摘要：The pulsed-spray fluid-bed granulation (PSFBG) process was investigated and optimized using definitive scree ning design, a recently proposed new class of three-level desig n of experiment method. Such a design enabled quadratic models to be established that described the effect of six in put process parameters - inlet air temperature, inlet air humidity, binder spray rate, atomization pressure, pulse period, and pulse width - on the granule quality in a PSFBG process. Mathematical models of the mean particle size, relative size distribution width, production yield, and porosity were developed to quantify the relationships between the in flue ncing factors and critical quality attributes. On the basis of con strai nts on the desired granule properties, a design space for PSFBG was determined and ranges of the operating parameters were defined. An acceptable degree of prediction was confirmed by validation experiments, demonstrating the reliability and effectiveness of using definitive screening design to study the PSFBG process. This method can accelerate screening and optimization of this process within a large multidimensional design space.

摘要：The complicated, highly dynamic and diverse nature of biosystems brings great challenges to the specific analysis of molecular processes of interest. Nature provides antibodies for the specific recognition of antigens, which is a straight-forward way for targeted analysis. However, there are still limitations during the practical applications due to the big size of the antibodies, which accelerate the discovery of small molecular probes. Peptides built from various optional building blocks and easily achieved by chemical synthetic approaches with predictable conformations, are versatile and can act as tailor-made targeting *** this mini review, we summarize the recent developments in the discovery of novel peptides for bioanalytical and biomedical applications. Progresses in peptide-library design and selection strategies are presented. Recent achievements in the peptide-guided detection, imaging and disease treatment are also focused.

摘要：This research aimed to enhance the column bioleaching recovery of uranium ore by Acidithiobacillus *** factors were examined for their significance on bioleaching using a Plackett-Burman factorial *** significant variables([Fe2+]initial,pH,aeration rate and inoculation percent)were selected for the optimization *** effect of these variables on uranium bioleaching was studied using a central composite design(CCD).The optimal values of the variables for the maximum uranium bioleaching recovery(90.27±0.98)%were as follows:[Fe2+]initial=2.89g/L,aeration rate420mL/min,pH1.45and inoculation6%(v/v).[Fe2+]initial was found to be the most effective *** maximum uranium recovery from the predicted models was92.01%.This value was in agreement with the actual experimental *** analysis of bioleaching residue of uranium ore under optimum conditions confirmed the formation of K-jarosite on the surface of *** using optimal conditions,uranium bioleaching recovery is increased at column and jarosite precipitation is *** kinetic model showed that uranium recovery has a direct relation with ferric ion concentration.

摘要：Computer-aided drug design (CADD) is an interdisciplinary subject, playing a pivotal role during new drug research and development, especially the discovery and optimization of lead compounds. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) modernization is the only way of TCM development and also an effective approach to the development of new drugs and the discovery of potential drug targets (PDTs). Discovery and validation of PTDs has become the “bottle-neck” restricted new drug research and development and is urgently solved. Innovative drug research is of great significance and bright prospects. This paper mainly discusses the “druggability” and specificity of PTDs, the “druglikeness” of drug candidates, the methods and technologies of the discovery and validation of PTDs and their application. It is very important to achieve the invention and innovation strategy “from gene to drug”. In virtue of modern high-new technology, especially CADD, combined with TCM theory, research and develop TCM and initiate an innovating way fitting our country progress. This paper mainly discusses CADD and their application to drug research, especially TCM modernization.

摘要：Although small in size, PM25 can do great harm to the environment, and city greening trees can reduce PM2.5 pollution to a certain extent. This paper reviewed the mechanism of city greening trees to reduce PM2.5 pollution, screening and classification of green land allocation model of PM2.5 reducing greening trees, and made prospect on how to construct the evaluation index system of PM2.5 re- ducing greening trees and urban green land allocation.
