摘要：This research was aimed at deriving average stress-average strain tension-stiffening relationships in accordance with the provisions of design codes for reinforced concrete （RC） members. Using a proposed inverse technique, the tension-stiffening relationships were derived from moment-curvature diagrams of RC beams calculated by different code methods, namely Eurocode 2, AC1318, and the Chinese standard GB 50010-2002. The derived tension-stiffening laws were applied in a numerical study using the nonlinear finite element software ATENA. The curvatures calculated by ATENA and the code methods were in good agreement.

摘要：We apply the newly proposed double absorbing boundary condition（DABC）（Hagstrom et al., 2014） to solve the boundary reflection problem in seismic finite-difference（FD） modeling. In the DABC scheme, the local high-order absorbing boundary condition is used on two parallel artificial boundaries, and thus double absorption is achieved. Using the general 2D acoustic wave propagation equations as an example, we use the DABC in seismic FD modeling, and discuss the derivation and implementation steps in detail. Compared with the perfectly matched layer（PML）, the complexity decreases, and the stability and fl exibility improve. A homogeneous model and the SEG salt model are selected for numerical experiments. The results show that absorption using the DABC is considerably improved relative to the Clayton–Engquist boundary condition and nearly the same as that in the PML.

摘要：A new complementary metal oxide semiconductor UV/blue-extended photodiode was presented for light detection in the UV/blue spectral range. Photoelectric characteristics of this presented photodiode were studied by numerical modeling and device simulation. Technology computer aided design simulation was done first to analyze its photoelectric characteristics. The structure characteristic and depletion situation of space between two adjacent P+ anodes were discussed. The reverse characteristic, spectral response characteristic and DC characteristic were discussed in detail. For the numerical modeling, dead layer effect is considered in the building of analytical mode. Dead layer is a space in which the boron doping profile decreases towards the surface due to high doping effects and boron redistribution, which affects the sensitivity of photodiode in the UV range seriously. Reverse characteristics and spectral response characteristics were modeled and analyzed typically. At last, silicon test results were given and compared with the simulated result, which shows reasonable match for each.

摘要：A new three-dimensional laterolog array sonde（3D-LS） is presented. The 3DLS is based on existing high-resolution laterolog array and azimuthal resistivity imaging sondes with radial, longitudinal, and circumferential detection abilities. Six investigation modes are designed using the 3D finite-element method and different investigation depths are simulated based on the pseudo-geometrical factor of the six modes. The invasion profile is described using multi-array radial logs. From the analysis of the pseudo-geometrical factor, the investigation depth of the 3D-LS is about 1.5 m for conductive invasion, which is close to that of the dual laterolog tool but greater than that of the highly integrated azimuthal laterolog sonde. The vertical and azimuthal resolution is also analyzed with the same method. The 3DLS can detect low-resistivity anomalies of 0.5 m thickness and 15？ around the borehole for infinitely thick formations. This study lays the foundation for more work on 3D laterolog array sonde for evaluating low-resistivity anomalies.
