摘要：Thirty years ago, the analysis of longwall pillar stability(ALPS) inaugurated a new era in coal pillar *** was the first empirical pillar design technique to consider the abutment loads that arise from full extraction, and the first to be calibrated using an extensive database of longwall mining case *** was followed by the analysis of retreat mining stability(ARMPS) and the analysis of multiple seam stability(AMSS). These methods incorporated other innovations, including the coal mine roof rating(CMRR), the Mark-Bieniawski pillar strength formula, and the pressure arch loading model. They also built upon ever larger case history databases and employed more sophisticated statistical ***, these empirical methods are used in nearly every underground coal mine in the US. However,the piecemeal manner in which these methods have evolved resulted in some weaknesses. For example,in certain situations, it may not be obvious which program is the best to use. Other times the results from the different programs are not entirely consistent with each other. The programs have also not been updated for several years, and some changes were necessary to keep pace with new developments in mining practice. The analysis of coal pillar stability(ACPS) now integrates all three of the older software packages into a single pillar design framework. ACPS also incorporates the latest research findings in the field of pillar design, including an expanded multiple seam case history data base and a new method to evaluate room and pillar panels containing multiple rows of pillars left in place during pillar *** also includes updated guidance and warnings for users and features upgraded help files and graphics.

摘要：DATE5, a 5 m telescope for terahertz exploration, was proposed for acquiring observations at Dome A, Antarctica. In order to observe the terahertz spectrum, it is necessary to maintain high surface accuracy in the the antenna when it is exposed to Antarctic weather conditions. Structural analysis shows that both machined aluminum and carbon fiber reinforced plastic （CFRP） panels can meet surface accuracy requirements. In this paper, one design concept based on aluminum panels is introduced. This includes panel layout, details on panel support, design of a CFRP backup structure, and detailed finite element analysis. Modal, gravity and thermal analysis are all performed and surface deformations of the main reflector are evaluated for all load cases. At the end of the paper, the manufacture of a prototype panel is also described. Based on these results, we found that using smaller aluminum reflector panels has the potential to meet the surface requirements in the harsh Dome A environment.

摘要：In hydraulic engineering, sometimes it is necessary to consider the stability of sliding bodies with lateral frictional boundaries. Neither the existing three dimensional limit equilibrium methods nor the commercial software products are able to treat such situations. The three dimensional factor of safety is accordingly underestimated; while the shearing strength based on the three dimensional back analysis is overestimated. In this study, the lateral boundaries are regarded as the part of the slip surface. Based on the expression of the normal pressure on the slip surface and the patch interpolation, a rigorous solution for the three dimensional limit equilibrium analysis is realized. Meanwhile, the proposed procedure is applied to the stability analysis of the slope with a cable platform on the right bank in Da Gang Shan hydraulic project under construction.

摘要：Among various arts and crafts in Tibet, painting appears to enjoy a uniquely crucial position in both the religious centres and the lives of ordinary Tibetan people. This paper examines the traditional techniques, methods, and materials used in Tibetan （Tantric） Buddhist painting by observing its working process at first hand, and having attended a number of its exhibitions, art workshops, and other resources both at home and overseas. The survey of the technical aspect of Tibetan painting is primarily based upon the general usage of materials, as well as the method and the usual order of their application that relates to most kinds of mural paintings in Tibet, and which are less well-known in the West This paper aims to present a rich and somewhat complicated range of methods and materials of Tibetan （Tantric] Buddhist art tradition. To its end, the author hopes it also provides more indication of its possible influence of the traditional artistic wealth in Tibet on contemporary artists working in relation to this culture.

摘要：With changing rural architectural environment as the focus of new rural construction, the paper had pointed out it was lack of researches on color planning of overall structures in new countryside. On this basis, by making use of relevant softwares, it had conducted color abstraction on current typical rural appearance; analyzed the color of rural nature, artificial environment and cultural environment in accordance with international standard of Natural Color System; and then concluded color context of rural appearance. It proposed that color control could be conducted on rural appearance from macroscopic, medium and microcosmic perspective by taking advantage of color planning in new rural appearance construction, so as to build a new rural color system, create modern new rural appearance reflecting regional characteristic and integrating with the natural environment, preserve artificial color of traditional ancient villages, coordinate colors in villages with architectures of different ages, finally realizing reshaping of Chinese people's spiritual hometown.

摘要：In object oriented paradigm, cohesion of a class refers to the degree to which members of the class are interrelated. Metrics have been defined to measure cohesiveness of a class both at design and source code levels. In comparison to source code level class cohesion metrics, only a few design level class cohesion metrics have been proposed. Design level class cohesion metrics are based on the assumption that if all the methods of a class have access to similar para-meter types then they all process closely related information. A class with a large number of parameter types common in its methods is more cohesive than a class with less number of parameter types common in its methods. In this paper, we review the design level class cohesion metrics with a special focus on metrics which use similarity of parameter types of methods of a class as the basis of its cohesiveness. Basically three metrics fall in this category: Cohesion among methods of a Class (CAMC), Normalized Hamming Distance (NHD), and Scaled NHD (SNHD). Keeping in mind the anomalies in the definitions of the existing metrics, a variant of the existing metrics is introduced. It is named NHD Modified (NHDM). An automated metric collection tool is used to collect the metric data from an open source software program. The metric data is then subjected to statistical analysis.
