摘要：This paper reports on part of the findings of a study that explores the perceptions of Chinese ELT stakeholders on native speakerist practices in *** related to this paper were collected through questionnaire surveys of 817 Chinese EFL students and 26 Chinese EFL teachers,of whom 26 students and 14 teachers attended follow-up *** analysis via a critical lens suggests that the majority of the participants uphold Inner Circle culture as the bedrock of English and the reference model of *** suggest the continuity of native speakerist ideology in China’s EFL *** studies are expected in view of the finding that an unneglectable proportion of the participants maintain a neutral stance on these issues.

摘要：This article reports part of the findings of an investigation into the attitudes of Chinese English as a foreign language(EFL)education students and teachers toward *** were collected through two sets of questionnaires from 976 students and 146 teachers engaged in College English(CE)programs at six Chinese *** analysis of data reveals that the participants as an entirety:(a)endorse native speaker(NS)teachers,NS English and pronunciation;(b)anticipate the localization of teaching approaches emanating from the English speaking West;and(c)expect English textbooks multicultural in *** was also found that teachers are more supportive of NS teachers and NS English while Inner Circle(Kachru,1985)teaching approaches and multicultural textbooks are more popular with *** these findings indicate the persistence of Native-speakerism in China’s EFL education as well as the ideological resistance from Chinese EFL education stakeholders.

摘要：The study is to explore the test anxiety of three university English teachers in their collaborative learning community when they do their visiting scholar *** research questions are about the representations of test anxiety of the college English teacher collaborative learning community as visiting scholars,and the interaction between anxiety and their collaborative *** main data collection includes deep interview,field observation,online chatting,*** research finds that at the three stages of their learning,the participant shows various representations of test anxiety from cognitive,affective and behavioral perspectives,and collaborative learning community facilitates the participant have better execution in learning,more pressure released and much cognitive enhancement *** contrast,lack of collaborative learning environment in her working university and the specific anxiety for marriage in female participant are two additional findings in the study,which may prove the positive effect of collaborative learning on anxiety from another point of view.

摘要：An enrolment projection model based on the Markov Chain is developed for Apostolic Faith Secondary School, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Six years of data (between 2008/2009-2013/2014 academic sessions) of student enrolment at the school were studied. The study reveals that the enrolments through various grades are not stable and orderly. The model is helpful for the school’s future planning in matters regarding secondary students’ enrolment.
