摘要：strain engineering is a powerful tool to tailor the physical properties of materials coherently stacked in an epitaxial heterostructure. Such an approach, applied to the mature field of planar heteroepitaxy, has yielded a variety of new phenomena and devices. Recently, heteroepitaxial vertically aligned nanocomposites have emerged as alternatives to planar structures. Owing to the peculiar geometry of such nanoarchitectures, efficient strain control can be achieved, opening the way to novel functionalities. In this paper, we report a very large tensile axial strain in epitaxial transition metal nanowires embedded in an oxide matrix. We show that axial strains in excess of 1.5% can be sustained over a large thickness （a few hundred nanometers） in epitaxial nanowires having ultrasmall diameters （-3-6 nm）. The axial strain depends on the diameter of the nanowires, reflecting its epitaxial nature and the balance of interface and elastic energies. Furthermore, it is experimentally shown that such strain is metastable, in agreement with the calculations performed in the framework of the Frenkel-Kontorova model. The diameter dependence and metastability provide effective ways to control the strain, an appealing feature for the design of functional nanoarchitectures.

摘要：In order to develop the appropriate constitutive equation which can precisely model high temperature flow stress of 6063 Al alloy, a series of isothermal hot compression tests were performed at temperatures from 573 to 773 K and strain rates from 0.5 to 50 s?1 on a Gleeble?1500 thermo-simulation machine. Zener–Hollomon parameter in an exponent-type equation was used to describe the combined effects of temperature and strain rate on hot deformation behaviour of 6063 Al alloy, whereas the influence of strain was incorporated in the developed constitutive equation by considering material constants (α,n,Q andA) to be 4th order polynomial functions of strain. The results show that the developed constitutive equation can accurately predict high temperature flow stress of 6063 Al alloy, which demonstrates that it can be suitable for simulating hot deformation processes such as extrusion and forging, and for properly designing the deformation parameters in engineering practice.

摘要：Structural analysis of steel frames is typically performed using beam elements. Since these elements are unable to explicitly capture the local buckling behavior of steel cross-sections, traditional steel design specifications use the concept of cross-section classification to determine the extent to which the strength and deformation capacity of a cross-section are affected by local buckling. The use of plastic design methods are restricted to Class 1 cross-sections, which possess sufficient rotation capacity for plastic hinges to develop and a collapse mechanism to form. Local buckling prevents the development of plastic hinges with such rotation capacity for cross-sections of higher classes and, unless computationally demanding shell elements are used, elastic analysis is required. However, this article demonstrates that local buckling can be mimicked effectively in beam elements by incorporating the continuous strength method (CSM) strain limits into the analysis. Furthermore, by performing an advanced analysis that accounts for both geometric and material nonlinearities, no additional design checks are required. The positive influence of the strain hardening observed in stocky cross-sections can also be harnessed, provided a suitably accurate stress–strain relationship is adopted;a quad-linear material model for hot-rolled steels is described for this purpose. The CSM strain limits allow cross-sections of all slenderness to be analyzed in a consistent advanced analysis framework and to benefit from the appropriate level of load redistribution. The proposed approach is applied herein to individual members, continuous beams, and frames, and is shown to bring significant benefits in terms of accuracy and consistency over current steel design specifications.

摘要：Classical molecular dynamics(MD)simulations ae performed to investigate the effects of mechanical strain on the thermal conductivity of single-layer black phosphorus(SLBP)nanoribbons along different directions at room *** results show that the tensile strain afects the thermal conductivity of nanoribbons by changing thephonon density of state(DOS)and mean free path(M FP).The thermal conductivity shows a sharp enhancement with the tensile strain applied along the armchai diection,while it increases slowly with the strain applied along the zigzag *** phenomenon cm be mainly explained by effects of the phonon DOS and *** increasing strain along the armchai direction weakens DOS and strengthens MFP ***,when it comes to the increasing strain along the zigzag deection'DOS enliances significantly while MFP decreases *** findings explore the relationship between the tensile strain and the thermal conductivity reasonably and can provide a reliable method to estimate the MFP of black phosphorus.

