摘要：temperature is one of the physical quantifies through which quantitative evaluation of the safety and reliability of industrial products can be achieved, and this has been used widely in practice. Under any environmental condifion, regardless of the size of the object to be inspected, accurate and reliable measurement of temperature is of great practical importance. This review article presents a simple and direct method of temperature measurement, that can be applied to the local areas with difficulty in measuring the temperature by using normal thermometers. In the present article, two different application examples are demonstrated. One addresses the study of the electromigration of solders which are used as bonding metals in electronic devices （micro-structures）. The application of the method to the shaft of a motor used in heavy industrial fields is explained as the second.

摘要：Chinese Chang＇e lunar exploration project aims to collect and return subsurface lunar soil samples at a minimum penetration depth of 2 m in 2017. However, in contrast to those on the Earth, automated drilling and sampling missions on the Moon raise the risk of burning bits. Test-beds are required for testing the thermal properties of drill tools in a lunar environment. In this paper, a novel temperature measuring method based on thermocouples and a slip ring was proposed. Furthermore, a data acquisition system for a drilling process was designed. A vacuous, cryogenic, and anhydrous soil environment simulating the lunar surface was established. A drilling test-bed that can reach a depth of 2.2 m was developed. A control strategy based on online monitoring signals was proposed to improve the drilling performance. Vacuum and non-vacuum experiments were performed to test the temperature rising effect on drill tools. When compared with the non-vacuum experiment, the vacuum temperature rise resulted in a 12 ℃ increase. These experimental results provide significant support for Chinese lunar exploration missions.

摘要：A high precision, high antijamming multipoint infrared telemetry system was developed to measure the piston temperature in internal combustion engine. The temperature at the measuring point is converted into corresponding voltage signal by the thermo-couple first. Then after the V/F stage, the voltage signal is converted into the frequency signal to drive the infrared light-emitting diode to transmit infrared pulses. At the receiver end, a photosensitive audion receives the infrared pulses. After conversion, the voltage recorded by the receiver stands for the magnitude of temperature at the measuring point. Test results of the system indicate that the system is practical and the system can perform multipoint looping temperature measurements for the piston.

摘要：Taking a specific production process as an example, this paper introduces the design of multi slot and unequal temperature PID controller based on single chip microcomputer. The mathematical implementation method of PID algorithm and the design method of the hardware and software are discussed, The principle diagram of the hardware circuit implementing the control algorithm and the features of the software possessed are also presented.
