摘要：Creative regions and their formation in a region depend on several factors. These factors are effective when placed side by side and have a positive impact on the establishment of the physical system of area. In fact, continuous and chained activity of these factors will play an important map. The connection between the key factors of creative region is named creative ecosystem that starts from a point, and after a few steps becomes a creative idea. Finding this ecosystem is particularly important in formation of the creative region. With proper understanding, apropos analysis, and timely use of this chain, actual and virtual potentials of region will be stimulated and pleasant result will come out. This paper explores the creative region factors and components that can be involved in the creative ecosystem. These factors are sometimes fundamental and sometimes minor considered compared to the current situation in the region. The used research method is grounded theory and in fundamental extent, it is seeking to achieve an underlying or grounded theory. After investigations and the results of this study, a creative region cycle theory has been reached and is presented as a fundamental theory that is a basis for formation of future researches. In the cycle of creative region, innovation, social capital, creative human capital and living quality are discussed that as the criteria for the formation of a creative region have numerous separated indicators.

摘要：Stabilization of the constrained switched nonlinear systems is an attractive research subject. Predictive control can handle variable constraints well and make the system stable. Its stability is typically based on an assumption of initial feasibility of the optimization problem; however the set of initial conditions, starting from where a given predictive formulation is guaranteed to be feasible, is not explicitly characterized. In this paper, a hybrid predictive control method is proposed for a class of switched nonlinear systems with input constraints and un-measurable states. The main idea is to design a mixed controller using Lyapunov functions and a state observer, which switches appropriately between a bounded feedback controller and a predictive controller, and to give an explicitly characterized set of initial conditions to stabilize each closed-loop subsystem. For the whole switched nonlinear system, a suitable switched law based on the state estimation is designed to orchestrate the transitions between the consistituent modes and their respective controllers, and to ensure the whole closed-loop system's stability. The simulation results for a chemical process show the validity of the controller proposed in this paper.

摘要：The extended state observer (ESO) is a novel observer for a class of uncertain systems. Since ESO adopts the continuous non-smooth structure, the classical observer design theory is hard to use for ESO analysis. In this note, the self-stable region (SSR) approach, which is a nonlinear synthesis method for nonlinear uncertain systems, will be used for ESO design and its stability analysis. The advantages of the non-smooth structure in ESO for improving the convergence properties and the estimation precision will be shown.

摘要：In this paper, we propose multi-fin FET design techniques targeted for RF applications. Overlap and underlap design configuration in a base FinFET are compared first and then multi-fin device (consisting of transistor unit up to 50) is studied to develop design limitations and to evaluate their effects on the device performance. We have also investigated the impact of the number of fins (up to 50) in multi-fin structure and resulting RF parameters. Our results show that as the number of fin increases, underlap design compromises RF performance and short channel effects. The results provide technical understanding that is necessary to realize new opportunities for RF and analog mixed-signal design with nanoscale FinFETs.

摘要：该文旨在探讨适合于扩增蜡梅科植物ITS序列的PCR反应条件。试验中设计了2个新引物来扩增整个核糖体RNA基因(nrDNA)的ITS序列,进行了4种引物组合、2种扩增程序、7种Mg^(2+)浓度、4种dNTP浓度和3种二甲基亚砜浓度的比较。结果表明:当反应体系中Mg^(2+)浓度为1.8 mmol/L,dNTP为2 mmol/L,含5%二甲基亚砜,扩增时先进行两步预扩增,反应效果最好。文中还对引物的设计进行了探讨,认为当所选用的植物可能有寄生真菌时,最好不用与真菌同源的引物。最后提出了几点引物设计的注意事项。

摘要：采用RAPD-SCAR分子标记技术,从300条RAPD随机引物中筛选到了对条形柄锈菌Puccinia striiformis ***33号生理小种特异的2条引物,将特异性片段回收、克隆和测序后(Gen Bank注册号为AB914691和AB914692),依据其序列设计出了2对引物S261F33/S261R33和S300F33/S300R33,能够特异性地从33号生理小种基因组DNA及发病小麦叶片总DNA中分别扩增出247bp和763bp的片段,其结果与采用常规的鉴别寄主法鉴定的结果一致。因此,这2对引物都可用于条形柄锈菌33号生理小种的快速鉴定与监测。

摘要：针对盐东控制工程为江苏省沂南地区盐西片东排入海的唯一控制工程,分析了沂南盐西片5 a一遇排涝、20 a一遇排洪规模,结合数模计算分析了盐东控制现状排涝、排洪能力,指出了沂南地区盐西片现状排涝、排洪存在的问题及影响因素,并针对目前的工程现状及治理状况提出了提高该片区排涝、排洪能力的治理措施和方案,可为今后沂南盐西片排涝、排洪治理方案的研究提供技术依据。

摘要：目前,东北黑土地的水土流失已成为备受世界关注的热点问题。黑土地水土流失综合治理已成为国家水土保持工作的重点内容。该项工作具有涉及面广、数据和图象分析工作量大、空间分布复杂等特征,因此,一般方法对土地利用现状调查、坡度统计和措施布局及图件绘制工作的完成有极大的工作量与难度。经过筛选,将"regionManager"技术应用于水土保持规划设计中,能够准确直观地绘制出图件,并对生态效益、经济效益和社会效益作出合理的评估,较精确地完成水土保持规划设计工作,为我省黑土地水土流失综合治理与水土保持设计提供强有力的技术支持。
