摘要：An increase in public environmental awareness and pressures from the government’s determination to deal with environmental problems force manufacturers to implement green manufacturing(GM).However,since managers and stakeholders lack understanding of GM and its complexity,the manufacturing enterprise,especially the small and medium ones,are constantly facing the problems of how to make a reasonable decision for an environmental problem,and the adopted approaches have no clear *** customized design,flexible production,and diversified services in customized production make the problems more *** order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a framework for the implementation of GM in customized products manufacturing enterprises(CPME).A three-layer framework,i.e.,the goal layer,the product life-cycle layer and the supporting layer,is designed to provide a methodology to help implement *** this model,the GM practice processes are divided into four stages from the life-cycle perspective,***,production,use,and *** preliminary practice of GM in an electrical product manufacturing company is carried out,and the implementation effect shows that the system framework is helpful to make a comprehensive understanding of GM and to improve the operability of GM *** integrated product model is an effective way to integrate the life cycle data.

摘要：Random Projection Code (RPC) is a mechanism that combines channel coding and modulation together and realizes rate adaptation in the receiving end. Random projection code’s mapping matrix has significant influences on decoding performance as well as hardware implementation complexity. To reduce hardware implementation complexity, we design a quasi-cyclic mapping matrix for RPC codes. Compared with other construction approaches, our design gets rid of data filter component, thus reducing chip area 7284.95 um2, and power consumption 331.46 uW in 0.13 um fabrication. Our simulation results show that our method does not cause any performance loss and even gets 0.2 dB to 0.5 dB gain at BER 10-4.

摘要：On the basis of PDM(product data management) definition and its connotation, the factors to ensure implementation success are analyzed. The definition phase, analysis phase, design phase, build and test phase, and post production phase during PDM implementation are described. The implementation is divided into ten processes, which consist of the above different phases. The relationships between phases and processes are illustrated. Finally, a workflow is proposed to guide the implementing at a fixed price.

摘要：Block-matching and 3D-filtering(BM3D) is a state of the art denoising algorithm for image/video,which takes full advantages of the spatial correlation and the temporal correlation of the video. The algorithm performance comes at the price of more similar blocks finding and filtering which bring high computation and memory access. Area, memory bandwidth and computation are the major bottlenecks to design a feasible architecture because of large frame size and search range. In this paper, we introduce a novel structure to increase data reuse rate and reduce the internal static-random-access-memory(SRAM) memory. Our target is to design a phase alternating line(PAL) or real-time processing chip of BM3 D. We propose an application specific integrated circuit(ASIC) architecture of BM3 D for a 720 × 576 BT656 PAL format. The feature of the chip is with 100 MHz system frequency and a 166-MHz 32-bit double data rate(DDR). When noise is σ = 25, we successfully realize real-time denoising and achieve about 10 d B peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR) advance just by one iteration of the BM3 D algorithm.

摘要：The gap that exists between research and the dissemination and implementation of research findings has been well established. Food fortification, one of the most cost-effective means of addressing micronutrient malnutrition, is no exception. With decades of implementation experience, there is need to strengthen mechanisms that effectively broadcast proven strategies to promote the successful implementation of fortification programs in changing, challenging, and dynamic environments. This requires clear channels of communication, well-defined in-country leadership, and a streamlined and focused approach that can be adapted to country-specific contexts. Based on experience designing and implementing fortification programs throughout Africa and a broad understanding of past successes and failures, a model is proposed that articulates often over-looked program elements critical to design and implementation.

摘要：The paper is focused on available server management in Internet connected network environments. The local backup servers are hooked up by LAN and replace broken main server immediately and several different types of backup servers are also considered. The remote backup servers are hooked up by VPN (Virtual Private Network) with high-speed optical network. A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a way to use a public network infrastructure and hooks up long-distance servers within a single network infrastructure. The remote backup servers also replace broken main severs immediately under the different conditions with local backups. When the system performs a mandatory routine maintenance of main and local backup servers, auxiliary servers from other location are being used for backups during idle periods. Analytically tractable results are obtained by using several mathematical techniques and the results are demonstrated in the framework of optimized networked server allocation problems. The operational workflow give the guidelines for the actual implementations.

摘要：针对回转支承建模特点,通过Pro/Enginee(rPro/E)二次开发工具包Pro/TOOLKIT和VC++6.0进行了回转支承参数化设计,实现了输入三维几何参数即可输出准确的三维模型。该设计方法不仅减少了设计人员大量重复性的非标准回转支承设计工作,而且能够避免设计人员的失误,提高设计效率。
