摘要：The discovery of graphene has triggered the explosive development of two-dimensional(2D) nanomaterials, including both inorganic and organic species. Benefiting from the simple elemental composition, inorganic 2D nanomaterials were the center research in the past decade, which has long shadowed the research of 2D organic(or soft) nanomaterials. Although many kinds of2D soft nanomaterials have been successfully prepared, a unified definition for them is still impossible due to the complicate and quite different chemical structures between each other and even relying on totally different techniques to distinguish them. Since our first review on 2D soft nanomaterials in 2015, this field has moved forward with big success. In this review, we will focus on the development of 2D soft nanomaterials after 2015. In order to deliver better overview of this field, new and comprehensive classification is used in this review: 2D aromatic molecules, graphene and graphene nanoribbons, graphyne and graphdiyne,BxCyNznanosheets, 2D polymers, 2D supramolecules, crystalline 2D assemblies, 2D covalent organic frameworks, 2D metalorganic frameworks, sandwich-like 2D porous polymers, 2D polymer nanosheets, etc. The focus of this review lies on synthetic strategies and the challenges of characterization, definition and fundamental understanding.

摘要：In this paper, we present a novel and efficient method for the design of a sharp, two dimensional (2D) wideband, circularly symmetric, FIR filter. First of all, a sharp one dimensional (1D) infinite precision FIR filter is designed using the Frequency Response Masking (FRM) technique. This filter is converted into a multiplier-less filter by representing it in the Canonic Signed Digit (CSD) space. The design of the FRM filter in the CSD space calls for the use of a discrete optimization technique. To this end, a new optimization approach is proposed using a modified Harmony Search Algorithm (HSA). HSA is modified in such a way that, in every exploitation and exploration phase, the candidate solutions turns out to be integers. The 1D FRM multiplier-less filter, is in turn transformed to the 2D equivalent using the recently proposed multiplier-less transformations namely, T1 and T2. These transformations are successful in generating circular contours even for wideband filters. Since multipliers are the most power consuming elements in a 2D filter, the multiplier-less realization calls for reduced power consumption as well as computation time. Significant reduction in the computational complexity and computation time are the highlights of our proposed design technique. Besides, the proposed discrete optimization using modified HSA can be used to solve optimization problems in other engineering disciplines, where the search space consists of integers.

摘要：A detailed design methodology of a micro-scale 2-DOF energy harvesting device that can harvest human motion energy of low frequency and wide bandwidth is developed. Based on the concept of the 2-DOF vibration absorber, device parameters are selected to harvest energy at low frequency of 1-10 Hz and wide bandwidth with ±20% of the mean frequency, which matches the human motion. The device dimensions are limited to 40 × 30 × 10 mm3 to fit with the human wrist size. Then, a finite element model is developed to investigate the system performance with the selected parameters. When subjected to harmonic excitation of 1 g, the proposed 2-DOF device is able to provide a power of at least 10 μW in between the two close resonant peaks of 4 Hz and 6 Hz, which is the target frequency range. The device shows very high power per square frequency compared with the reported harvesters.

摘要：《与贸易有关的知识产权协定》(简称TRIPS协定)是two法律框架中的一部重要的法律文件,其基本目的是加强对知识产权的有效保护,防止与知识产权有关的执法措施或程序变成合法的障碍,减少对国际贸易的扭曲。为了与TRIPS协定相衔接,我国在2001年对《著作权法》进行了修订,从整体上看,新《著作权法》与TRIPS协定的相关要求基本上是一致的,但在实用艺术作品的保护、民间文学艺术作品的保护、追续权的保护、进口权的保护等方面仍存在着一定的差距,对这些差距作一简单的分析,以便适时进行必要的调整,具有重要的现实意义。
