摘要：In the process of multidisciplinary design optimization, there exits the calculation complexity problem due to frequently calling high fidelity system analysis models. The high fidelity system analysis models can be surrogated by approximate models. The sensitivity analysis and numerical noise filtering can be done easily by coupling approximate models to optimization. Approximate models can reduce the number of executions of the problem's simulation code during optimization, so the solution efficiency of the multidisciplinary design optimization problem can be improved. Most optimization methods are based on gradient. The gradients of the objective and constrain functions are gained easily. The gra- dient-based Kriging (GBK) approximate model can be constructed by using system response value and its gradients. The gradients can greatly improve prediction precision of system response. The hybrid optimization method is constructed by coupling GBK approximate models to gradient-based optimiza- tion methods. An aircraft aerodynamics shape optimization design example indicates that the methods of this paper can achieve good feasibility and validity.

摘要：Shape rolling is widely employed in the production of long workpieces with appropriate cross-section profiles for other industrial applications. In the development of shape rolling systems, roll pass design (RPD) plays an essential role on the quality control of products, service life of rolls, productivity of rolling systems, as well as energy consumption of rolling operations. This study attempts to establish a generic strategy based on hybrid modeling and an improved genetic algorithm, to support the optimizations of RPD and shape rolling operations at a systematic perspective. Objectives include improving the quality and efficiency of RPD, reducing energy consumption of shape rolling, as well as releasing the demands on costly trails and expert knowledge in RPD. hybrid modeling based on cross-disciplinary knowledge is developed to overcome the limitations of isolated single-disciplinary models. And conventional genetic algorithm is improved for the implementation of optimal design. Targeting to integrate empirical data and published reliable solutions into optimizations, a parameters estimation method is proposed to transfer the initially misaligned models into a uniform pattern. A tool based on the Matlab platform is developed to demonstrate the optimal design operations, with case studies involved to validate the proposed methodology.

摘要：The narrow definition of the digital power system (DPS) is proposed. The architec- ture, features and key contents of the DPS are presented, which include intelligent dispatching system, hybrid automatic control system and data sharing platform. The successful construction of the DPS can greatly improve the performances of power system operating and dispatching, which mainly reflect a fundamental in- crease of the ability of avoiding catastrophes resulting from blackouts of power supply, a significant improvement of economic efficiency of power system opera- tion, and an improvement of decision efficiency of power system developing. The DPS describes a vision of the development of power system and the way to achieve this vision. At the same time, the paper also proposes the principles of the design and implementation of the DPS.

摘要：A series of novel benzofuran-isatin-hydroxylimine/thiosemicarbazide hybrids were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro anti-TB activities against drug-sensitive MTB H_(37)Rv and MDR-TB isolates as well as cytotoxicity. All benzofuran-isatin-hydroxylimine/thiosemicarbazide hybrids exhibited considerable in vitro anti-mycobacterial activities against the tested three MTB strains, and all of them also showed acceptable cytotoxicity. The most active hybrid 7f was >4.8 and >51 folds more potent than the first line anti-TB agents RIF and INH against both drug-sensitive MTB H_(37)Rv and MDR-TB isolates, respectively. The results demonstrated the potential utility of benzofuran-isatin-hydroxylimine/-thiosemicarbazide hybrids as anti-TB agents.

摘要：The oil industry is now increasingly concentrating their efforts and activities in connection with de- veloping fields in deeper waters, ranging typically from 500 m to 3000 m worldwide. However, the modeling of a full-depth system has become difficult presently; no tank facility is sufficiently large to perform the testing of a complete FPS with compliant mooring in 1000 m to 3000 m depth, within rea- sonable limits of model scale. Until recently, the most feasible procedure to meet this challenge seems to be the so-called "hybrid model testing technique". To implement this technique, the first and im- portant step is to design the equivalent water depth truncated mooring system. In this work, the opti- mization design of the equivalent water depth truncated mooring system in hybrid model testing for deep sea platforms is investigated. During the research, the similarity of static characteristics between the truncated and full depth system is mainly considered. The optimization mathematical model for the equivalent water depth truncated system design is set up by using the similarity in numerical value of the static characteristics between the truncated system and the full depth one as the objective function. The dynamic characteristic difference between the truncated and full depth mooring system can be minished by selecting proper design rule. To calculate the static characteristics of the mooring system, the fourth order Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the static equilibrium equation of the single mooring line. After the static characteristic of the single mooring line is calculated, the static charac- teristic of the whole mooring system is calculated with Lagrange numerical interpolation method. 摘要：本文旨在研究正面碰撞中座椅参数对乘员保护效果的影响。首先依据某一轿车副驾驶员座椅相关尺寸设计了简化的台车约束系统试验装置,建立了带hybrid III 50th假人的约束系统有限元仿真模型,并通过台车试验验证了其有效性。接着采用最优拉丁方试验设计和Kriging模型,对座椅前后位置、坐垫高度、坐垫倾角和靠背倾角等4个参数进行了优化。确定了正面碰撞时座椅的最佳参数:座椅从中间位置向后移动111.5mm、坐垫高度56.99mm、坐垫倾角22.76°、靠背倾角29.33°。最后,基于座椅最佳参数再次进行仿真的结果,加权损伤指标降低了15.77%。

摘要：The present paper has disseminated the design approach, project implementation, and economics of a nano-grid system. The deployment of the system is envisioned to acculturate the renewable technology into Indian society by field-on-laboratory demonstration (FOLD) and ''bridge the gaps between research, develop-ment, and *** system consists of a solar photovoltaic (PV)(2.4 kWp), a wind turbine (3.2 kWp), and a battery bank (400 Ah). Initially, a prefeasibility study is conducted using the well-established HOMER (hybrid optimization model for electric renewable) software developed by the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), USA. The feasibility study indicates that the optimal capacity for the nano-grid system consists of a 2.16 kWp solar PV, a 3 kWp wind turbine, a 1.44 kW inverter, and a 24 kWh battery bank. The total net present cost (TNPC) and cost of energy (COE) of the system are US$20789.85 and US$0.673/kWh,respectively. However, the hybrid system consisting of a 2.4 kWp of solar PV,a 3.2 kWp of wind turbine, a 3 kVA of inverter, and a 400 Ah of battery bank has been installed due to unavailability of system components of desired values and to enhance the reliability of the *** TNPC and COE of the system installed are found to be US$20073.63 and US$0,635/kWh, respectively and both costs are largely influenced by battery cost. Besides, this paper has illustrated the installation details of each component as well as of the system. Moreover, it has discussed the detailed cost breakup of the system. Furthermore, the performance of the system has been investigated and validated with the simulation results. It is observed that the power generated from the PV system is quite significant and is almost uniform over the year. Contrary to this, a trivial wind velocity prevails over the year apart from the month of April,May,and June,so does the power yield.
