摘要：Objective The Jidong Women Health Cohort Study is a prospective cohort study on female-specific characteristics and risks of chronic diseases in Chinese women and focuses on the potential association between menopause and risks of cardiovascular disease(CVD). Methods The study includes 4,179 female participants with an age of older than 18 years from Caofeidian district, Tangshan city, northern China. Baseline information on female-specific characteristics and potential cardiovascular risk factors was collected and all the participants underwent a physical examination with blood samples collected in 2013. To establish a better risk assessment tool of female CVD, updated information from questionnaire investigation, physical examinations and occurrence of outcome events will be collected through a longitudinal follow-up annually up to the year 2024. Results At baseline, Mean age of the participants was 42.3 ± 12.8 years. Reproduction occurred in 2,948 participants(70.5%), menopausal transition in 173(4.3%), and postmenopause in 1,058(25.3%). The incidence of arterial hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes showed significant difference across different groups stratified by Stage of Reproductive Aging Workshop(STRAW) system(P < 0.05). Conclusion The Jidong Women Health Cohort Study will contribute to the scientific evidence on association between female-specific characteristics and cardiovascular risks, and will also be helpful to provide a new path for early detection and prevention of CVD.

摘要：Aiming at the weaknesses of LON bus, combining the coexistence of fieldbus and DCS (Distribu ted Control Systems) in control networks, the authors introduce a hierarchical hybrid control network design based on LON and master slave RS 422/485 protocol. This design adopts LON as the trunk, master slave RS 422/485 control networks are connected to LON as special subnets by dedicated gateways. It is an implementation method for isomerous control network integration. Data management is ranked according to real time requirements for different network data. The core components, such as control network nodes, router and gateway, are detailed in the paper. The design utilizes both communication advantage of LonWorks technology and the more powerful control ability of universal MCUs or PLCs, thus it greatly increases system response speed and performance cost ratio.

摘要：With the rapid development of the embedded technology, research and implement of the Internet of things will be a new technology revolution, yet the implement of the Internet of things is on the base of the communication between the things. For this reason, realizing the function of communication between singlechip is particularly important. Based on the characteristics of the embedded microcontroller, we analyzed the traditional PC TCP/IP protocol, and appropriately tailored TCP/IP protocol cluster on the basis of the characteristics of embedded singlechip. At last, we realized the reduced TCP/IP protocol cluster suitable for embedded singlechip, on AVR singlechip platform.

摘要：Sea cucumbers are common foods in Asian culture. They are commonly eaten as dry-salted. Thus, a dry-salting protocol for cucumbers includes the processes of: gutting, cooking, salting, drying and packing. Drying trials were conducted at 50℃ and 60℃ in an oven and air-dried, with no difference (P > 0.05) in yield observed between them. Protein content varied depending on the type of drying, while fat content did not change significantly (P > 0.05). Final yield ranged between 5% to 7% of initial mass, with the main losses in mass (due to water loss) registered in the gutting and cooking stages. The sea cucumbers dried in an oven at 60℃ reached the humidity goal faster and there were statistically significant differences (P Isostichopus sp. aff badionotus is for consumers a viable alternative source of protein.

摘要：Background： Allergic rhinitis（AR） is defined as an immunoglobulin led atopic disorder that affects the nasal mucosa. Moxibustion on herbs, a common complementary and alternative medicine approach, is frequently used for treating AR in clinical practice. Western medicine is good at quick symptomatic relief,while offer little or no sustainable and steady long-term effect. Little established evidence is available to support the long-term effectiveness of moxibustion on herbs for ***： This study is a randomized controlled trial to assess the long-term effectiveness of moxibustion on herbs in moderate-severe persistent AR ***： The study sample size is 56 patients. Eligible patients with moderate-severe persistent AR will be randomized into a moxibustion on herbs combined with conventional treatment group（MOHCT group） and a conventional treatment group（CT group） in a 1：1 ratio. Patients in the MOHCT group will receive a 30-min moxibustion on herbs treatment on Zhiyang（至阳 GV 9）, Dàzhuī（大椎 GV 14） and bilateral Shenshu（肾俞 BL 23）, Fèishū（肺俞 BL 13） for a total of 12 times on the basis of conventional treatment, while those in the CT group will receive conventional treatment alone. The primary outcome measure is VAS score for total nasal symptoms, which will be obtained via a self-recorded AR diary. The secondary outcome measures include the average occurrence of symptoms per week, use of medication and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire（RQLQ）.Discussion： The objectives of this study include（1） to evaluate the long-term effectiveness and safety of moxibustion on herbs for treating AR;（2） to evaluate whether moxibustion on herbs can reduce the frequency of AR symptoms in patients with moderate-severe persistent allergic rhinitis. The finding of this study will provide evidence on the long-term effectiveness of moxibustion on herbs for moderatesevere persistent AR.

摘要：A low energy uneven cluster protocol design method is proposed. Aiming at the random choosing for cluster head of traditional Leach protocol, and the defect of the single hop from all the cluster heads to the sink node, an improved method for Leave protocol is advanced. Firstly, the election model of cluster head is improved, and the node residual energy is considered in the process of threshold and the cluster head election to improve the whole network life circle. In the multi-hop route, choosing the maximum energy and the nearest node as the next hop and a route transferring data among many clusters is formed. The experiment shows the method having great improvement compared with Leach protocol and prolonging the network life cycle.

摘要：为提高即时通讯服务数据传输和存储的高效性和稳定性,提出了一种基于Google protocol Buffer的即时通讯系统。该系统利用protocol Buffer数据交换格式对通讯数据进行处理,提高系统的传输效率。实验结果表明,与json、xml相比,经protocol Buffer序列化后的数据大小要明显小于其他两种方法,系统整体传输效率和安全性较高,并且具有良好的扩展性。

摘要：Fairness and stability guarantee among TCP flows is very stubborn in wireless ad hoc networks. There is not a MAC protocol that can fulfill this acquirement until now. In this paper, we firstly reveal the in-depth causes of the severe TCP unfairness and instability problems in IEEE 802.11-based multihop networks. Then we utilize the collision detection mechanism of the IEEE 802.11 protocol which is often ignored by most of the people to design a novel collision detection mechanism-based MAC (CDMB-MAC) scheme to solve the short-term and long-term fairness and stability issues while providing a good aggregate throughput in many topologies.

摘要：The goal of an UHDTV is to broadcast digital video contents which is 16 times the pixel resolution of HDTV. As the resolution is increased, the UHDTV requires a transmission technology to support very high data transfer rate. In this paper, we propose two out-of-band protocols to transmit UHDTV contents in a CATV network: an OOB-based protocol and a DSG-based protocol. The former may be a short term solution which is well suitable for a traditional CATV network and the letter may be a long term solution which is adoptable for a CATV network equipped with DOCSIS functionalities. In order to transfer 200 Mbps UHDTV contents, proposed protocols use a channel bonding mechanism which combines several QAM channels. We propose CATV network architectures to support an UHDTV service with a channel bonding mechanism, and design the format of messages to share the information of bonded channels between a headend and a STB. We develop an OPNET simulator and ascertain successful transmission of UHDTV contents.
