摘要：The idea of functionally gradient material (FGM) theory was used to design ceramic nozzle based on the erosion wear behaviors of the ceramic nozzles and the out- standing properties of FGM. The purpose is to reduce the tensile stress at the entry region of the nozzle during sand blasting processes. The design theory and methods of gradient ceramic nozzle were proposed. The physical, micromechanical, and composition distribution models of gradient ceramic nozzle were established. The optimum composition distribution of the gradient ceramic nozzle material was determined from the solution of the multi-objective optimization calculation by constructing the models of the composition distribution versus the structural in- tegrity of the compact in fabricating process. Results showed that compressive residual stresses appeared at the entry area of the gradient ceramic nozzle. The optimized component distribution exponent p is 0.5. An SiC/(W,Ti)C gradient ce- ramic nozzle material was synthesized by hot-pressing according to the design result. Results showed that the surface Vickers hardness of the FGM-1 gradient ceramic nozzle materials was greatly improved in comparison with that of the other layers.

摘要：In this paper we propose an analyzing of the response of a stress optical fiber sensor of which we proposed several design. We show that an optical fiber sensor with these designs can covenanting allow the measuring the force/stress applied to a mechanical structure or which it is linked, by optimizing the uses of appropriate materials for constituting the sensor support. The experiment that we introduce to validate our approach based in principles includes design with a support bearing a multimode optical fiber organized in such a way that the transmitted light is attenuated when the fiber-bending angle coming from stitching in holes of the support is modified by the effects of the force/stress applied to the optical fiber sensor realized in this way. The tests realized concern the most relevant parameters that define the performances of the stress sensor that we propose. We present the problems that we to solved for the optimization of the sensor for selecting the more efficient material for the optical fiber sensor support related to a relevant choice of optical fibers.

摘要：Alkali recovery aiming at recovering NaOH is the best available technology in China's pulp and paper industry;an alkali recovery boiler is a popular one among all alkali recovery units. For the purpose of designing the most reasonable tube-panel of an evaporator in a 1500 t/d alkali recovery boiler, a total of 8 kinds of cases are put forward for finite element analysis. The modeling, meshing and calculation are carried out for each case. The stress values and their distribution rules are revealed in this paper. The slotting size for the water tubes panel is analyzed by using the optimum design module of ANSYS. After all cases are compared with each other, the optimal one is developed and exemplified in conclusion.

摘要：The first acute myocardial infarction (MI) of an elderly male was determined through angiography to be due to an infarct of the circumflex artery. The angiogram also revealed chronic occlusion and diffuse disease of the left anterior descending artery (LAD). This had been compensated for by collateral circulation from the right coronary artery. Since the patient had no prior history of coronary artery disease, the chronic and collateralized disease of the LAD was presumed to be stable and this artery was not treated. Due to a history of aspirin intolerance a bare metal stent was implanted in the circumflex artery. Within hours after stenting the patient had a second acute MI. Despite no change in the angiogram, the EKG suggested that the LAD was the source of the second MI. Indeed, a drug-eluting stent implanted in the LAD resolved the patient’s signs and symptoms and he was discharged with a favorable outcome. The surprising second MI and the inconsistent stenting illustrate that when the unexpected occurs, there is no substitute for the judgment of a skilled clinician.

But due to the over high pressure, the experiment tends todestroy the cylinder and the cover to cause the failure of the sealing and the waste of the cylinder and water. Sothis paper is to analyze how to add the small combined cylinder within the product cylinder. The water is filled be-tween the small cylinder and the product cylinder and the pressure on the cover is reduced during the sealing ex-periment.

摘要：Gravity dams are solid concrete structures that maintain their stability against design loads from the geometric shape, mass and strength of the concrete. The purposes of dam construction may include navigation, flood damage reduction, hydroelectric power generation, fish and wildlife enhancement, water quality, water supply, and recreation. The design and evaluation of concrete gravity dam for earthquake loading must be based on appropriate criteria that reflect both the desired level of safety and the choice of the design and evaluation procedures. In Bangladesh, the entire country is divided into 3 seismic zones, depending upon the severity of the earthquake intensity. Thus, the main aim of this study is to design high concrete gravity dams based on the U.S.B.R. recommendations in seismic zone II of Bangladesh, for varying horizontal earthquake intensities from 0.10 g - 0.30 g with 0.05 g increment to take into account the uncertainty and severity of earthquake intensities and constant other design loads, and to analyze its stability and stress conditions using analytical 2D gravity method and finite element method. The results of the horizontal earthquake intensity perturbation suggest that the stabilizing moments are found to decrease significantly with the increment of horizontal earthquake intensity while dealing with the U.S.B.R. recommended initial dam section, indicating endanger to the dam stability, thus larger dam section is provided to increase the stabilizing moments and to make it safe against failure. The vertical, principal and shear stresses obtained using ANSYS 5.4 analyses are compared with those obtained using 2D gravity method and found less compares to 2D gravity method, except the principal stresses at the toe of the gravity dam for 0.10 g - 0.15 g. Although, it seems apparently that smaller dam section may be sufficient for stress analyses using ANSYS 5.4, it would not be possible to achieve the required factors of safety with smaller dam s

摘要：The structure and working principle of a kind of permanent-magnet adsorption tracked wall-climbing ro-bot used in ship was analyzed in this paper. The robot can complete vertical climbing wall function when perma-nent-magnet adsorption tracked was driven by ac servo motor. In order to improve the load capacity and obstaclesurmounting ability of robot, a new permanent-magnet auxiliary caster adsorption mechanism and driven wheelfloating mechanism were used for the design of structure. In thispaper, the mechanical state of the permanent-mag-netic adsorption tracked climbing mechanism was analyzed. Through the magnetic simulation and experimental a-nalysis of magnetic adsorption system, the adsorption unit structure and electric drive system parameters of thepermanent-magnet tracked wall-climbing robot were reasonably designed.
