摘要：This report presents a design system based on the use of CsI(TI) detectors to search for lost radioactive sources that are dangerous and harmful to individuals, including searching persons. For this purpose, the GEANT4 simulation toolkit was utilized to develop a system based on three detectors. Various simulated analyses were performed on the dose rates of the three detectors using different source–detector distances and detector separation. There were good agreement between the simulated results and the experimentally measured data. A new method was discussed to detect and search for radioactive sources based only on the dose rates in detectors with source activity. Numerical analyses were performed based on the measured dose rates and the difference of distances to determine the actual location of the lost single or multiple γ-ray sources at a specific angle. The detection limit was calculated from the background radiation to establish the sensitivity and capability of the proposed detector system. This system can be applied in fields in which it is necessary to locate unknown radioactive sources.

摘要：The superconducting cyclotron SC200 is intended to generate a 200 MeV, 400 nA proton beam for future particle therapy. The internal hot-cathode-type Penning ionization gauge (PIG) ion source for the SC200 is designed for the generation of hydrogen ions. A brief description of the design of ion source and test bench, which are used in SC200, is given in this paper. The ion source has been verified on the test bench, and the results indicated that the designed ion source meets the expected requirements. The lifetime of the filament exceeded 100 h in the test. In addition, the extraction voltage and the gas flow that influence the extracted ion current intensity have been tested in the experiment.

摘要：sourceDriver电路模块是彩色TFT-LCD驱动控制芯片的关键电路之一,其功能是将数字图像显示数据转换成模拟驱动电压,从而驱动TFT-LCD显示各种彩色图像。本文从TFT-LCD的驱动原理出发,提出了一种适合于手机用TFT-LCD的低功耗、小面积的sourceDriver电路体系结构,用0.25μmCMOS工艺设计并实现了显示26万(26×26×26)色,支持132RGB×176分辨率的手机用TFT-LCD驱动控制芯片中的sourceDriver电路,电路面积约15mm×0.6mm。Hspice仿真结果表明,sourceDriver电路的响应时间为1.49μs,静态功耗小于1mW。

摘要：The groundwater system is often polluted by different sources of contamination where the sources are difficult to detect. The presence of contamination in groundwater poses significant challenges to its delineation and quantification. The remediation of a contaminated site requires an optimal decision making system to identify the pollutant source characteristics accurately and efficiently. The source characteristics are generally identified using contaminant concentration measurements from arbitrary or planned monitoring locations. To effectively characterize the sources of pollution, the monitoring locations should be selected appropriately. An efficient monitoring network will result in satisfactory characterization of contaminant sources. On the other hand, an appropriate design of monitoring network requires reliable source characteristics. A coupled iterative sequential source identification and dynamic monitoring network design, improves substantially the accuracy of source identification model. This paper reviews different source identification and monitoring network design methods in groundwater contaminant sites. Further, the models for sequential integration of these two models are presented. The effective integration of source identification and dedicated monitoring network design models, distributed sources, parameter uncertainty, and pollutant geo-chemistry are some of the issues which need to be addressed in efficient, accurate and widely applicable methodologies for identification of unknown pollutant sources in contaminated aquifers.
