摘要：Geometric design of forest roads and design of their landscapes can reduce noise pollution and its harmful effects on human health. We investigated the effects of technical and biological parameters such as geometric road design and various roadside tree stands on reducing noise pollution according to the tree density and distance from roadway in Darabkola Forests, Sari, Iran. We recorded the noise generated by a car （Land Rover） relative to changes in longitudinal slope, horizontal curve radius and type of road pavement. We also measured noise levels according to roadside tree density and stand type （coniferous and hardwood） in 40 rectangular plots of three widths （25, 100 and 300 m） and 50 m length that were randomly demar- cated along forest roads. The changes in noise level were recorded using a decibel meter with an accuracy of q-1.5 dB and resolution of 0.1 dB. Noise levels were higher alongside unpaved roads than alongside paved roads. There was an inverse relationship between the measured noise level and horizontal curve radius. The rate of noise level on horizontal curve with a radius less than 30, 30-45 m and more than 45 m were 64.8, 70.8 and 75.9 dB, respectively. The noise level increased with the increasing longitudinal slope of the road. There was a significant difference between the noise level on slopes less than 3 % （67 dB） and 3-8 % （71.2 dB） in comparison with slopes greater than 8 % （77.8 dB）, （p 〈 0.05）. Pinus brutia L. reduced the noise level more （about 6 dB） in stands of 1/3 density of mixed hardwoods within 25 m from middle of the road. Careful design of geometric properties of forest roads as well as planting coniferous trees with hardwoods is a suitable solution for reducing noise pollution.

摘要：A new concept of rare axis based on statistical facts is proposed, and an evaluation algorithm is designed thereafter. For the nested regular expressions containing rare axes, the proposed algorithm can reduce its evaluation complexity from polynomial time to nearly linear time. The distributed technique is also employed to construct the navigation axis indexes for resource description framework(RDF) graph data. Experiment results in Drug Bank and Bio GRID show that this method can improve the query efficiency significantly while ensuring the accuracy and meet the query requirements on Web-scale RDF graph data.

摘要：为了有效评价测量响应中不确定性对结构参量识别结果的影响,提出一种基于λ概率密度函数(Probability distribution function,PDF)和一次二阶矩的不确定性计算反求方法。采用二次衍生λ-PDF对待识不确定性参量的PDF进行建模。内层通过对参量呈λ-PDF的功能函数采用一次二阶矩法进行正问题求解,得到计算响应的概率分布;外层通过最小化测量响应与计算响应之间的概率分布特征量将不确定性反问题转化为确定性的最优化问题,并用隔代映射遗传算法识别未知参量λ-PDF的参数。本方法不仅有效地实现了结构未知参量PDF的估计,而且与传统基于抽样的统计方法相比,计算效率较高。数值算例和工程应用验证了本方法的可行性和有效性。

摘要：This study develops a multivariate eco-hydrological risk-assessment framework based on the multivari-ate copula method in order to evaluate the occurrence of extreme eco-hydrological events for the Xiangxi River within the Three Gorges Reservoir （TGR） area in China. Parameter uncertainties in marginal distri-butions and dependence structure are quantified by a Markov chain Monte Carlo （MCMC） algorithm. Uncertainties in the joint return periods are evaluated based on the posterior distributions. The proba- bilistic features of bivariate and multivariate hydrological risk are also characterized. The results show that the obtained predictive intervals bracketed the observations well, especially for flood duration. The uncertainty for the joint return period in ＂AND＂ case increases with an increase in the return period for univariate flood variables. Furthermore, a low design discharge and high service time may lead to high bivariate hydrological risk with great uncertainty.

摘要：In this paper, we study an innovative multiple access scheme that exploits the intrinsic properties of the wireless envi- ronment to improve the multiuser environment, so-called Channel Division Multiple Access (ChDMA) focusing on spectral efficiency analysis and system performance. In particular, we show that Simultaneous multiuser accessing to a common destination is made possible by considering the channel impulse response (CIR) of each user as a signature. We begin by the assumption of the channel state information available at the receiver. Then, we analyze the perform- ance of the ChDMA integration in a random environment over UWB high data rate channel. Next, we discuss the de- sign of MMSE and optimal receiver structure for such a system. Additionally, we show an asymptotic analysis behavior taking into account the channel eigenvalues distribution with the associated spectral efficiency.

摘要：The world trend in ship automation is to integrate the monitoring, intelligent control and systematic management of the instruments and equipments both on bridge and in engine room. The paper presents a design scheme of the ship integrated monitoring and operating system based on two layers distributed and redundant computer network. The lower layer network is the field bus network connected mainly by CAN bus; the upper one is the PC local network in TCP/IP protocol, which consisted of a database server, monitoring and operating computers, industrial computers and a set of switches. Distributed schemes are fully applied to both software and hardware. This paper specifically describes the composition, software distribution and redundant technology of the upper local network and gives some important sample codes for the implement of the redundant and distributed design. The technologies here have been proved in the many applications and it may be applied to other industrial fields.
