摘要：This study examined the Impact of online Advertising on Customers Satisfaction of E-tailing Firms in Nigeria. A survey research design was adopted. The source of data used in this study was mainly primary data from the issuance of questionnaire and secondary data from the review of relevant literature bothering on both variables which formed the basis for the argument. Out of a total of three hundred and eighty four (384) copies of questionnaire distributed, two hundred and eighty five (285) copies was used for analysis and analyzed using Spearman’s Rank Order Correlation Coefficient with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings of the study reveal amongst others that there is a positive and strong relationship between online advertising and customers’ satisfaction;and online advertising significantly affects customer satisfaction. The study concludes that online advertising influenced satisfaction of the customers to a strong extent. However, online advertising is a key determinant of customer satisfaction as it is considered as a point of interaction between customers and the company from which they buy their products. A heuristic model was proposed to show our contribution to knowledge that the relationship between e-mail marketing and measures of customer satisfaction is very strong and is moderate on all other tested hypotheses. And the study recommends that advertising managers of e-tailing firms must develop and formulate e-mail marketing programs that will satisfy the needs of consumers and advert should be placed on stations and places where consumers can easily identify with them and make a purchase. Suggestions for further studies were outlined.

摘要：Recent advances in automation and digitization enable the close integration of physical devices with their virtual counterparts, facilitating the real-time modeling and optimization of a multitude of processes in an automatic way. The rich and continuously updated data environment provided by such systems makes it possible for decisions to be made over time to drive the process toward optimal targets. In many man- ufacturing processes, in order to achieve an overall optimal process, the simultaneous assessment of mul- tiple objective functions related to process performance and cost is necessary. In this work, a multi- objective optimal experimental design framework is proposed to enhance the ef ciency of online model-identi cation platforms. The proposed framework permits exibility in the choice of trade-off experimental design solutions, which are calculated online that is, during the execution of experiments. The application of this framework to improve the online identi cation of kinetic models in ow reactors is illustrated using a case study in which a kinetic model is identi ed for the esteri cation of benzoic acid and ethanol in a microreactor.

摘要：online teaching and learning environments have been booming worldwide. However, many universities in developing countries cannot afford learning management systems, such as Blackboard or WebCT. Therefore, this qualitative study explores the possibility of using social media sites for online instruction due to the fact that their prominent utilities are similar to those of Blackboard and other learning management systems. Through purposeful sampling, four university professors using social media for online instruction were selected as participants, in order to gain insights from their perspectives regarding its usage as an alternative instructional medium. Using the constant comparison method and open coding, data was gathered and triangulated from participant interviews, observations of participants＇ online courses on social media sites; documents collected from their online courses; and the researcher＇s reflexive journal. Thematic findings revealed that social media sites increased （1） interaction and communication between the instructor and students, （2） interaction, communication, and collaboration among students, （3） and interaction between students with materials. It is believed that the significance of the research findings can be transferred to the similar online teaching contexts where learning management systems cannot be afforded.

The aim of this work therefore is to develop an adaptative e-Learning Software to enable the learner answer questions or solve problems based on his/her ability. This work is motivated by the need to address deep concern and awareness toward how learners learn best. This study develops an adaptive e-learning platform where the learner is allowed to answer questions or solve problems based on his/her ability or pace. It also provides an online classroom which will run alongside the traditional classroom. The software will adopt the waterfall model. ***, an Object Oriented Programming Language will be used with AJAX and JAVASCRIPT web development tools. Furthermore, this study recommends new strategies & technologies to improve safety, quality, and overall standard of learning amongst learners in educational institutions.
