摘要：We developed a species-specific PCR method to identify species among dehydrated products of 10 sea cucumber *** reverse species-specific primers designed from the 16 S rRNA gene,in combination with one forward universal primer,generated PCR fragments of ca.270 bp length for each *** specificity of the PCR assay was tested with DNA of samples of 21 sea cucumber *** was observed in specific species *** species-specific PCR method we developed was successfully applied to authenticate species of commercial products of dehydrated sea cucumber,and was proven to be a useful,rapid,and low-cost technique to identify the origin of the sea cucumber product.

摘要：The groundwater system is often polluted by different sources of contamination where the sources are difficult to detect. The presence of contamination in groundwater poses significant challenges to its delineation and quantification. The remediation of a contaminated site requires an optimal decision making system to identify the pollutant source characteristics accurately and efficiently. The source characteristics are generally identified using contaminant concentration measurements from arbitrary or planned monitoring locations. To effectively characterize the sources of pollution, the monitoring locations should be selected appropriately. An efficient monitoring network will result in satisfactory characterization of contaminant sources. On the other hand, an appropriate design of monitoring network requires reliable source characteristics. A coupled iterative sequential source identification and dynamic monitoring network design, improves substantially the accuracy of source identification model. This paper reviews different source identification and monitoring network design methods in groundwater contaminant sites. Further, the models for sequential integration of these two models are presented. The effective integration of source identification and dedicated monitoring network design models, distributed sources, parameter uncertainty, and pollutant geo-chemistry are some of the issues which need to be addressed in efficient, accurate and widely applicable methodologies for identification of unknown pollutant sources in contaminated aquifers.

摘要：This paper addressed the problem of identifying the property of the singularity loci of the 6/6-Stewart manipulators. The singularity locus equation of the manipulator can be obtained by setting the determinant of the Jacobian matrix be zero. The singularity loci for different orientations are illustrated with examples. The singularity locus equation of the manipulator with respect to the oblique plane is derived either which is a polynomial expression of two degree. It shows that the singularity loci of the manipulator in the parallel oblique planes are hyperbolas accompanied with four pairs of intersecting straight lines and a parabola. Their geometric interpretations and the properties of the singularity loci are further analyzed.

摘要：With rapid development of air transportation,the airspace structure of the future will need to be flexible and dynamic to accommodate the increase in traffic *** corridors-in-the-sky has become a new technology to support the full exploitation and utilization of airspace *** paper proposes a method of designing corridor,identifying congestion state,and analyzing the influence of air routes’traffic *** this,we have reached a number of conclusions.(1)The congestion periods present the multi-peak"wavy"scattered distributions and the peaks back-end agglomeration characteristics in the whole day.(2)The congestion segments present the structural characteristics of unbalanced coverage and concentrated distribution to the crossing *** corridors with high congestion level present as an italic"N-shaped"frame,which presents incomplete penetration of short segments.(3)For the temporal and spatial interaction,there are two types of congestion segments,and there are some common congestion periods in different congestion segments of multiple *** high-density air route plays a relatively decisive role in corridor congestion,and the influence of two directions is *** research can provide a basis for the dynamic evaluation of China’s airspace resources and corridors construction in the future.

摘要：Today the controller commissioning of industrial used servo drives is usually realized in the frequency domain with the open-loop frequency response. In contrast to that the cascaded system of position loop, velocity loop and current loop, which is standard in industrial motion controllers, is described in literature by using parametric models. Several tuning rules in the time domain are applicable on the basis of these parametric descriptions. In order to benefit from the variety of tuning rules an identification method in the time domain is required. The paper presents a method for the identification of plant parameters in the time domain. The approach is based on the auto relay feedback experiment by ?str?m/ H?gglund and a modified technique of gradual pole compensation. The paper presents the theoretical description as well as the implementtation as an automatic application in the motion control system SIMOTION. The identification results as well as the achievable performance on a test rig with a PI velocity controller will be presented.

