摘要：Increasing the robustness to the unknown uncertainty and simultaneously enhancing the sensibility to the faults is one of the important issues considered in the fault detection development. Considering the L2-gain of residual system, this paper deals the observer-based fault detection problem. By using of H∞ control theory,an LMI approach to design fault detection observer is given. A numerical example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

摘要：The determination of material formula needs try-and-error experiment,and consumes large amount of time and *** order to solve the problem,a comprehensive method is established,via the experiment of artificial-similar material formula of a mine *** controlled the samples by the compactness,and arranged the formula of the test group with the method of the uniform formula *** physical and mechanical parameters of these samples were analyzed using the method of the partial least-squares regression(PLS).And a mathematical model of the indexes of physical and mechanics parameters relating to the factors of formulation constituents was established *** used the model to analyze the effect of each formulation constituent on physical and mechanics parameters of *** experiment results and analysis illustrates that1)in the formulation of similar material,the effect of raw materials on the internal friction angleφand cohesion C is opposite;2)The method can highly facilitate the process of the of preparing artificial-similar materials,more economic and effective.

摘要：Nowadays Quantum Cellular Automata (QCA) as the leading technology in design of microelectronic systems has been raised. With respect to high velocity and density in low power and also simple concepts, this technology is a viable alternative to CMOS technology. In collector design, the primary component of each processor is very important. Due to the small elements in this technology, failure rate in manufacturing process technology is very high. In the other hand, the simulation shows that the intersection point of two wires is one of the critical points in QCA circuits. This means that defects in the manufacturing process around these points can cause malfunction in the circuit performance. In this paper, a collector in cross sections of wire in his new method used higher reliability against defects during manufacturing has been developed. QCA Designer software is used to simulate the case study system.

摘要：In the background of the design and construction of Smart Grid Operation Supporting System for District Power Networks, this paper established the weighted fault probability model of the overhead line which is based on equipment operating status, utility theory and fuzzy theory. In this model, the proper membership function is adopted to describe the influence of lightning, wind speed, line ice and temperature, and the outage rate of overhead line, derived from historical statistics, is amended. Based on this model, the power supply risk analysis software is developed to calculate the online risk indicators of district grid, and provide real-time decision support information based on risk theory for scheduling operations personnel.

摘要：This paper presents and tests three earthing systems (TT, TN and IT) for Micro-Grid (MG) protection against various fault types when the MG transferred to the islanding mode. The main contribution of this work is including the models of all micro sources which interfaced to the MG by power electronic inverters. Inverters in turns are provided with current limiters and this also included with the inverter models to exactly simulate the real situation in the MG during fault times. Results proved that the most suitable earthing system for MG protection during the islanding mode is the TN earthing system. That system leads to a suitable amount of fault current sufficient to activate over current pro-tection relays. With using TN earthing system, touch voltages at the faulted bus and all other consumer’s buses are less than the safety limited values during islanding mode. For the two others earthing systems (TT and IT), fault currents are small and nearly equal to the over load currents which make over current protection relay can not differentiate between fault currents and overload currents. All models of micro sources, earthing systems, inverters and control schemes are built using Matlab?/Simulink? environment.

摘要：凌特公司推出的4通道电源排序器和监察器LTC2928可对电源接通和关断的顺序进行灵活配置、监视电源并诊断电源故障。该器件用简单的引脚配置方法实现排序，无需固件，它还允许4个电源按照8种时间位置任意组合形成的顺序排序，而且时间位置之间的延迟是可配置的。排序开始、监视、排序结束等每一个阶段都可有特有的比较器门限。比较器输出编码成4个数字输出，用于诊断故障类型（排序、欠压、外部控制器或外部故障）和失效通道。过压故障用别的信号表示，可以选择连接到双向fault引脚，以促成停机。这些定时、门限和诊断选项仅用为数不多的几个外部组件就可配置。
