摘要：The colorimetric method for real-time measurement of temperature field using ICCD as sensor was developed. In order to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity, the relationship between the ratio response of two-color images and radiant property of body, transmission property of filter, spectral response of ICCD is discussed. The analysis is based on computer calculation of the established mathematical model. On the basis of the analysis, optimum wavelengths are obtained for a given sensor system. Experimental work was carried out to check the correctness of the theoretical results. The method is useful for general purpose of study and design of the developed system.

摘要：A technique for compensation of temperature effects in fiber grating sensors is reported. For strain sensors and other sensors related to strain such as electromagnetic sensors, a novel structure is designed, which uses two fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) as strain differential sensor and has temperature effects cancelled. Using this technique, the stress sensitivity has been amplified and gets up to 0.226 nm/N, the total variation in wavelength difference within the range of 3-45 °C is 0.03 nm, 1/14 of the uncompensated FBG. The structure can be used in the temperature-insensitive static strain measurement and minor-vibration measurement.

摘要：A continuous semisolid extending extrusion （CSEP） method was proposed. temperature field and metal flow during continuous semisolid extending extrusion process of 6201 alloy tube were studied. During the process, the temperature in the roll-shoe cavity decreases gradually, and the isothermal lines of the alloy deviate from the shoe side to the work roll side in the roll–shoe gap. Metal flow velocity decreases gradually from the surface of the work roll to the surface of the shoe. In the extrusion mould, alloy temperature decreases gradually from the entrance to the exit and from the center to the sidewall of the mould. The extending cavity is radially filled with the alloy. The flow lines in the tube corresponding to the centers of the splitflow orifices and the welding gaps are dense, and the corresponding harness values are high; there are 8 transitional bands between them. In order to prepare 6201 alloy tubes with good surface quality, the pouring temperature from 750 ℃ to 780 ℃ was suggested.

摘要：Both bismuth and copper are non-toxic and earth-abundant elements suitable for lead-free halide perovskite-like photovoltaic devices. Here, we report a highly facile route for in-situ producing copper-bismuth-iodide(CuBiI4) thin films directly on ITO substrate at room temperature, by utilizing a Bi-Cu alloy layer as precursor. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) results verified the formation of well crystallized CuBiI4 thin films with [222] orientation. The transient photovoltage(TPV) analysis revealed that the CuBiI4 is an n-type semiconductor with a suitable band gap of ~1.81 eV, preferable to photoelectric conversion compared with CH3NH3PbI3. It is very interesting that the subsequent spin-coating process of the classical Spiro-MeOTAD organic solution with TBP and acetonitrile resulted in a dense and smooth CuBiI4:SpiroMeOTAD bulk-heterojunction film. The preliminarily fabricated simple sandwich structures of ITO/CuBiI4:Spiro-MeOTAD/Au hybrid solar cell devices displayed efficient photovoltaic performance with the PCE up to 1.119% of the best sample. The room temperature direct metal surface elemental reaction(DMSER) method may provide a new insight for all-inorganic lead free perovskite-like AaBbXx compounds and high performance photovoltaic devices.

摘要：This paper introduces the structure and principle of a surface-mount high-precision temperature compensation crystal oscillator,and specifically describes the reliability design of a quartz-crystal resonator used inside the surface-mount temperature compensation crystal oscillator,the reliability design of surface-mount ceramic base and the reliability design of hybrid ***,the thermal and mechanical simulation results and the experimental verification of this surface-mount temperature compensation crystal oscillator are provided,which prove that this crystal oscillator has high reliability.

摘要：The paper made a research on the fiber Bragg grating sensor demodulation system, which was based on virtual instrument labview and it developed a friendly upper monitor software. Based on the LM algorithm, the software realized rapid and accurate spectral data fitting, improving dynamic characteristics and measuring precision of the system. Depending on different fiber Bragg grating sensors, it can realize flexible calibration. It has the functions of collection, display and data storage, which can flexibly design alarm threshold according to the practical application. The fiber Bragg grating sensors can be identified by the software so that the distributed network, with large capacity optical fiber sensing, can be achieved.

摘要：In the industrial field, long running of the equipment easily leads local temperature of the equipment to rise. This is a security risk. For this problem, we have designed a set of remote wireless temperature monitoring system. Based on ZigBee technology, we have a remote wireless networking temperature monitoring of a lot of equipment scattered in various locations of factories and enterprises. The system uses infrared temperature sensor TS118-3 gathering temperature information. After a signal conditioning circuit, we use a wireless RF single-chip CC2530 wirelessly transmitting the temperature of the measured target to the receiving node. The receiving node uploads the data to a computer by *** software displays real-time temperature information.

摘要：The designing scheme for PIC24F-based miniature temperature recorder was summarized and MCU was introduced. The scheme included sensitive compo-nents, MCU （PIC24FJ128GA106）, as wel as the PC terminal for settings, col ec-tions and temperature read as wel as data processing. And the principle of design was introduced, including measurement module introduction, real-time clock and de-vice calibration section. This paper provided a theoretical basis for the application of PIC24F-based miniature temperature recorder.

摘要：[Objective] This study was conducted to perform harmless resourceful treatment to animal dung. [Method] With fresh cow dung, rabbit dung and bear dung as fermentation materials, the effects of different temperatures and initial pH values of materials on the biogas production process and biogas yield were investi- gated. [Result] The fermentation of cow dung, rabbit dung and bear dung all pro- duced biogas, and the biogas yield was in positive correlation with carbon-nitrogen ratio. The methane-producing bacteria were very sensitive to the initial pH of fer- mentation material. The adjustment of the temperature and initial pH of fermentation materials had no greater effect on the gas production cycle, but could change the gas production process and total biogas yield. [Conclusion] This study will provide a data basis for the production of biogas from the fermentation of animal dung.
