摘要：Aim To improve the efficiency of fatigue material tests and relevant statistical treatment of test data. Methods\ Least square approach and other special treatments were used. Results and Conclusion\ The concepts of each phase in fatigue tests and statistical treatment are clarified. The method proposed leads to three important properties. Reduced number of specimens brings to the advantage of lowering test expenditures. The whole test procedure has more flexibility for there is no need to conduct many tests at the same stress level as in traditional cases.

摘要：Individual aircraft life monitoring is required to ensure safety and economy of aircraft structure, and fatigue damage evaluation based on collected operational data of aircraft is an integral part of it. To improve the accuracy and facilitate the application, this paper proposes an engineering approach to evaluate fatigue damage and predict fatigue life for critical structures in fatigue monitoring. In this approach, traditional nominal stress method is applied to back calculate the S-N curve parameters of the realistic structure details based on full-scale fatigue test data. Then the S-N curve and Miner＇s rule are adopted in damage estimation and fatigue life analysis for critical locations under individual load spectra. The relationship between relative small crack length and fatigue life can also be predicted with this approach. Specimens of 7 B04-T74 aluminum alloy and TA15 M titanium alloy are fatigue tested under two types of load spectra, and there is a good agreement between the experimental results and analysis results. Furthermore, the issue concerning scatter factor in individual aircraft damage estimation is also discussed.

摘要：To analyze the stress state of steel orthotropic deck pavement and provide reference for the design of the overlay, the inner stress state and strain distribution of surfacing under the load of the deformation of the whole bridge structure and tyre load are analyzed by the finite element method of submodeling. Influence of surfacing modulus on the strain state of the overlay is analyzed for the purpose of the optimal design of the overlay structure. Analysis results show that the deformation of the whole bridge structure has no evident influence on the stress state of the overlay. The key factor of the overlay design is the transverse tensile strain in the overlay above the upper edge of web plate of rib. The stress state of the overlay is influenced evidently by the modulus of rigidity transform overlay. And the stress state of the overlay can be optimized and lowered by increasing the modulus and thickness of rigidity transform overlay, The fatigue test has been done to evaluate the fatigue performance and modulus of different deck pavement materials such as epoxy asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, rosphalt asphalt which can provide reference for deck pavement structure design.

摘要：In order to study the fatigue behavior of the damaged reinforced concrete （RC） beams strengthened by carbon fiber reinforced polymer （CFRP） laminate, three T-shaped beams strengthened by CFRP and one contrasting beam are tested under fatigue loading, with the parameters of different modes of strengthening and different fatigue load levels considered. The main results obtained from the tests are： the width of the crack decreases 50. 2% to 66%, and the development of the crack is limited; the stress of steel decreases 24. 1% to 28. 2%, and the stiffness increases 14.9% to 16. 1% after being strengthened. Based on the technical specification for strengthening concrete structures with CFRP and the conclusions from the tests, a calculating scheme of the flexure stiffness is given, which can be used for reference in engineering design. Finally, some suggestions are given for design in fatigue strengthening.
