摘要:Spectral and directional control of thermal emission based on excitation of confined electromagnetic resonant modes paves a viable way for the design and construction of microscale thermal emitters/absorbers. In this paper, we present numerical simulation results of the thermal radiative properties of a silicon carbide(Si C) thermal emitter/absorber composed of periodic microstructures. We illustrate different electromagnetic resonant modes which can be excited with the structure,such as surface phonon polaritons, magnetic polaritons and photonic crystal modes, and the process of radiation spectrum optimization based on a non-linear optimization algorithm. We show that the spectral and directional control of thermal emission/absorption can be efficiently achieved by adjusting the geometrical parameters of the structure. Moreover, the optimized spectrum is insensitive to 3% dimension modification.
摘要:Well-designed airfoil is very important for high-performance *** paper developed an efficient multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization design system for rotor airfoils based on RANS analysis,and verified the performance of the optimized *** CRA09-A as the baseline rotor airfoil,the CRA09-B optimized rotor airfoil was designed *** with the foundation of high-precision rotor airfoil stationary test technology,the CRA09-B and CRA09-A rotor airfoils were tested in the S3 MA high-speed wind tunnel of *** order to correct the aerodynamic data,a single parameter linear wall pressure method is used to consider the tunnel *** results indicate that multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization design method developed in this study is reliable,and that CRA09-B optimized airfoil provides better stationary performance than CRA09-A airfoil in terms of maximum lift coefficient and lift-to-drag ratio.
摘要:A novel toggled flip-flop(TFF) divide-by-two circuit(DTC) and its optimization method based on a large-signal analysis approach are *** reducing the output RC constant in tracking mode and making it large in latching mode,compressing the internal signal swing as well as compensating the current leaked in the latching mode, the operating frequency range is greatly *** in a SMIC 0.13μm RF CMOS process with a 1.2 V power supply,it can work under an ultra-wide frequency band ranging from 320 MHz to 29.6 *** results show that two phase-locked loops(PLLs) with the proposed DTC can achieve in-band phase noise of-94 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz under 4224 MHz operating frequency and-84 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz under 10 GHz operating frequency,respectively. The power consumption of the proposed DTC is reduced by almost 50%compared with the conventional counterparts.
摘要:This paper deals with an optimization design method for the Gabor filters based on the analysis of an iris texture model. By means of analyzing the properties of an iris texture image, the energy distribution regularity of the iris texture image measured by the average power spectrum density is exploited, and the theoretical ranges of the efficient valued frequency and orientation parameters can also be deduced. The analysis shows that the energy distribution of the iris texture is generally centralized around lower frequencies in the spatial frequency domain. Accordingly, an iterative algorithm is designed to optimize the Gabor parameter field. The experimental results indicate the validity of the theory and efficiency of the algorithm.
摘要:optimization techniques are being applied to solve the problems of surface interpolation, approximation, smooth joining and fairing, aiming at corresponding objective functions. This paper focuses on the construction of fair surface interpolating the given mesh of curved boundaries with G 2 adjustment at comers and G 1, G 2 smoothness between adjacent patches. Many papers on surface blending have been presented, but almost all of them are restricted to the discussion of Bezier patches, there are no good results for B-spline surface. This paper gives a solution to the B-spline surface, allowing the surface to degenerate at comer in and have different parameterization along the common boundary of two patches.
