摘要：In this work, we have developed a web application for Baccalaureate grades processing in niger. This online application allows to replace Excel based manual grades processing with fully automated one. Thus, the application helps to minimize the errors caused by the Excel manipulation. It also allows rapid centralization of all results at the exam service level. For the development, we adopted the agile method. This method is very efficient in allowing us to prioritize our real needs and the application is enriched as these needs arise. For the design, we used the UML Modeling language and for the implementation, we used a number of computer tools such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Jquery, AJAX, Bootstrap and CSS.

摘要：在液态发酵条件下,采用单因素实验确定了Aspergillus niger PZ331产异淀粉酶的最适碳源和氮源,分别为蔗糖和硝酸铵。在上述基础上利用Plackett-Burman设计对影响产异淀粉酶的因素进行评价,并筛选出硝酸铵、接种量、培养温度3个主要因素;继而利用响应面设计优化了最佳硝酸铵浓度、接种量和培养温度。最终确定了最优培养条件为:蔗糖10 g/L,硝酸铵10 g/L,磷酸氢二钾3 g/L,硫酸亚铁0.01 g/L,硫酸镁1 g/L,起始p H值4.2;接种量2%(孢子浓度为107cfu/m L),30℃培养72 h,酶活达137.3μ/m L;比基础培养基的提高了1.71倍左右。

摘要：芬兰Alko公司(Rajanmttki)和美国Panlabs公司(Bothell,Washington)相互合作,从黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)中克隆出2个基因,肌醇六磷酸酶和pH2.5酸性磷酸酶基因。这两个基因将用于Alko公司的研究。该公司的兴趣在于生产大量补加到家畜饲料添加剂中的酶类。基因现已克隆出来了,下面就是设计能超产该酶的黑曲霉菌株。将上市的肌醇六磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶饲料添加剂商品名定为Finase。Finase加入饲料后可提高食物矿物质的生物利用度并使家畜粪尿中的磷含量减少一半以上。 Alko公司是芬兰最大的公司之一,专营乙醇的生产和销售。但现在也把目标转向了生物技术。
