摘要：This paper is concerned with the optimal design of an obstacle located in the viscous and incompressible fluid which is driven by the steady-state Oseen equations with thermal effects. The structure of shape gradient of the cost functional is derived by applying the differentiability of a minimax formulation involving a Lagrange functional with a space parametrization technique. A gradient type algorithm is employed to the shape optimization problem. Numerical examples indicate that our theory is useful for practical purpose and the proposed algorithm is feasible.

摘要：Wireless power transfer via inductive link is becoming a popular choice as an alternate powering scheme for biomedical sensor electronics. Spiral printed circuit board (PCB) inductors are gaining attractions for wireless power transfer applications due to their various advantages over conventional inductors such as low-cost, batch fabrication, durability, manufacturability on flexible substrates, etc. In this work, design of a multi-spiral stacked solenoidal inductor for biomedical application in 13.56 MHz band is presented. Proposed stacking method enhances the inductance density of the inductor for a given area. This paper reports an optimization technique for design and implementation of the PCB inductors. The proposed scheme shows higher inductance and better figure-of-merit values compared to PCB inductors reported in literature, which are desirable for wireless power transfer system.

摘要：抗癌药物的靶向安全输送及远程无损控制释放是提高肿瘤治疗效率并降低毒副作用的前提,但挑战巨大.本文通过原子转移自由基聚合技术在单颗粒Cu7S4光热纳米粒子表面嫁接一层温敏高分子,从而设计了一种近红外光热控制智能纳米药物胶囊.该载药纳米胶囊具有较高的抗癌药物（阿霉素）负载能力（19.4%）和良好的光热转换效率（25.4%）,并具有合适的药物释放温度（38°C）.在正常生理条件下（37°C,pH 7.4）,10 h后仅有10.8%的阿霉素释放,但在808-nm近红外光的照射下,Cu7S4将光能转换成热,诱导温敏高分子快速收缩,从而导致所负载的阿霉素被挤出而释放,达到远程光控药物释放的目的.与此同时,Cu7S4的光热效应还可用于肿瘤的热疗,该复合纳米胶囊对癌症的化疗与热疗协同疗法将显著提高癌症治疗效果.

摘要：针对网格环境下导航地图数据的共享与管理问题,文章提出以多级分区空间索引目录结构为基础的对等导航服务网格体系结构:分析了对等导航服务网格平台实现的关键技术,并基于Globus Toolkit设计实现了对等导航应用服务网格实验平台,提供了全国范围的地图浏览、定位监控、路径分析等服务。实验结果表明该平台能为位置服务应用提供高效的服务。

摘要：【目的】trag(transfer gene G)是利用IVIAT(in vivo induced antigen technology)通量筛选鉴定的猪链球菌2型(Streptococcus suis type 2,SS2)感染相关因子,研究该基因在猪链球菌(Streptococcus suis,SS)中的分布情况,研究康复血清与免疫血清在免疫印迹中的反应性有无,间接证明其在体内感染与体外培养时表达差异。【方法】鉴于我国分离株trag与GenBank公布的SS2北美株89/1591的trag序列有95.8%的同源性,据此设计和合成一对检测引物,对SS2我国江苏及四川流行株、其他临床分离株和参考株及SS1、SS1/2、SS9、SS7及C群猪源链球菌共43株进行PCR扩增。另设计一对引物,扩增5株SS代表菌株trag的完整阅读框,并对扩增产物进行测序。据软件分析后,选择TRAG(transfer protein G)免疫原性良好的区域片段的核酸设计表达引物,PCR扩增后定向克隆至表达载体pET28a(+)构建表达质粒,表达蛋白转印到PVDF膜上,分别与SS2猪康复血清和猪高免血清反应。【结果】trag在SS2中94%(30/32)阳性,SS9中67%(4/6)阳性,SS7阳性,SS1、SS1/2及C群菌阴性。5株细菌TRAG的氨基酸序列与SS2中国株98HAH33、05ZYH33及北美株89/1591同源性>97%。所获得重组蛋白只能被康复血清识别。【结论】从SS致病株中检出感染相关基因trag,提示该基因可能与SS致病性有关,重组蛋白的免疫转印结果表明,TRAG可能与SS2体内感染相关。

摘要：This paper presents a comprehensive review of various traditional systems of crude oil distillation column design, modeling, simulation, optimization and control methods. Artificial neural network (ANN), fuzzy logic (FL) and genetic algorithm (GA) framework were chosen as the best methodologies for design, optimization and control of crude oil distillation column. It was discovered that many past researchers used rigorous simulations which led to convergence problems that were time consuming. The use of dynamic mathematical models was also challenging as these models were also time dependent. The proposed methodologies use back-propagation algorithm to replace the convergence problem using error minimal method.

摘要：设计基于DTU的强振记录终端,采用SOC系列C8051F015型单片机对MEMS加速度计的输出信号进行A/D转换,监测待测体所经受的强振加速度值,并通过DTU内嵌的GPRS无线网络通讯方式将数据发送到远程数据中心。该系统具有体积小,安装与操作方便,免维护等特性。
