摘要：Phase field models were established to simulate the grain growth of a nanostructured AZ31 magnesium alloy,which contain spherical particles of differing sizes and volume fractions, under realistic spatial and temporal *** effect of the second phase particles on the nanostructure evolution was studied. The simulated results were compared with those of the conventional microstructured *** expression of the local free energy density was improved by adding a second phase particle term. The right input parameters were selected for proper physical meaning. It was shown that the rules that govern the pinning effect of the second phase particles during the grain growth were different for the nanostructure and microstructure. There was a critical particle size value that affected the grain growth within the nanostructure. If the particle size was lower than the critical value, the pinning effect on grain growth increased with decreasing particle size. When the particle size was greater than the critical value, the particles had almost no pinning ***, in the conventional microstructured material,the larger particle size resulted in an enhanced pinning effect during grain growth for particle sizes smaller than 1 μm. The effect was reversed when the particle size was larger than the critical value. For the nanostructure, the critical value was200 nm when the particle content was 10 v.%, and the critical value decreased when the content increased. When the particle size was 30 nm, the particle pinning effect on the grain growth increased for increasing particle content.

摘要：In order to realize the effect of second generation of larch plantations on soil fertility and tree growth and to provide the theoretical base and the reasonable management measures, the growth of larch plantations for different generations at different soil conditions were inventoried and compared. The relationship between soil nutrition and tree growth of the second-generation larch plantations was analyzed. Comparing with the first generation, the second generation of larch did not present acidation phenomenon on the dark brown soil. With respect to the organic matter, rapidly available K and N, the values of the second-generation larch is close to that of first generation at later time. Platform-preparation is good measures for improving soil conditions

摘要：[Objective] This study was conducted to screen the best fertilization mode for potted Cymbidium sinense ＇Qihei＇. [Method] According to the contents of the N, P and K elements in C. sinense ＇Qihei＇ and the main fertilization modes used by producers and related literature information, the effects of 8 kinds of fertilization models on the growth of C. sinense ＇Qihei＇ were studied. Twenty six morphologic and physiological indexes of C. sinense ＇Qihei＇ growth were measured. [Result] Significant differences were shown on 21 indexes. [Conclusion] Based on the 26 in- dexes, the best fertilization mode included the steps of applying 14-14-14 （N-P20^- K20） slow-release fertilizer particles （8 g per bag） once in April, July and October, respectively; drip-applying 800 times of 30-10-10 water-soluble fertilizer once every half a month from April to September; and drip-applying 800 times of 15-5-30 wa- ter-soluble fertilizer （150 ml） once every half a month from October to December.

摘要：Plant extracts are widely studied for their anti-cancer and cancer preventive effects. In this study, we compared the leukemia growth inhibition effects of seven different plant extracts, theaflavin, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epicathechin (EC), apigenin, quercetin, chrysin and tannic acid, in vitro using the K562 erythroleukemia cell line and application of the design of experiments (DoE) methodology. Our systematic approach enabled us to isolate the main factor contribution, two-factor interactions and produced interaction relationships and/or models to describe growth inhibitory effects of different plant extracts when they are used in combination. The results identified tannic acid as the most significant inhibitor in this group and had synergistic effects with EGCG at specific concentrations. The fitted model of their combined effects showed that the most potent combination is at low concentrations of tannic acid (10 - 20 μM) and high concentrations of EGCG (80 - 100 μM). We further showed that tannic acid induced both growth inhibition and apoptosis in K562 cells in ranges between 10 - 100 μM. The polyphenol caused cell cycle arrest at G2- phase under the higher concentrations. In summary, use of DoE techniques effectively identified the most prominent inducer in this group of plant bioactive compounds and produced combinatorial bioactivity of various polyphenols and flavonoids over the entire range of concentrations under study. This study exemplifies the usefulness of DoE and serves as a guide in its utility for in vitro assessment of bioactivity in plant constituents.

摘要：FP-growth算法是基于FP树挖掘频繁项目集的经典算法,为提高FP-growth算法挖掘大规模数据频繁项目集的效率,提出了一种基于FP-growth的频繁项目集并行挖掘算法FPPM。该算法基于Map/Reduce并行模型,在每个计算节点上首先构造局部频繁模式树,并对之进行挖掘得到局部频繁项目集,然后合并局部频繁项目集以得到全局频繁项集,由于此时得到的结果并不完备,所以对合并后未达到最小支持度阈值的项目集,重新计算其支持数。介绍了FPPM算法的设计思想,测试了其性能。实验结果表明FPPM算法具有较好的可扩展性。

摘要：Prediction and design of various nanomaterials is a long-term dream in nanoscience and nanotechnology, which depends on the deep understanding on the growth mechanism. Herein, we report the successful prediction on the growth of Al N nanowires by nitriding Al69Ni31 alloy particles across the liquid-solid(β) phase region(1133–1638°C) based on the phase-equilibrium-dominated vapor-liquid-solid(PED-VLS) mechanism proposed in our previous study. All predictions about the growth of Al N nanowires, the evolutions of lattice parameters and geometries of the coexisting Al-Ni alloy phases are experimentally confirmed quantitatively. The preconditions for the applicability of the PED-VLS mechanism are also clarified. This progress provides the further evidence for the validity of the PED-VLS mechanism and demonstrates a practical guidance for designing and synthesizing different nanomaterials according to corresponding phase diagrams based on the insight into the growth mechanism.

摘要：This essay makes a tentative interpretation of Cormac McCarthy＇s novel The Road as an Entwicldungsroman. The growth or personal development of the boy is demonstrated in the following four perspectives, namely, acquisition of knowledge, learning of survival realities, overcome of fear, and development in ethics. The conclusion is that the boy has indeed made progress in personal development in many aspects, but we are not supposed to overestimate his growth, since he is only a growing boy instead of a mature man, therefore, it is more advisable to deem this novel as an Entwicklungsroman instead of a Bildungsroman.

摘要：A design for an air-cooled test tube, with a series of modular and movable rings (cylindrical “crystallization comb”), installed in a laboratory crucible furnace is presented. The setup allows easy regulation simultaneous crystallization tests of a series of different crystallization rates in several columns (matrix) of test tubes, enabling fast studies of obtaining crystals. This low-budget, portable device (i.e. adjustable airstream with more simple control options), can also be applied in tube and chamber furnaces. The relations between the crystallization rate and parameters of air-cooled test tube are given and numerically analyzed.
