摘要：Recently there has been great progress in laser-driven plasma-based accelerators by exploiting high-power lasers,where electron beams can be accelerated to multi-GeV energy in a centimeter-scale plasma due to the laser wakefield acceleration mechanism. While, to date, worldwide research on laser plasma accelerators has been focused on the creation of compact particle and radiation sources for basic sciences, medical and industrial applications, there is great interest in applications for high-energy physics and astrophysics, exploring unprecedented high-energy frontier phenomena. In this context, we present an overview of experimental achievements in laser plasma acceleration from the perspective of the production of GeV-level electron beams, and deduce the scaling formulas capable of predicting experimental results self-consistently, taking into account the propagation of a relativistic laser pulse through plasma and the accelerating field reduction due to beam loading. Finally, we present design examples for 10-GeV-level laser plasma acceleration, which is expected in near-term experiments by means of petawatt-class lasers.

摘要：It is of great significance to design and synthesize highly efficient n-type organic small molecules as electron-transporting layer(ETL) materials to achieve high performance planar perovskite solar cells(PVKSCs) with lowtemperature solution-processing. In this article, acenaphthylene-imide based small molecules AI1, AI2 and AI3 were developed with lower-lying LUMO energy levels and were further applied as non-fullerene ETL materials for solutionprocessed PVKSCs. When TiO2/AIX bilayer was used as ETL,an average power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 15.0% was achieved for TiO2/AI1 based PVKSCs with conventional configuration, while pristine TiO2 based devices presented a PCE of 11.7% only. All the results demonstrate that acenaphthylene-imide derivatives could be promising ETL materials to accomplish low-temperature solution-processed high performance PVKSCs.

摘要：Perylenediimide(PDI)-based materials exhibit great potential as non-fullerene acceptors in bulk-heterojunction(BHJ) organic solar cells(OSCs). Recent investigations have revealed that PDI molecules with a twisted structure could disrupt aggregation of perylene unit. Here, we present a PDI monomer via bay-substitutions with four fused naphthalene units by three-step reactions, named TN-PDI. The introduction of four fused naphthalene rings into the bay positions of PDI unit leads to a strong steric hindrance with a twist angle of 33° between the two PDI subplanes. Blended with a wide-band gap polymer donor(PDBT-T1), the TN-PDI based non-fullerene solar cells show power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 3.0%. Our results indicate that the bay-substitutions with fused aromatic substitutions could be an efficient approach to develop monomeric PDI acceptors.

摘要：The device structure and technical processings of quasi-planar self-aligned silicon avalanche electron emission array arc introduced. The processing step at the edge of electron emission region is about 10nm only and the width of self-aligned current channel of shallow As implantation is about 3μm. Its I-V characteristics show a larger linear region and lower series resistance than that of the previous silicon avalanche electron emission devices. Some of the electron emission characteristics are also discussed in this paper.

摘要：本文以合川十塘至大石高速公路项目设计外业为工程背景,建立基于electron和Leaflet技术的视频巡游平台,实现无人机采集成果与设计路线方案的结合。本项目使用大疆御MAVIC PRO无人机在规划的工程项目设计路线沿线进行航飞拍摄,形成高分辨率的影像资料;视频巡游平台在本地导入影像资料,集成、分析飞行轨迹;同时集成GIS底图、设计路线、高程和工点等项目相关地理环境和设计信息;通过提供三种巡游组合视图实现设计外业采集相关的全要素信息巡游展示。
