摘要：An effective cancer nanodrug not only needs to load a large fraction of pharmaceutical molecules and release them in responsive ways, to function as imaging and photothermal agents, but also needs to possess the favorable morphologies that are favored by the EPR effect of cancer tissues. In this study, we designed a spherical nanodrug by forming clusters using DOX and a polymer-engineered rGO. These spherical nanodrugs had a diameter of around 750 nm and assumed both functionalities of chemical therapy and the photothermal effect. In addition, this nanodrug featured a high-loading capability of DOX, a pH-responsive release profile, a self-fluorescent capability, and an effective accumulation in cancer cells. The layer-by-layer assembly of three cycles of polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyacrylic acid (PAA) around the rGO core was indispensable in achieving a chemically-modified rGO precursor that assembled with DOX to produce the spherical nanodrug. The spherical nanodrug effectively decreased cell viability upon NIR irradiations.

摘要：Purpose:Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained release formulation increases patient compliance by reducing frequency of administration and it also reduces side effects like nausea and vomiting. Hence the objective of present investigation was to develop triple layer sustained release tablets of venlafaxine HCl using xanthan gum or polyethylene oxide. Methods:The venlafaxine HCl 150 mg sustained release tablets were prepared by wet granulation technique where drug was incorporated in middle layer with part of polymer. The barrier layers were composed of remaining polymer and other excipients. The granules and tablets were characterised. Optimized batches were also tested for drug release at different pH and in presence of ethanol, for kinetics of drug release and for water uptake/swelling. Results: Preliminary trials of monolayer tablet showed burst release due to high dose and solubility of venlafaxine HCl and hence triple layer tablets were developed. Granules of middle layer exhibited good flow properties. The comparative drug release to Effexor? XR capsule 150 mg could be achieved by modulating the concentration of polymer and diluents in middle layer as well as in barrier layers. Higher amount of polyethylene oxide was required as compared to xanthan gum which may be due to high water uptake and poor gel strength of polyethylene oxide. The optimized formulations showed pH independent drug release as well as ethanol had no effect on drug release. Effexor? XR capsule and optimized batches followed Weibull kinetics for drug release. The radar diagrams showed the comparable drug release to innovator in both the optimized formulations but point to point correlation was observed in batch with xanthan gum. Conclusion: The layered matrix tablets formulated successfully using hydrophilic polymers, xanthan gum or polyethylene oxide, to sustain the release of highly soluble drug like venlafaxine HCl.

摘要：α-Diimide catalysts have attracted widespread attention due to their unique chain walking characteristics.A series ofα-diimide nickel/palladium catalysts with different electronic effects and steric hindrances were designed and synthesized for olefin *** this work,we synthesized a series of asymmetricα-diimide nickel complexes with different steric hindrances and used them for ethylene *** nickel catalysts have high ethylene polymerization activity,up to 6.51×10^(6)g·mol^(−1)·h^(−1),and the prepared polyethylene has a moderate melting point and high molecular weight(up to 38.2×10^(4)g·mol^(−1)),with a branching density distribution between 7 and 94 branches per 1000 *** importantly,the polyethylene prepared by these catalysts exhibits excellent tensile properties,with strain and stress reaching 800%and 30 MPa,respectively.
