摘要：A novel integrated water treatment facility, inner-recycling continuous sand filter, is discussed. The theory of micro-flocculation is applied in the sand-washing circulation system with continuous filtration and backwashing. The design and operation parameters, which affect the performance of the filter, are discussed. The key design parameters are provided as follows: diameter of filter material is 0.7 to 1.0 mm, depth of filter bed is 0.6 m, filtration velocity is less than 12 m/h, ratio of gas to water is 9:11 and sand recycling rate is 2 to 4 mm/min.

摘要：在薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件(TFT-LCD)的制作过程中,Mura是一种常见的不良现象,它可以直接影响到产品的画面品质。本文结合生产工艺的实际情况,采用宏观微观检查设备Macro/Micro(M/M)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、聚焦离子束测试仪(FIB)等设备进行检测分析,研究了产品开发过程中出现的sand Mura问题。实验结果表明,sand Mura发生的主要原因是像素电极ITO在刻蚀过程中由于过刻发生断裂,导致在通电时该处液晶分子偏转发生异常,进而阻挡了光的透过而形成暗点;通过变更ITO薄膜的厚度及刻蚀时间等一系列措施,防止了像素电极在PVX过孔处因过刻引起的断裂,不良发生率降至0.3%,产品质量得到了很大的提高。此外,过孔设计优化方案有助于新产品开发阶段避免该不良的发生,为以后相关问题的研究奠定了一些理论基础。

摘要：A novel horizontal trap-door test system was devised in this study to analyze the face stability of shield tunnels in *** test system can be used to investigate both the longitudinal and cross sections of the face failure simultaneously at one single apparatus and was employed to perform face stability tests on small-scaled tunnel models at single *** lateral support pressures and failure zones were studied with varying sand materials and earth *** results demonstrate that the tunnel face moves back,the lateral active earth pressure on the tunnel face decreases rapidly to a residual value,and the lateral pressure distribution can be categorized into three stages during the failure process:1)initial state;2)pressure dissipation stage;and 3)pressure zone diminution ***,face failure firstly develops from a stable condition to the local failure state,and then continues to develop to the global failure state that can be divided into two sub-zones with different failure mechanisms:rotational failure zone(lower zone)and gravitational failure zone(upper zone).Further discussion shows that under the effects of soil arching,the shape of the gravitational failure zone can adopt arch shaped(most frequent)and column shaped(in shallow tunnels).Limit support pressure for face stability usually appears atδ/D=0.2%−0.5%(ratio of face displacement to tunnel diameter).

摘要：This paper presents experimental investigation for particles breakage for natural sand. The particle breakage was induced by subjecting the sample to one dimensional compression. Grain size analyses were performed before and after induced breakage. Thereafter, the sand shear strength parameters were assessed using direct shear box tests and the coefficient of permeability was assessed using constant head permeameter. Examining the obtained results revealed that the amount of breakage due to one dimensional compression was of order higher than the amount occurring during direct shear test. Peak shear strength parameters decreased with the particles breakage increasing. Moreover, dilation angle of shear strength pronouncedly decreases with the amount of particles breakage increasing. Crushing has obvious effect on the evaluated coefficient of permeability.
