摘要：A novel kind of multidimension symbol/sequence trellis coded modulation (TCM) based on TCM of lower coding rate has been constructed. The redundancy of this new kind of TCM is provided not only by the modulated symbol sequence but also by the PN sequences for spreading spectrum as well. The performance of direct sequence spread spectrum multiple access (DS/SSMA) system with this symbol/sequence TCM over flat Rayleigh fading channel has been investigated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results obtained in this research demonstrate the performance improvements of this system in comparison with that of the DS/SSMA system with conventional TCM under the same conditions.

摘要：This article proves the existence of a hyper-precise global numerical meta-architecture unifying, structuring, binding and controlling the billion triplet codons constituting the sequence of single-stranded DNA of the entire human genome. Beyond the evolution and erratic mutations like transposons within the genome, it’s as if the memory of a fossil genome with multiple symmetries persists. This recalls the “intermingling” of information characterizing the fractal universe of chaos theory. The result leads to a balanced and perfect tuning between the masses of the two strands of the huge DNA molecule that constitute our genome. We show here how codon populations forming the single-stranded DNA sequences can constitute a critical approach to the understanding of junk DNA function. Then, we suggest revisiting certain methods published in our 2009 book “Codex Biogenesis”. In fact, we demonstrate here how the universal genetic code table is a powerful analytical filter to characterize single-stranded DNA sequences constituting chromosomes and genomes. We can then show that any genomic DNA sequence is featured by three numbers, which characterize it and its 64 codon populations with correlations greater than 99%. The number “1” is common to all sequences, expressing the second law of Chargaff. The other 2 numbers are related to each specific DNA sequence case characterizing life species. For example, the entire human genome is characterized by three remarkable numbers 1, 2, and Phi = 1.618 the golden ratio. Associated with each of these three numbers, we can match three axes of symmetry, then “imagine” a kind of hyperspace formed by these codon populations. Then we revisit the value (3-Phi)/2 which is probably universal and common to both the scale of quarks and atomic levels, balancing and tuning the whole human genome codon population. 摘要：以蛹虫草全基因组为模板查找Simple sequence Repeats(SSR)位点并设计筛选引物进行聚类分析。从100对SSR引物中选出30对多态性高、重复性好的SSR引物,共获得215条多态性条带。根据遗传相似系数(GS)采用不加权成对群算术平均法(UPGMA)进行遗传相似性聚类:材料间GS值的变化范围为0.527~0.995,以GS值为0.761水平可将46株蛹虫草分为6类;菌株亲缘关系与地域来源有一定相关性,且栽培菌株多为同一品种。

摘要：After the understanding of the concept and characteristics of waterfront architectural space, by taking library, archive, and science and technology museum in Fuqing City for example, the paper had pointed out design techniques and features of their natural geological space, planning structure space, traditional courtyard space and architectural indoor space. It had illustrated their structure of "one center and three axes" in detail. Environmental factor had been regarded in plane planning layout. Semi-enclosed space of "cultural square", sequential space of "open courtyard", and well-spaced space of "vertical ecological courtyard" had been created. Based on these spaces, courtyard and garden environments for reading, rest, leisure and communication had been constructed. It was hoped to inspire design idea of waterfront architectures, so as to create waterfront architectures with times spirit and national feature.

摘要：以酿酒葡萄品种为原料,研究了聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)体系的主要成分对葡萄简单序列重复(simple sequence repeats,SSR)扩增结果的影响,并确定了各成分的最佳用量。以改良的十六烷基三甲基溴化铵法(hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,CTAB)从葡萄中提取基因组DNA,通过单因素试验分析SSR-PCR体系中主要成分Mg2+浓度、d NTPs浓度、Taq DNA聚合酶浓度、引物浓度和模板DNA浓度对葡萄SSR-PCR反应体系扩增效果的影响。同时,采用正交优化设计试验确立酿酒葡萄SSR-PCR最佳25μL反应体系为Mg2+浓度为2.5 mmol/L,d NTPs为0.15 mmol/L,Taq DNA聚合酶为1.5 U,引物为0.5μmol/L,DNA含量为40 ng/25μL。通过优化试验的直观分析和方差分析得出PCR体系的主要成分对扩增结果的影响程度依次为:Mg2+>Taq DNA聚合酶>d NTPs>引物>模板DNA。利用此体系对4个酿酒葡萄品种DNA进行SSR-PCR反应体系扩增并进行非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测,结果扩增条带清晰稳定,说明该体系可用于酿酒葡萄品种SSR标记的研究。

摘要：[Object]To providing new data for phylogenesis of Bangia atropurpurea by the sequencing of internal transcribed spacer（ITS region）of rDNA.[Method]*** was collected from Niangziguan Spring in Shanxi,the DNA was extracted and the primers were designed for PCR amplification so as to obtain ITS gene sequence.[Result]The homology of ITS region between *** and Porphyra oligospermatangia was 75%,which was 79% between *** and ***.[Conclusion]Compared with other genes,the ITS sequence had a greater evolution *** differences in classification and distribution resulted in the sequence diversity.

摘要：[Objective] The aim was to establish a molecular biological method for identifying coccidium species.[Method]First,the pure species of Eimeria intestinalis was isolated by using single-oocyst isolation ***,according to the 18s rDNA and 5.8s rDNA sequences of Eimeria coccidia published in GenBank,a pair of specific primers was designed and synthesized to amplify the internal transcribed spacer 1（ITS-1）.Finally,the PCR products were sent for sequencing.[Result]The pure species of *** was isolated and the result of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that the PCR product was 434 bp,and at least 27-sporulated oocysts could be detected.[Conclusion]The research will provide a basis for accurate identification of coccidium species and strains.
