摘要：Latin hypercube design and uniform design are two kinds of most popular space-filling designs for computer experiments. The fact that the run size equals the number of factor levels in a Latin hypercube design makes it difficult to be orthogonal. While for a uniform design, it usually has good space-filling properties, but does not necessarily have small or zero correlations between factors. In this paper, we construct a class of column-orthogonal and nearly column-orthogonal designs for computer experiments by rotating groups of factors of orthogonal arrays, which supplement the designs for computer experiments in terms of various run sizes and numbers of factor levels and are flexible in accommodating various combinations of factors with different numbers of levels. The resulting column-orthogonal designs not only have uniformly spaced levels for each factor but also have uncorrelated estimates of the linear effects in first order models. Further, they are 3-orthogonal if the corresponding orthogonal arrays have strength equal to or greater than three. Along with a large factor-to-run ratio, these newly constructed designs are economical and suitable for screening factors for physical experiments.

摘要：The principle of the inertial navigation system（INS） with rotating inertial measurement unit （IMU） is analyzed. A new IMU is established to rotate round each axis in three directions. Then, the related error models for the designed system during rotating are deduced and the improved system is built. Finally, the performance simulation of the proposed system is provided. The simulation result indicates that the designed system can improve the accuracy of the roll and the pitch as well as heading by rotating three axes, thus guaranting the heading accuracy. Moreover, based on the principle of rotation at six different positions, such structure can carry out real-time calibration, and improve the system performance.

摘要：Compared with the flat architecture in the design of sensor networks, the hierarchical architecture gains much attractive for the reason of scalability, management and energy efficiency. In order to distribute the energy evenly, nodes act the cluster head in some orders. The existing approaches don’t pay a critical attention to the overhead during the role rotations. And the duration of a round is a priori, which is very application-specific. An energy-aware hierarchical architecture design scheme is put forward in this paper, namely, Adaptive Minimum rotational Cost (AMRC) cluster formation scheme. The decision of beginning a new round is made adaptively by the cluster head itself. It combines the dynamic and static advantages in the clustering architecture. The simulation results demonstrate AMRC outperforms some other clustering protocols in many aspects.
