摘要：It is very powerful for constructing nearly saturated factorial designs to characterize fractional factorial (FF) designs through their consulting designs when the consulting designs are small. Mukerjee and Fang employed the projective geometry theory to find the secondary wordlength pattern of a regular symmetrical fractional factorial split-plot (FFSP) design in terms of its complementary subset, but not in a unified form. In this paper, based on the connection between factorial design theory and coding theory, we obtain some general and unified combinatorial identities that relate the secondary wordlength pattern of a regular symmetrical or mixed-level FFSP design to that of its consulting design. According to these identities, we further establish some general and unified rules for identifying minimum secondary aberration, symmetrical or mixed-level, FFSP designs through their consulting designs.

摘要：Split-plot designs have been widely used in industrial *** to now,most methods for choosing this kind of designs are based on the minimum aberration (MA) ***,by introducing a new pattern,called aliased effect-number pattern (AENP),Zhang et *** a general minimum lowerorder confounding (denoted by GMC for short) criterion and established a general minimum confounding (also denoted by GMC for saving notations) *** is proved that,the GMC criterion selects optimal designs in a more elaborate manner than the existing ones,and when an experimenter has a prior about the importance ordering of factors in experiments the GMC designs are better than other optimal *** this paper we extend the GMC criterion to the split-plot design case and give a GMC-FFSP criterion for ranking split-plot *** comparisons of the new criterion with the MA-MSA-FFSP criterion are given,and the optimal 32-run split-plot designs up to 14 factors under the two criteria are tabulated for comparison and application.

摘要：Patterns of spatial development and protection form a basic category of geoscience,and redesigning them is a popular subject of research in regional sustainable development that is important for ecological civilization *** authors here report a case study of Wuhan city using the circuit theory model and minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model to rebalance its spatial protection and *** results show the following:(1)Using the density of the gross domestic product(GDP),density of population,rate of urbanization,and access to transportation as evaluation indicators,seven core areas of development in Wuhan were identified,accounting for 59%of the total number of streets,that exhibited a “circular-satellite”spatial structure.(2)According to the importance of ecosystem services,ecological sensitivity,land use type,and slope of the terrain,the resistance surface of spatial development in Wuhan had a stereoscopic spatial form of an“inverted pyramid,”with high surroundings and a low *** area of low resistance accounted for 6.64%of the total area of Wuhan.(3)Based on coupling analysis using the MCR and spatial morphological characteristics of current,nine axes of spatial development with a total area of 427.27 km2 and eight key strategic points with a total area of 40.02 km2 were *** that were prioritized for development accounted for 9.63%of Wuhan's total area.(4)By combining the characterization of the development axis with the structure of the three-level core area,we extracted the structure of spatial development of "one heart,two wings,and three belts" in *** research framework and empirical results can provide scientific guidance for the urban spatial layout,the development of regional linkages,and ecological environmental protection in China.

摘要：可重构控制器的出现要求系统软件模块不但要满足性能和精度要求,还应具有模块化、可集成、可重用等特性.如果将实时中间件引入到控制器的设计中,由中间件管理模块间的交互,可实现控制器的可重构.建立基于RTL inux和实时CORBA的实时中间件平台,需要将CORBA引入RTL inux实时内核空间.该文给出了RTL inux实时内核中的实时CORBA和m in i-m um CORBA实现RTCK的设计,并基于RTL inux M Bu ff共享内存驱动和实时F IFO设计和实现了G IOP通信协议,最后给出了RTCK与TAO的延迟抖动测试结果并做了相关的分析.

摘要：The downlink minimum bit error rate (MBER) transmit beamforming is directly designed based on the uplink MBER receive beamforming solution for time division duplex (TDD) space-division multiple-access (SDMA) induced multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, where the base station (BS) is equipped with multiple antennas to support multiple single-antenna mobile terminals (MTs). It is shown that the dual relationship between multiuser detection and multiuser transmission can be extended to the rank-deficient system where the number of users supported is more than the number of transmit antennas available at the BS, if the MBER design is adopted. The proposed MBER transmit beamforming scheme is capable of achieving better performance over the standard minimum mean square error transmit beamforming solution with the support of low-complexity and high power-efficient MTs, particularly for rank-deficient TDD-SDMA MIMO systems. The robustness of the proposed MBER transmit beamforming design to the downlink and uplink noise or channel mismatch is investigated using simulation.

摘要：In order to analyze the turn-back capacity of urban rail transit based on CBTC more accurately, firstly, this paper analyzes the turn-back process and characteristics, and the factors that influence the turn-back interval time. Secondly, it respectively analyzes various influence factors and designs algorithm. Then, it designs algorithm and developed computer simulation system (TBSim) for calculating the turn-back capacity based on CBTC and the traction calculation. Finally, it proves the correctness and practicability of the algorithm and the simulation system by an example.

摘要：LNG船由于货物传输时的高风险性,以及船对岸、船对船靠泊的多样性,对系泊稳定性的要求可谓是重中之重。为了不断完善系泊的设计标准,通过多年的系泊实践,以及对船员系泊经验的总结,OCIMF给出了系泊力计算时对风力,水流力,波浪等自然环境条件的选取引导,对系泊缆绳的材质,强度及断裂伸长率做出了详细对比及选取推荐,对导缆孔等系泊件强度计算时的缆绳合力包角及安全系数给出了合理性的范围指导。而在实船设计中,发现超高分子系泊缆绳HMPE和系泊件强度之间产生了一种不可调和的矛盾,确实存在极端受力下系泊件先于HMPE缆绳破损的潜在风险,进而导致缆绳及系泊件碰坏甲板设备和管路。后面分别从系泊力计算,系泊缆绳的选取,缆绳工厂拉力试验,系泊件的选取,实际系泊工况出发,得出最终结论,此风险几乎不可能出现。

摘要：提出了一种新颖的基于智能Agent技术和分布式测控技术的电动机网络化控制方法,建立了电动机的Agent网络测控体系结构,并对其计算模型和通信模型进行分析;这一技术有助于解决螺旋桨飞机模型风洞试验系统中的高功率密度异步电动机网络群控问题;利用TMS320F2812型号的DSP控制器和以太网接口控制芯片DM9008设计通信接口单元;对电动机启动的转速响应进行了实时检测,结果表明该网络控制系统具有良好的适用性和应用前景。