摘要：The NEW GIFT Nile tilapia （Oreochromis niloticus niloticus L.） is a nationally certificated new strain selected over 14 years and 9 generations from the base strain of GIFT Nile tilapia, introduced in 1994. This new variety has been extended in most of areas of China. The management of genetically improved strains, including the genetic markers for identification is needed urgently. RAPD analysis was conducted and their conversion to SCAR markers was developed. From NEW GIFT Nile tilapia, two strain-specific RAPD bands, S304624 bp and S36568 bp were identified. The strain-specific RAPD bands were gel-purified, cloned, and sequenced. Locus-specific primers were then designed to amplify the strain-specific bands. PCR amplification was conducted to test the variations in allele frequencies of two converted SCAR markers among the NEW GIFT Nile tilapia and its base strains, as well as 7 additional farmed strains worldwide. The frequency of SCAR marker Ⅰ （553 bp） was 85.7% in NEW GIFT Nile tilapia, but 16.7% in the base strain. The frequency of SCAR marker Ⅱ （558 bp） was 91.4% in NEW GIFT Nile tilapia, but 0% 70% in the 7 other strains. In order to confirm the utility of these two markers, an examination was conducted for a wild population from Egypt, resulted the frequency of SCAR Ⅰ and Ⅱ was 10% and 70%, respectively, much lower than that of New GIFT strain. The increase in allele frequency of these two SCAR markers suggests that these markers might be genetically linked to the quantitative trait loci （QTL） underlining the performance traits by long term selection, and indicate the bright potential of SCAR marker technology for tracking generations during selection progress and for distinguishing among genetically improved strain and other strains.

摘要：Electronic throttle control (ETC) system has worked its way to becoming a standard subsystem in most of the current automobiles as it has contributed much to the improvement of fuel economy, emissions, drivability and safety. Precision control of the subsystem, which consists of a dc motor driving a throttle plate, a pre-loaded return spring and a set of gear train to regulate airflow into the engine, seems rather straightforward and yet complex. The difficulties lie in the unknown system parameters, hard nonlinearity of the pre-loaded spring that pulls the throttle plate to its default position, and friction, among others. In this paper, we extend our previous results obtained for the modeling, unknown system parameters identification and control of a commercially available Bosch’s DV-E5 ETC system. Details of modeling and parameters identification based on laboratory experiments, data analysis, and knowledge of the system are provided. The parameters identification results were verified and validated by a real-time PID control implemented with an xPC Target. A nonlinear control design was then proposed utilizing the input-output feedback linearization approach and technique. In view of a recent massive auto recalls due to the controversial uncontrollable engine accelerations, the results of this paper may inspire further research interest on the drive-by-wire technology.

摘要：[Objective] The purpose was to select out and identify a flocculant producing strain which could produce high active flocculant.[Method] The strain producing high active flocculant was isolated out and purified through medium culture and the selected strain was identified through observing its culture characters and determining its physiological and biochemical property.[Result] Fourteen strains of bacteria with flocculant producing function were isolated from tested soil samples through isolation,purification and preliminary screening using dilution-spread plate method and plate streaking *** strains of flocculant producing bacteria showing higher flocculation activity were selected out after second screening and their flocculation rates were higher than 70%;the flocculation activity of one strain among them was still stable after multiple subculturings,its flocculation rate was always above 90% and it was marked as ***-1 was encapsulated Gram-positive bacillus and there was no lipid in it,such as poly-β-hydroxybutyric ***-1 was Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,so it was named Bacillus TS-1.[Conclusion] The strain selected out in this experiment could be used in the flocculation and biochemical treatment of wastewater from starch industry.

摘要：To understand the utilizability of TV white spaces （TVWS）, a comprehensive overview of the outdoor and indoor network design over TVWS is given. The related challenges are analyzed. The potential approaches to overcoming these challenges are discussed. The open research issues are investigated. The result shows that： in the indoor scenario, the white space ratio is on average 18.4% higher than that in the outdoor scenario, which corresponds to 7.7 vacant TV channels. Both network design includes 7 key components： TV spectrum identification, access point （AP） discovery, AP association, spectrum allocation, band width adaptation, interface control and disruption handling. Due to building penetration loss, the indoor TVWS identification and AP placement should be carefully considered in the indoor scenario.
