摘要：A multilayer perceptron(MLP) artificial neural network(ANN) model has been optimized by the multi-objective ant colony optimization(MOACO) algorithm, which uses three objective functions. A sensitivity analysis to choose MOACO parameter values is carried out by calculating hypervolume metric, and the proposed approach adopts the Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR) decision method to choose final compromised solution on the Pareto front obtained from MOACO. As a result, we used the MLP-MOACO developed model to estimate the value of engine emissions of NOxin a four stroke, spark ignition(SI) gasoline engine and observed acceptable correlation coefficient(R^2) of 0.99978.

摘要：In this paper, graphite-like carbon （GLC） films with Cr buffer layer were fabricated by DC magnetron sputtering technique with the thickness ratio of Cr to GLC films varying from 1：2 to 1：20. The effect of Cr]GLC modulation ratio on microstructure, mechanical and tribological properties in artificial seawater was mainly investigated by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDS）, nano-indenter and a reciprocating sliding tribo-meter. The propagation of defects plays an important role in the evolution of delamination, which is critical to wear failure of GLC films in artificial seawa- ter. Designing the proper multilayer structure could inhibit the defects propagation and thus protect the basis material. The multilayer Cr/GLC film with optimized ratio of 1：3 demonstrates a low average friction coefficient of 0.08 ± 0.006 and wear rate of （2.3 ± 0.3） × 10^-8 mm3/（N m） in artificial seawater, respectively.

摘要：A random method used for improving light throughput of a soft X-ray multilayer has been developed in the 18-20 nm spectral region, based on the traditional theory of periodic multilayer, and an 8% gain in integrated reflectance is obtained. The ensemble calculation is presented at the same time, and the multilayer is fabricated by magnetron sputtering.

摘要：A novel heatsink based on a multilayer stack of thin metal plates with staggered honeycomb cell microchannels was investigated in this paper. A series of working-parametric tests such as different heat sink pipe diameter and pumping power were conducted for the microchannel cooling system to determine the heat transfer performance under small flow rate conditions. For the double fluid flow inlets and outlets heatsink design, experimental results showed that more uniform substrate temperature distribution was obtained than the single inlet and outlet ones. It showed that the heatsink design provided a good choice for electronic chips cooling applications.

摘要：This paper deals with the design, modeling and analysis of implementing a multilayer Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvesting (ML PZT VEH) Mechanism in the vehicle suspension. The principle of work of the proposed ML PZT VEH mechanism is reducing the relative motion of the suspension, amplifying the applied force to the PZT by a specific design of mechanism and combining a single layer PZT into multilayer PZT to increase the produced electricity. To maintain the performance of suspension as the original suspension, the ML PZT VEH mechanism is mounted in series with the spring of the suspension. The proposed ML PZT VEH mechanism and its implementation to the vehicle suspension were mathematically modeled. Responses of the vehicle before and after implementing ML PZT VEH mechanism were simulated. The results show the proposed mechanism can produce output voltage of 2.75 and power of 7.17 times bigger than direct mounting to the vehicle suspension. And the simulation result shows that mounting ML PZT VEH mechanism in series with the spring of the vehicle suspension does not change the performance of suspension.

摘要：The human skin has the ability to sense tactile touch and a great range of ***,in prosthetic or robotic systems,it is necessary to prepare pressure sensors with high sensitivity in a wide measurement range to provide human-like tactile ***,we developed a flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor that is highly sensitive in a broad pressure range by using lotus leaf micropatterned polydimethylsiloxane and multilayer *** superposing four layers of micropatterned constructive substrates,the multilayer piezoresistive pressure sensor achieves a broad pressure range of 312 kPa,a high sensitivity of 2.525 kPa^(−1),a low limit of detection(LOD)of<12 Pa,and a fast response time of 45 *** with the traditional flexible pressure sensor,the pressure range of this sensor can be increased by at least an order of *** flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor also shows high robustness:after testing for at least 1000 cycles,it shows no sign of *** importantly,these sensors can be potentially applied in various human motion detection scenarios,including tiny pulse monitoring,throat vibration detection,and large under-feet pressure *** proposed fabrication strategy may guide the design of other kinds of multifunctional sensors to improve the detection performance.

摘要：In this article,the design of the hourglass truss sandwich structure is improved by optimizing the number of layers to enhance the compressive strength of both the core and the face sheet and then its mechanical performance. The hourglass truss structures characterized by three different numbers of layers are manufactured using an interlocking and vacuum brazing method. The effect of the layer number of the hourglass core panels on their out-of-plane compression and in-plane compression performance is investigated,and the results from calculations and experiments are in reasonable agreement. The results show that as the layer number of the hourglass core increases,the out-of-plane compressive strengths show little change,but their energy absorption properties are effectively increased. The in-plane compressive failure mechanism maps are constructed,and the specimens are designed to examine the local elastic and inelastic buckling failure modes of the face sheets. The results suggest that as the number of layers of the hourglass core increases,its maximum in-plane compressive load increases. The maximum in-plane compressive loads of the two-layer hourglass truss panels are 57%–70% higher than those of the single-layer panels. It can also be concluded that the out-of-plane and in-plane compression mechanical properties of the multilayer hourglass truss outperform those of the pyramidal truss. Furthermore,the number of layers of the hourglass core is optimized in consideration of both mechanical properties and fabrication cost.
