摘要：An investigation into the effect of several novel well-designed guanidinium salt ionic liquids（GILs） on inhibitting tumor growth is described. The GILs which have longer alkyl chain（6-18 carbon atoms） exhibit the high cytotoxicity to Hela299, B16 and SMMC-7721 cells so as to inhibit their proliferation. The inhibitory effect of the most effective GILl2 is about 10-fold higher than that of MMC（a common chemotherapy drug in clinic）.

摘要：Lactic acidosis is a rare complication of malignancies and is seen more frequently in high grade lymphoma and leukemia. Although, its pathogenesis is not well understood, it remains a surrogate of poor prognosis. Herein, we present a case of Burkitt-like lymphoma presenting with metabolic abnormalities including lactic acidosis and hypoglycemia along with atrial tachycardia. We will discuss the different mechanisms involved in these metabolic disturbances and we will provide insight on novel therapeutic strategies based on our understanding of the underlying pathophysiology.

摘要：目的 观察罗格列酮对脓毒症大鼠急性肾损伤模型肿瘤坏死因子α（TNFα）的影响.方法 选用96只SD雄性大鼠,采用盲肠结扎穿刺术（CLP）制作脓毒症大鼠急性肾损伤模型,分为盲肠结扎穿刺加罗格列酮给药组（CLP＋ ROSI组）、盲肠结扎穿刺组（CLP组）、假手术加罗格列酮给药组（Sham＋ ROSI组）、假手术组（Sham组）,各组分别在术后0、6、12、24h各取6只大鼠采血,分离血清检测TNFα的浓度,观察和比较各组大鼠一般状态、血清肌酐水平及肾脏组织病理改变.对资料进行t检验中成组设计两样本均数的检验.结果 CLP组肌酐水平随时间的延长而逐渐升高,12、24 hCLP组与Sham组之间（P12=0.047,P24=0.001）、CLP＋ ROSI组与Sham＋ ROSI组之间（P12=0.033,P24=0.039）、CLP＋ ROSI组与CLP组之间（P12=0.04,P24 =0.006）血清肌酐浓度比较均有明显差异.6、12、24 hCLP组与Sham之间（P＜0.05）、CLP＋ ROSI组与Sham＋ ROSI组之间（P＜0.05）、CLP＋ROSI组与CLP组之间（P6=0.01,P12=0.02,P24 =0.01）血清TNFα浓度比较也均有明显差异.与Sham组和Sham＋ ROSI组相比,CLP＋ ROSI组、CLP组均出现大鼠脓毒症症状,以及器官功能障碍,而CLP＋ ROSI组的大鼠症状及器官功能障碍程度较CLP组减轻.结论 罗格列酮可以抑制TNFα的表达,减轻炎症反应,减轻肾脏损伤,改善了肾脏功能,对大鼠脓毒症急性肾损伤有保护作用.

摘要：放射治疗通常是根据患者的肿瘤分布情况,结合肿瘤具体的临床表现,如类型、期别及所在部位,放疗医生在CT定位片图像勾画出靶区--肿瘤靶区(gross tumor volume,GTV)、临床靶区(clinical target volume,CTV)和确定计划靶区(planning target volume,PTV)的范围,给出靶剂量与周围正常组织特别是危及器官的最大允许剂量等,并同物理师一起借助计划系统进行治疗计划设计.
