摘要：The construction of the TGP has proceeded smoothly since its commencement of construction in 1994 and the construction quality is good in general. The construction proceeds in accordance with the master project schedule in preliminary design approved by the central government and the investment can be controlled within the total budget of the preliminary design. The Changjiang Water Resources Commission, taking charge of the general design jobs of the TGP, has consistently paid attention to the project quality in the first place and carried out large amount of investigation, design and scientific research work. This paper makes an overall summarization and presentation on important technical issues in the design, such as dam, powerhouse structure, permanent ship locks, ship lift, project safety monitoring, main river closure and the 2nd stage cofferdam, mechanical and electric design etc., and put forwards a lot of suggestions about optimizing design schemes and measures for smoothing away construction difficulties in accordance with construction progress.

摘要：Through elaborating the macro policy of constructing new socialist countryside,this study took the renovated planning and design of Shangbao Caijia Village in Bajing Township,Gaoan City,Jiangxi Province for example,and investigated the approaches for the renovated planning and design of *** author put forward that the conceptions and approaches of renovated village planning in the construction of new countryside should be innovated,so as to explore a new countryside construction model which should not only adapt to the economic development level but also satisfy demands of *** core of such a modified-style renovated planning in Caijing Village lied in outstanding the local characteristics and designing according to actual circumstances.

摘要：With changing rural architectural environment as the focus of new rural construction, the paper had pointed out it was lack of researches on color planning of overall structures in new countryside. On this basis, by making use of relevant softwares, it had conducted color abstraction on current typical rural appearance; analyzed the color of rural nature, artificial environment and cultural environment in accordance with international standard of Natural Color System; and then concluded color context of rural appearance. It proposed that color control could be conducted on rural appearance from macroscopic, medium and microcosmic perspective by taking advantage of color planning in new rural appearance construction, so as to build a new rural color system, create modern new rural appearance reflecting regional characteristic and integrating with the natural environment, preserve artificial color of traditional ancient villages, coordinate colors in villages with architectures of different ages, finally realizing reshaping of Chinese people's spiritual hometown.

摘要：From the aspects of system configuration, integrated automation function and system design characteristics of substationdispatching automation system scheme design, this paper expounds the design content of substation dispatching automation system technical scheme design, clarifies the functions, control principles and control methods of automation system, and designs an advanced and practical substation integrated automation system. After the system is put into use, it can promote the stable, efficient and safe operation of the substation system, and provide technical reference for the design of similar automation systems.

摘要：施履吉是我国著名的细胞生物学家,中国科学院院士。他1917年10月出生于江苏仪征,1940年获浙江大学园艺系学士学位,1944年获浙江大学理科研究院硕士学位,1951年获美国哥伦比亚大学动物系哲学博士学位。施先生既长于理论思维,又有很强的动手能力,被誉为"难得一见的天才科学家"[1]。他非常爱国,可费尽周折于1955年回到国内后,却水土不服,没能充分发挥自己的才能。他的经历是值得深思的。1964年5月,施履吉先生创建了中国科学院北京生物学实验中心,担任该中心的研究员和负责人。该机构采取集中模式,与上海生物学实验中心的分散模式迥然不同。这是张劲夫等行政领导和施履吉等科学家为提升北京地区的生物学研究水平而采取的一个重要举措。可惜的是,在"文革"的冲击下,北京生物学实验中心很快即遭到撤销。虽然也培养了一些人才,也取得了一些成果,但总体来说,它未能充分发挥功能,没有达到设计时确定的目标。这方面有经验尤其是教训值得总结,供后来的类似工作借鉴。今年正值施履吉先生诞辰一百周年,《科学文化评论》编辑部、北京大学分子医学研究所和中国科学院生物物理所所史研究组特邀请到了施先生的旧识、原北京生物学实验中心的工作人员,于2017年7月3日在北京大学分子医学研究所联合召开了"施履吉和北京生物学实验中心"座谈会。会议谈论了施先生的个性、才能、经历,他在发展我国生物学实验技术方面的理念和实践。大家还共同回忆了北京生物学实验中心的发展历程、该中心主要工作人员后来的情况,并重点讨论了激励技术人员的方法。本文为根据此次座谈会的会议记录整理而成。

摘要：通过对当代汽车行业发展趋势的研究,并对公司新产品开发的现状进行分析,论述了工艺工程中保证整车DTS的重要性和必要性,并从管理及技术领域两方面成功构筑了尺寸业务展开的DTS保证体系。基于工艺工程的DTS保证体系的建立,为公司实现更快,更好地导入并投放新产品,提供了有力的保障。
