摘要：For processing parts made from medium carbon steel, toughness and flexibility are of importance. There- fore, to achieve these properties, the cementite in the steels is spheroidized through heat treatment. Different parameters such as the time and temperature of spheroidizing and the initial microstructure of the steel affect the amount of spheroidized cementite. In the present work, the percent of contribution of two parameters, i.e. initial microstructure and spheroidizing time, to the percent of spheroidization in CK60 steel was investigated using taguchi robust design. The initial microstructures consisted of martensite, coarse pearlite, fine pearlite and bainite and the chosen spheroidization times were 4, 8, 12, and 16h. Spheroidizing was done at the constant temperature 700℃. After spheroidizing was completed, the samples were prepared in order to observe their microstructure under an optical microscope and to determine the spheroidized percent using MIPTM （metallographic image processing） software. It was found that the spheroidizing time had the most influence （58.5 ~//0） on spheroidized percent and the initial microstructure only had a 31.1% contribution. Finally, the instantaneous growth rate of the carbide was also deduced.

摘要：结合taguchi稳健设计方法和柔性薄板零件装配偏差建模,提出了一种柔性薄板装配夹具稳健设计方法.通过对柔性薄板零件装配过程的分析,建立了反映装配质量与零件制造偏差、夹具定位偏差和夹具定位方案关系的装配偏差模型.利用taguchi方法进行夹具定位的稳健设计时,以夹具定位位置为设计参数,各零件制造偏差和夹具定位偏差为噪声参数,结合柔性薄板装配偏差建模方法提出了柔性薄板夹具稳健设计的信噪比计算方法,通过安排正交试验的内外表,分析各夹具定位方案下装配质量对各偏差源的稳健性,确定稳健的夹具方案.该方法通过一个简单柔性薄板装配得到了验证.

摘要：针对直下式LED平板灯厚度大、光源密度大的缺点,设计了一种带有圆锥台光学元件的超薄直下式LED平板灯,利用漫反射背板和反光圆锥台结构增加LED的混光距离,提高平板灯均匀度.应用划分单元的思想,以一个六角形光源为单元进行研究,采用taguchi实验方法设计正交试验组并借助Tracepro软件仿真;考量六角形光源的圆锥台元件上下表面半径、厚度、距LED高度以及LED间距5个因子对该灯具均匀度和光效率的影响,并运用ANOVA理论分析出因子对品质的影响程度,进而优化灯具的各项结构参量,最终设计出一款厚度仅15mm,均匀度达95.3%,光效率达92.97%的直下式LED平板灯.

摘要：将CAE技术与DOE技术相结合,可在较少的分析次数下自动获得优化工艺,从而改善注塑制品的质量。以一工业用注塑制品为例,采用taguchi DOE实验方法进行实验分析,研究了工艺参数对注塑制品体积收缩率变化和翘曲变形的影响,获得的优化工艺参数可使其体积收缩率变化和翘曲变形达到最小。结合CAE模拟分析结果,通过样件试制对优化的工艺参数进行了验证。

摘要：The present study deals with the effects of both tin (Sn) and graphite (Gr) powders on the cold extrudability of Fe-TiC nanocomposites as lubricant. The production process includes low-energy ball milling, powder metallurgy and cold direct Extrusion. Due to various factors influencing the extrudability of the Fe-TiC nanocomposites, such as milling time, rate of extrusion, type and content of lubricant and etc, taguchi robust design method of system optimization was used to determine the approximate contribution percent (% &#961) of each factor. In order to investigation of Fe-TiC properties, samples with best quality of extrusion were analyzed by XRD and SEM investigations. The results indicate that, sitting the atomic layers of Sn lubricant between Fe and TiC particles leads to decreasing the friction. In this case sliding the particles on each other is easier and a part of the load is applied on lubricant. The results of extrusion of samples indicate that using 2% Sn admixed and die wall graphite lubrication can improve cold extrudability of Fe-TiC nanocomposites.

摘要：This paper presents the taguchi Method, a statistical design modelling for experiments applied in environmental engineering. This method was applied to optimize the treatment conditions of polyester-resin effluent by means of Advanced Oxidative Processes (AOPs) using chemical oxygen demand (COD) as response parameter. The influence of each independent parameter including respective interactions was evaluated by taguchi Method, which allowed determining the most statistically significant variables and conditions to best fit the process. Results showed that taguchi Method is a very useful tool for environmental engineering field and possible simplifications of analysis and calculations through commercially available software.

