摘要：A new technology for fabrication of silica on silicon arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) based on deep etching and thermal oxidation is *** this method,a silicon layer is remained at the side of *** stress distribution and effective refractive index of waveguide fabricated by this approach are calculated using finite element and finite difference beam propagation method,*** results of these studies indicate that the stress of silica on silicon optical waveguide can be matched in parallel and vertical direction and AWG polarization dependent wavelength (PDλ) can be reduced effectively due to side-silicon layer.

摘要：In order to settle the mining optimization design and safety problem of the above 1 150 m pillar of No.1 ore-body in No.H Mining Jinchuan, the lean-ore above 1 250 m, the 1 150 m horizontal pillar and the ore-body below 1 100 m regarded as research objects based on the original design project, and nine calculation schemes on different mining sequence and different fill body strength were put forward based on cement-sand ratio of 1 ： 4, 1： 12 and 1 ： 24. Calculation parameters were got by the back analysis method of field monitoring data, and the FLAC2D program was applied to compute for these schemes, stress and displacement of ground settlement, shaft and stope roof were analyzed, and some conclusions were got. Results show that the intensity of filling body and the mining technique have very important effect on controlling settlement and stability of surrounding rock; Developing of lean ore have some influences to the 16th return air filling shaft, especially for 1 500--1 400 m of the shaft; The best project is the first project. This research supply some technique references and safety appraisals for the mining of lean-ore of *** Mining Jinchuan.

摘要：Arthritis, most notably rheumatoid arthritis, can destroy the surfaces of the bones; the ideal solution for this is T JR （total joint replacement）, which would restore joint functionality, maintain correct aesthetics and eradicate pain for the patient. Current metacarpophalangeal TJR do not provide the normal biomechanical range of motion and functionality. The proposed design attempts to correct this through the use of design geometry and functional anatomy. numerical analysis is used in conjunction with computational solid modeling to compare a one-piece silicone implant with the proposed T JR. Peak stresses during flexion for the proposed design did not exceed 1.2 MPa, where as soft implants approach 100 MPa to 1,000 MPa for peak stress values. The proposed design, due to high stress tolerances with low deformation, along with functionality and biomechanics, seems to be an appropriate replacement for one-piece silicone implant.

摘要：Modeling pavement granular materials have played through an experimental or numerical approach to predict the a significant role in pavement design procedure. Modeling can be granular behavior during cyclic loading. Current design process in western Australia is based on linear elastic analysis of layers. The analysis is largely performed through a well-known program CIRCLY which is applied to model bound pavement material behavior. The KENLAYER is one of the common pavement software models used for pavement design in the United State which performs non-linear analysis for granular materials. Alternatively, a general finite element program such as ABAQUS can be used to model the complicated behavior ofmultilayer granular materials. This study is to compare results of numerical modeling with these three programs on a sample constructed pavement model. Moreover, a parametric study on the effects of Poisson ratio over the surface deflection of the flexible pavement has been conducted. It is found that increase in Poisson ratio of asphalt layer will increase the surface deflection while the increase in Poisson ratio of granular layers decreases the surface deflection.
