摘要：Deburring of high-precision components to their micrometer features without any damage is very important but of great difficulty as the burr-to-functionality size ratio increases. To this end, this paper proposes a new deburring method in which the micro burr should be directly removed based on ultraprecision cutting with the designed monocrystalline diamond tool. To determine the feasibility of the proposed method, this paper applies it for deburring of the precision working edge of the servo valve core. Firstly, the monocrystalline diamond tool is carefully designed by covering a variety of topics like rake angle,clearance angle, edge radius. Then, the finite element(FE) simulation was conducted to characterize the deburring performance during the removal of the micro burr produced by the single abrasive grinding. Finally, an innovative self-designed deburring system was introduced and the deburring process was evaluated in terms of cutting forces, temperatures, tool wear mechanisms and deburring quality of the working edges by experiments. The FE simulation results indicate the suitability of the proposed deburring method. Meanwhile, the experimental findings agree well with simulation results and show that ultraprecision cutting with the specialized monocrystalline diamond tool could be successfully used for deburring of servo valve core edge without any damage. This work can provide technical guidance for similar engineering applications, and thus brings an increase to the machining efficiency for the manufacture of precision components.

摘要：Considering generator rotor and valve by external disturbances for turbine regulating system, the nonlinear large disturbance attenuation controller and parameter updating law of turbine speed governor system are designed using backstepping method. The controller not only considers transmission line parameter uncer-tainty, and has attenuated the influences of large external disturbances on system output. The nonlinear con-troller does not have the sensitivity to the influences of external disturbances, but also has strong robustness for system parameters variation, which is because of the transmission line uncertainty being considered in internal disturbances. The simulation results show that the control effect of the large disturbance attenuation controller more advantages by comparing with the control performance of conventional nonlinear robust controller.

摘要：Aim: This paper discusses the design and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of a Percutaneous Aor-tic valve Stent. The aim of this study was to model a percutaneous aortic valve stent and subject it to finite element analysis. The design process was carried out to meet the functional and surgical requirements. Methods and Results: Analysis was done with different materials with loads ranging from 50 kgf/mm²to 73 kgf/mm². These forces were selected because these val-ues are far greater than the normal human blood pressure which ranges from 10kPa to 16kPa. It was also to understand the mechanical behavior of different stent materials under such high pressures. A stent model was generated and its physical, mechanical and behavioral properties were studied. Finite element analysis and simulation of the model enhanced the designer to optimize the geometry suitable for perform-ance during and after implantation. The design objective for the stent is to have long term du-rability, low thrombogenicity, resistance to mi-gration and paravalvular leak. Conclusion: The analysis performed in this paper may aid in understanding the stent’s tolerable pressures ranges in comparison with the physiological pressures exerted by the heart and cardiac blood flow during abnormal cardiovascular conditions.

摘要：Background: A recent survey of in-hospital reprocessing in Tanzanian hospitals identified bag-valve masks (BVM) as a commonly reused single-use device. In low- and middle-income countries (LMIC), in-hospital reprocessing supports neonatal resuscitation strategies by helping to maintain adequate supplies of BVM. However, there is a need for device-specific protocols defining reprocessing procedures and inspection criteria to overcome variations in reprocessing practices between hospitals. The purposes of this study were: 1) to complete a comprehensive design review and identify challenges to reprocessing BVMs;and 2) to investigate three different residual bioburden analysis methods for assessing the efficacy of decontaminating a disposable BVM. Methods: New, unused bag-valve-masks were contaminated with Staphylococcus epidermidis and Artificial Mucus Soil to simulate the worst case soiling conditions. Devices underwent one of five disinfection protocols, including one currently used in a LMIC hospital. Three analytical (two quantitative and one qualitative) methods were selected to evaluate residual bioburden on the device following decontamination. Results: Of all protocols tested, only the positive control and the Soap and Bleach protocols met disinfection targets. Most cleaning outcomes were consistent from trial to trial for each protocol. However, cleaning outcomes varied greatly for the Alcohol Wipe protocol. For the residual bioburden analyses, the two quantitative methods produced similar results, but the qualitative measurement exhibited increased variability. Conclusion: While this study revealed positive disinfection outcomes for the Tanzanian hospital decontamination protocol, more studies are required to support these findings. Design features of the BVM mask presented challenges to cleaning and drying during different decontamination protocols, as seen in the variability in the Alcohol Wipe protocol performance. 摘要：Cylinder valves are the most important parts of a reciprocating compressor; their working condition affects the safety and operation of the reciprocating compressor directly. In initial design, it is dedicated to simulate the behaviour of a reciprocating compressor and peorformance of cylinder valves. For hydrogen application, it is considering carefully the real operating conditions both from the dynamic point of view and taking care of the effective condi- tions of the gas purity. The dynamic aspects of the design are related to the mechanical behaviour and to the conse- quent fatigue. The mathematical models are able to determine the ring displacement and the flow and pressure drop of the gas. Instruments are available for on-line monitoring of the reciprocating compressor. The various parts have to be repaired in time in case they have abrupt problems during the operating period. By detail design and maintenance, saving the quantities of spare parts, the reciprocating compressor of the plant can be running smoothly. Actually, the cylinder valves can be used nearly three years.
