摘要：To design approximately linear-phase complex coefficient finite impulse response （FIR） digital filters with arbitrary magnitude and group delay responses, a novel neural network approach is studied. The approach is based on a batch back-propagation neural network algorithm by directly minimizing the real magnitude error and phase error from the linear-phase to obtain the filter＇s coefficients. The approach can deal with both the real and complex coefficient FIR digital filters design problems. The main advantage of the proposed design method is the significant reduction in the group delay error. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated with two optimal design examples.

摘要：A new method is proposed for the object surveillance system based on the enhanced fish-eye lens and the high speed digital signal processor （DSP）. The improved fish-eye lens images an ellipse picture on the charge-coupled device （CCD） surface, which increases both the utilization rate of the 4：3 rectangular CCD and the imaging resolution, and remains the view angle of 183° The algorithm of auto-adapted renewal background subtraction （ARBS） is also explored to extract the object from the monitoring image. The experimental result shows that the ARBS algorithm has high anti-jamming ability and high resolution, leading to excellent object detecting ability from the enhanced elliptical fish-eye image under varies environments. This system has potential applications in different security monitoring fields due to its wide monitoring space, simple structure, working stability, and reliability.

摘要：An optimized design of laser range finding system using the self-mixing effect in a single-mode verticalcavity surface-emitting laser （VCSEL） is proposed. In order to improve the ranging accuracy and expand dynamic measurement range, we apply difference frequency analog phase-locked loop （PLL） instead of fast Fourier transform （FFT） to process signal, and choose the optimum triangular wave frequency .fm= 500 Hz and small modulation current △Ip p = 0.28 mA to modulate single-mode VCSEL. The experiment results show that, without controlling the laser＇s temperature, the ranging accuracy is better than 2 mm and the measurement dynamic range is as large as 50-500 mm when the sampling time is 0.1 s and the room temperature is 0--55℃.

摘要：In order to improve the test accuracy of CCD,a new type of CCD device is *** columns(rows) of photoelectric diodes(PDs) are combined together,and staggered with the distance of H1=H/N,where H is the space between two adjacent PDs,and N is the number of columns(rows).The photoelectric signals are collected simultaneously by multi-channel A/D,and the accurate measurement result is obtained through appropriate signal *** changing the size or space of PDs,more photographic pixels are arranged in the given direction within a finite *** of three standard poles are measured by a single CCD and two staggered CCDs,respectively with length of 30 mm and diameters of 5 mm,8 mm and 12 mm,*** results show that the accuracy of double staggered CCDs is two times of that of single *** new type of CCDs can avoid the impact of PD space theoretically and higher measurement accuracy can be obtained.

摘要：Universal serial bus 2.0 (USB2.0) is a kind of mainstream interface technology. The traditional USB developing is only to develop USB peripheral devices. For the USB2.0 peripheral devices IP core system that has wide application foreground, some interference inevitably exists in signal transmitting. Some fault-tolerant design and test methods must be adopted in order to correctly transmit and receive data. Combining with a project, this paper introduces in detail about measures, hardware implement, and test methods of fault-tolerant design about USB2.0 peripheral devices IP core system. Fault-tolerant design measures, noise reduction measures of signal processing, fault-tolerant methods about data encode and decode, package identification (ID) field fault-tolerant methods, and cyclic redundancy checks fault-tolerant methods are discussed. The paper also presents some hardware implement methods about fault-tolerant design of data decode and test methods about fault-tolerant design of USB2.0 IP core system. These methods can offer the reference for development of USB2.0 system in all kinds of electronics instrumentations.

摘要：Most acceleration diagrams show high levels of unpredictability, as a result, it is the best to avoid using diagrams of earthquake acceleration spect~＇a, even if the diagrams recorded at the site in question. In order to design earthquake resistant structures, we, instead, suggest constructing a design spectrum using a set of spectra that have common characteristics to the recorded acceleration diagrams at a particular site and smoothing the associated data. In this study, we conducted a time history analysis and determined a design spectrum for the region near the Lali tunnel in Southwestern Iran. We selected 13 specific ground motion records from the rock site to construct the design spectrum. To process the data, we first applied a base-line correction and then calculated the signal-to-noise ratio （]~SN） for each record. Next, we calculated the Fourier amplitude spectra of the acceleration pertaining to the signal window （1）, and the Fourier amplitude spectra of the associated noise （2）. After dividing each spectra by the square root of the selected window interval, they were divided by each other （1 divided by 2）, in order to obtain the ~SN ratio （filtering was also applied）. In addition, all data were normalized to the peak ground acceleration （PGA）. Next, the normalized vertical and horizontal responses and mean response spectrum （50%） and the mean plus-one standard deviation （84%） were calculated for all the selected ground motion records at 5% damping. Finally, the mean design spectrum and the mean plus-one standard deviation were plotted for the spectrums. The equation of the mean and the above-mean design spectrum at the Lali tunnel site are also provided, along with our observed conclusions.

摘要：On the basis of the analysis of the system sounding principle, this paper introduced a new type of ionospheric oblique backscattering sound system, which is based on the pseudo- ran- dom noise phase modulated pulse compression. According to the high requirements of real-time and a large amount of computation and echo characteristics, a high-speed real-time signal processing system was established and the design of system hardware and software was focused on. The sounding results indicate that the system is equipped to handle the data fast and has a high degree of software features. It is of great significance for the realization of fast, real-time ionospheric sounding means.
