摘要：A prototype thick-GEM-based cooling storage ring external-target experiment(CEE) time projection chamber(TPC) is constructed and tested with the pulsed ultraviolet laser beams. The results indicate that the prototype TPC has a good performance in three-dimensional track resolution. In X direction the position resolution is about 0.2 mm, and in Y direction the position resolution is about 0.5 mm. The results also determine that the energy resolution is about 5.4%, which achieve the requirements of the CEE experiment and can be used to study the nuclear state equation and the quantum chromo dynamics.

摘要：An S-band cavity BPM is designed for a new injector in National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory. A re-entrant position cavity is tuned to the TM110 mode as position cavity. Cut-through waveguides are used as pickups to suppress the monopole signal. Theoretical resolution of this design is 31 nm. A prototype cavity BPM system is manufactured for off-line cold tests. The wire scanning method is used to calibrate the BPM and estimate the performance of the on-line BPM system. A cross-talk problem has been detected during the cold test. Racetrack cavity BPM design can be used to suppress the cross-talk. With the nonlinear effect being ignored, transform matrix can be used to correct cross-talk. Analysis of cold test results shows that the position resolution of prototype BPM is better than 3 μm.

摘要：A novel optical testing target(OTT) with three degrees of freedom(DOFs) is proposed for measuring the tracking performance of a photoelectric theodolite. The main components, such as the azimuth axis system, the pitching axis system, the linear motion system, and the simulated target generator, are designed. Furthermore, the linear module with the form of a large-span and low-stiffness cantilever beam is strengthened using an integrated optimization method. After the structure is strengthened, the 1 st-order natural frequency increases from 14 Hz to 32 Hz. Finally, a functional test is performed and the results show that compared with a traditional optical test target, the simulated target generated by the novel target is advantageous in practice.

摘要：There are many karst areas within Wuhan-Guangzhou route. Karst grouting is one of the main construction procedures of the sub-grade construction. Through construction art tests,construction principles,water and cementation ratio,grouting construction key points and quality check requirements were determined. Grouting quantity and pressure can be determined according to different geology conditions. Recommendations for quality problems such as bad practicability of grouting,unexpected dissipation of slurry,slurry belching,and overfeeding of slurry going to non-grouting area were proposed.

摘要：A design for an air-cooled test tube, with a series of modular and movable rings (cylindrical “crystallization comb”), installed in a laboratory crucible furnace is presented. The setup allows easy regulation simultaneous crystallization tests of a series of different crystallization rates in several columns (matrix) of test tubes, enabling fast studies of obtaining crystals. This low-budget, portable device (i.e. adjustable airstream with more simple control options), can also be applied in tube and chamber furnaces. The relations between the crystallization rate and parameters of air-cooled test tube are given and numerically analyzed.

摘要：A high power waveguide directional coupler was designed to measure the transmitted power and reflected power in the 4.6 GHz LHCD （lower hybrid current drive） launcher for the EAST tokamak. The design principle of the coupler is assessed. Further analysis is performed by CST （computer simulating test） and Ansoft HFSS （high frequency structure simulator） software and the optimal structural parameter is obtained. In addition, finite element code ANSYS is used to determine the temperature distribution in the coupler conductively cooled by forced water. The test results of a directional coupler manufactured according to the design are close to what is expected.

摘要：The synthetic making test has been widely used in evaluating the break ability of high-voltage circuit breaker. However, the test research and application are still inadequate, especially in the condition of rated voltage. According to the realistic conditions of test stations in China, a control device based on pre-arcing current detection and phase control is proposed in this paper. A sample of the control device made up of DSP TMS320LF2407A is fabricated, in which the CPLD MAX7064 is used to transmit signals for EMC design. It can be applied in full voltage synthetic making test at a level of 126kV/63kA. The test results show that, it is accurate to control the making phase of the applied voltage, whether the closing is demanded at voltage peak or zero.

摘要：Laminar flow design is one of the most effective ways to reduce the drag of a commercial aircraft by expanding the laminar flow region on the surface of the aircraft. As material science develops, the emergence of new materials such as low surface energy materials has offered new choices for laminar flow design of commercial aircraft. Different types of low surface energy micro-nano coatings are prepared to verify the effects on the boundary layer transition position and the drag of the airfoil through wind tunnel tests. The infrared thermal imaging technology is adopted for measuring the boundary layer transition, while the momentum integral approach is employed to measure the drag coefficient through a wake rake. Infrared thermal imaging results indicate that the coatings are capable of moving backward the boundary layer transition position at both a low velocity of Mach number 0.15 and a high velocity of Mach number 0.785. Results of the momentum integral approach demonstrate that the drag coefficients are reduced obviously within the cruising angle of attack range from 1° and 5° by introducing the low surface energy micro-nano coating technology.
