefly described. A new method was developed for orientating and cali- brating the instrument. The method shows excellence in automation and intelligence, and presents simpler and more reliable new method for orientating and calibrating the nominal physical quantity of the nonlinear sensor.

摘要：In order to raise the detection precision of the extended binary phase shift keying （EBPSK） receiver, a detector based on the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm （IMPSO） and the BP neural network is designed. First, the characteristics of EBPSK modulated signals and the special filtering mechanism of the impacting filter are demonstrated. Secondly, an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on the logistic chaos disturbance operator and the Cauchy mutation operator is proposed, and the EBPSK detector is designed by utilizing the IMPSO-BP neural network. Finally, the simulation of the EBPSK detector based on the MPSO-BP neural network is conducted and the result is compared with that of the adaptive threshold-based decision, the BP neural network, and the PSO-BP detector, respectively. Simulation results show that the detection performance of the EBPSK detector based on the IMPSO-BP neural network is better than those of the other three detectors.

摘要：Cylindrical coplanar-grid configurations,which offer a lot of advantages over established designs,can effectively overcome the problem of poor hole *** element analysis is utilized for simulating the potential distribution of the cylindrical coplanar-grid detector under different models by varying the widths of grid and pitch of electrodes. In addition, a modified grid pattern has been discussed to improve the weighting potential match between two grids. In this way, the geometry of electrodes for cylindrical coplanar-grid detectors is optimized.

摘要：The streak camera is an ultra-fast diagnostic instrument with high sensitivity, and a high temporal and spatial resolution. It is primarily employed in various scientific research, such as inertial confinement fusion(ICF),synchrotron light sources, and electron–positron *** automatic control system for an X-ray streak camera is presented in this paper. The output terminal of an analogto-digital converter was isolated from its input terminal, to reduce interference from high-voltage electrodes. Compared with traditional methods, this scheme also improved the internal electromagnetic interface immunity. Therefore,the system stability was enhanced. With this optimized control system, some characterizations of the streak camera were measured. Static and dynamic spatial resolutions of 25 and 20 lp/mm(CTF = 20%), respectively, were obtained. In addition, a dynamic range of 552:1 and a temporal resolution of 7.3 ps were achieved. The results confirmed that these characterizations are sufficient for the specifications derived from the diagnostic requirements of ICF.

摘要：In this paper, the design of a novel low-noise front-end readout circuit for Cadmium zinc telluride (CdZnTe) X-ray and γ-ray detectors is described. The front-end readout circuits include the charge sensitive amplifier (CSA) and the CR-RC shaper is implemented in TSMC 0.35 μm mixed-signal CMOS technology. The die size of the prototype chip is 4.9 mm × 2.2 mm. The simulation results show that, the noise performance is 46 electrons + 10 electrons/pF, and power consumption is 1.65 mW per channel.

摘要：Moving target detection （MTD） technique is designed to filtering out the clutters. The basis of the MTD digital signal processor is a bank of Doppler filters designed using FFT algorithm. For high pulse repetition frequency （HPRF）, it leads to a long time calculations and great complexity in hardware implementation. Frequency domain detector is represented by Welch method Realized Doppler filters bank which will reduce the time calculation. The proposed method enhances the target detection capabilities by providing higher detection probabilities or lower false alarm rates. The performance of the two systems, the traditional MTD-I and Welch method are compared from the viewpoint of probability of detection （Pd）, probability of false alarm （Pfa）. Computer simulation results are presented to support the superiority of the proposed technique.
