摘要：2019年第八届悉尼海湾市艺术节海湾雕塑展,再一次呈现在近悉尼机场的卡依玛海滨的库克公园(CookPark,110General Holmes Drive,Kyeemagh NSW 2216)。悉尼机场仍旧是主要赞助者。32件入选展出的作品将角逐一个6万澳币的大奖和其他三个奖项,本人做为本届唯一入选华裔艺术家,并且是连续二届入选,八年来头一位华裔女性艺术家,觉得意外,又深感荣幸。

摘要：This article presents the history of urban development in Uzbekistan. In the XX century urban development in Uzbekistan is undergoing some significant changes. Depending on social changes there are changes of tenor of life of society that finds reflection in town planning and architecture. The local architecture gets a variety of artistic styles. The Soviet period in Uzbekistan has been a difficult and controversial. City 1920-1980 biennium was under pressure from the Soviet doctrine. During the reconstruction after the earthquake in Tashkent used progressive methods of planning and development. During the period of independence of Uzbekistan to the 1990s to the present day there is a reassessment of values in the spiritual culture of the Uzbek people, when the problems of national identity become dominant in all spheres, including in urban planning.

摘要：Public art may promote the image and inner culture of the city, build and accumulate the gentle pulse of history and the cultural atmosphere, make public environment serve the people better, meet modern demand more to whom spirit enjoy. How are the whole development, cultural inside information, living standard of a city, can be embodied through the state of development of observing its public art at first, public art and development of the city complement each other.

摘要：1环境共构1.1园林景观注重空间整体性园林景观的组成具有多样性特质,包含诸多元素,如地形、水体、植物、建筑小品、雕塑等。雕塑是园林景观中核心的艺术景观。园林景观借鉴雕塑艺术中对空间的理解与营造手法,由此加强了园林空间的整体性与系统性。近年来,园林设计中对场所精神的重视,更加强化了对空间整体性的营造。1.2雕塑艺术趋向公共空间,呈现环境化趋势环境雕塑作为公共场所特有创作,应根据相应的特定环境中的空间结构、性质功能、情调气氛及尺度比例,追求布置在特定环境中的艺术效果,使其与环境紧密地形成一个有机整体。环境化趋势具体表现在:①雕塑同周边环境间有主客体之分的弱化;②雕塑在与周边环境相呼应和关照的基础上弥补原主体环境的不足之处。

摘要：By analyzing the role of public art in the construction and development of urban landscape, the concept of public art and its regional meaning are analyzed, the relation between public art and city sculpture is explained, it is pointed out that city sculpture could enhance the landscape of urban space and enrich public art. The functions of city sculpture are expounded in details, including guiding spatial communication, creating the sociality of humanistic environment, and communicating space with human. With the design of city sculpture at the entrance of Xiasi County in Southeast part of Guizhou Province for example, its location and status are analyzed, highlighting its special location advantages as well as the historical business climate, the sculpture integrates the ancient corn which represents commercial culture with butterfly which embodies the totem of Miao nationalities in Southeast Guizhou Province, therefore brings both the visual impact and culture features. Here the significance of regional city sculpture is summarized, it is emphasized that the city sculpture is the material carrier of city culture, the cultural source of original design elements and the concrete manifestation of regional spirit.