摘要：The NEW GIFT Nile tilapia （Oreochromis niloticus niloticus L.） is a nationally certificated new strain selected over 14 years and 9 generations from the base strain of GIFT Nile tilapia, introduced in 1994. This new variety has been extended in most of areas of China. The management of genetically improved strains, including the genetic markers for identification is needed urgently. RAPD analysis was conducted and their conversion to SCAR markers was developed. From NEW GIFT Nile tilapia, two strain-specific RAPD bands, S304624 bp and S36568 bp were identified. The strain-specific RAPD bands were gel-purified, cloned, and sequenced. Locus-specific primers were then designed to amplify the strain-specific bands. PCR amplification was conducted to test the variations in allele frequencies of two converted SCAR markers among the NEW GIFT Nile tilapia and its base strains, as well as 7 additional farmed strains worldwide. The frequency of SCAR marker Ⅰ （553 bp） was 85.7% in NEW GIFT Nile tilapia, but 16.7% in the base strain. The frequency of SCAR marker Ⅱ （558 bp） was 91.4% in NEW GIFT Nile tilapia, but 0% 70% in the 7 other strains. In order to confirm the utility of these two markers, an examination was conducted for a wild population from Egypt, resulted the frequency of SCAR Ⅰ and Ⅱ was 10% and 70%, respectively, much lower than that of New GIFT strain. The increase in allele frequency of these two SCAR markers suggests that these markers might be genetically linked to the quantitative trait loci （QTL） underlining the performance traits by long term selection, and indicate the bright potential of SCAR marker technology for tracking generations during selection progress and for distinguishing among genetically improved strain and other strains.

摘要：InAs/GaSb type-II superlattce (T2SL) photodetector structures at the MWIR regime were grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The growth temperature and group-V soaking times were optimized with respect to interface and transport quality. Novel strain compensation schemes with insertion of InSb layers were proposed and tested to be efficient to tune the overall strain between tensile and compressive without degradation of interface and optical quality. The effect of the proposed methods is modeled by analytic functions.? Band structure calculations were also carried out for the proposed T2SL structures to assist optimizing sample designs. Single pixel photodiodes with a low dark current were demonstrated.

摘要：A technique for compensation of temperature effects in fiber grating sensors is reported. For strain sensors and other sensors related to strain such as electromagnetic sensors, a novel structure is designed, which uses two fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) as strain differential sensor and has temperature effects cancelled. Using this technique, the stress sensitivity has been amplified and gets up to 0.226 nm/N, the total variation in wavelength difference within the range of 3-45 °C is 0.03 nm, 1/14 of the uncompensated FBG. The structure can be used in the temperature-insensitive static strain measurement and minor-vibration measurement.

摘要：The distributed sensor is proven to be a powerful tool for civil structural and material process monitoring. Brillouin scattering in fiber can be used as point sensors or distributed sensors for measurement of temperature, strain, birefringence and vibration over centimeters （Brillouin grating length） for point sensor or the pulse length for the distributed sensor. Simultaneous strain and temperature measurement with a spatial resolution of 20 cm is demonstrated in a Panda fiber using Brillouin grating technique with the temperature accuracy and strain accuracy of 0.4 ℃ and 9 με. This technique can also be used for distributed birefringence measurement. For Brillouin optical time domain analysis （BOTDA）, we have developed a new technique to measure differential Brillouin gain instead of Brillouin gain itself. This technique allows high precision temperature and strain measurement over long sensing length with sub-meter spatial resolution： 50-cm spatial resolution for 50-km length, using return-to-zero coded optical pulses of BOTDA with the temperature resolution of 0.7 ℃, which is equivalent to strain accuracy of 12 με. For over 50-km sensing length, we proposed and demonstrated frequency-division-multiplexing （FDM） and time-division-multiplexing （TDM） based BOTDA technique for 75-km and 100-km sensing length without inline amplification within the sensing length. The spatial resolution of 2m （100km） and Brillouin frequency shift accuracy of 1.5 MHz have been obtained for TDM based BOTDA and 1-m resolution （75 km） with Brillouin frequency shift accuracy of 1 MHz using FDM based BOTDA. The civil structural health monitoring with BOTDA technique has been demonstrated.

摘要：生物强化SBR系统中苯胺降解菌Pseudomonas otitidis strain JY9在降解苯胺废水过程中发挥重要作用.本研究根据该菌株的邻苯二酚1,2双加氧酶（C12O）的基因序列,设计特异引物,扩增特异片段并克隆到PGM-T载体中,以此重组质粒为参照,系统活性污泥中提取的总DNA为模板,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法定量检测该菌在苯胺废水生物强化SBR系统中的丰度变化.同时应用高效液相色谱法检测系统中苯胺的残留.结果表明,苯胺初始浓度在200~500 mg·L-1范围内,苯胺降解率均达到96%以上.并且SBR反应系统活性污泥中每单位（mg）MLVSS的C12O基因拷贝数随苯胺浓度的升高而显著上升,最高拷贝数达到2.7×109个,表明该菌的数量随苯胺浓度的升高而显著上升.结果显示,在苯胺去除过程中Pseudomonas otitidis strain JY9的投加能够稳定活性污泥中的MLVSS,当含有高浓度苯胺废水系统运行稳定时,该降解菌逐渐成为活性污泥当中的优势菌.