摘要：In this investigation, the effect of formulation variables on the release properties of timed- release press-coated tablets was studied using the taguchi method of experimental design. Formulations were prepared based on taguchi orthogonal array design with different types of hydrophilic polymers (X1), varying hydrophilic polymer/ethyl cellulose ratio (X2), and addition of magnesium stearate (X3) as independent variables. The design was quantitatively evalu-ated by best fit mathematical model. The results from the statistical analysis revealed that factor X1, X3 and interaction factors between X1X2 and X1X3 were found to be significant on the re-sponse lag time (Y1), where as only factor X1 was found to be significant on the response percent drug release at 8 hrs (Y2). A numerical optimization technique by desirability function was used to optimize the response variables, each having a different target. Based on the re-sults of optimization study, HPC was identified as the most suitable hydrophilic polymer and incorporation of hydrophobic agent magnesium stearate, could significantly improve the lag time of the timed-release press-coated tablet.

摘要：In this study, control factors which included aspect ratio of fibres, volume fraction of fibres and fibres orientation were the focus for determining the optimum tensile strengths of coir fibres reinforced polyester resin composites. After using Archimedes principle to determine the volume fraction of fibres, tensile test was conducted on the samples of treated and untreated coir fibres reinforced polyester resin composites, respectively. For the optimum properties to be obtained, a Universal Testing Machine-TUE-C-100 was used for the conducted tensile tests which established the levels of control factors settings for quality characteristics needed to optimize the mechanical properties being investigated. Applying taguchi robust design technique for the greater-the-better, the highest signal-to-noise ratio (S/N ratio) for the quality characteristics being investigated was obtained employing Minitab 16 software. The optimum values of the control factors were established for treated coir fibres reinforced polyester resin composites and untreated coir fibres reinforced polyester resin composites. The treated coir fibres reinforced polyester matrix composite has the optimum tensile strength of 42.7 N/mm2 while the untreated coir fibres reinforced matrix composite has the optimum tensile strength of 21.9 N/mm2. The reinforcement combinations of control factors contribute greatly to the tensile properties, and the treated coir fibres reinforced polyester composites are stronger in tension than the untreated coir fibres reinforced polyester composites.

摘要：针对由永磁同步电机(PMSM)中磁钢与定子铁心之间相互作用而产生的齿槽转矩引起的电机振动与噪声、输出转矩波动、影响控制精度等问题,以一款48槽8极的PMSM为例,提出采用田口方法(taguchi)与基于Box-Behnken设计的响应面法(BBD)相结合的方式以抑制PMSM的齿槽转矩。为了提高计算效率,首先利用taguchi对齿槽转矩幅值相关的初选优化变量,即定子铁心槽口宽度、极弧系数、磁钢厚度、偏心距、磁钢充磁方式五个变量,安排了正交试验,并进行了最优目标变量的局部搜索以及对齿槽转矩影响比重较大的初选优化变量进行筛选,得到复选优化变量。其次,利用BBD对复选优化变量安排响应面试验,采用最小二乘法对响应面函数进行拟合回归,并对模型回归结果的有效性和拟合程度进行方差分析,最终利用BBD对最优目标变量进行全局搜索,得到最优解,抑制了PMSM的齿槽转矩幅值。研究结果表明,通过taguchi-BBD的方法,能有效抑制PMSM的齿槽转矩。

摘要：目的HPLC中药成分检测实验的系统优化设计。方法结合taguchi方法和ANOVA方法,兼顾色谱信号的最小变异和最优分离品质,寻找出影响HPLC实验过程较显著的因子,以及色谱条件的最佳化趋势。结果以感冒止咳糖浆中黄芩苷的检测为例,系统设计实验,确定流动相甲醇百分比为影响检测过程最显著的因子,并优选出最佳色谱条件趋势为柱温30℃,流速***-1,流动相甲醇百分比为45%;结论本法科学地设计实验和快速有效提升实验效率与品质,可作为优化HPLC中药成分检测条件的有效方法。
