摘要：villages historically have been founded around agriculture but farm land has greatly changed, mainly in the areas of the centralised conception of agriculture from the 1950s. Original parcelling, homestead composition and functional layouts have stopped being useful for current village inhabitants. The Czech Republic is an example of an area where this problem has appeared. According to the Czech Statistical Office, the number of inhabitants working in agriculture is now only 1%. Therefore, we need to concentrate on the village historic centre： the possibilities of restructuring and the definition of its potential and possibilities for new development. The internal resources of the village mentioned in this paper refer to the buildings, structures and land of the village centre core. The case studies worked out by the students of architecture in the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University in Prague from the 1990s were used for the research. Comparing designs can define these basic approaches to the new historic centre＇s use： a spatial solution--urban （non-invasive and invasive） and architectonical （reconstruction, traditional form with modern detail or completely modern design） and a functional solution. The research shown in the original historic village core offers enough opportunities for new usages and non-agricultural functions which are suitable for this area.

摘要：Through elaborating the macro policy of constructing new socialist countryside,this study took the renovated planning and design of Shangbao Caijia village in Bajing Township,Gaoan City,Jiangxi Province for example,and investigated the approaches for the renovated planning and design of *** author put forward that the conceptions and approaches of renovated village planning in the construction of new countryside should be innovated,so as to explore a new countryside construction model which should not only adapt to the economic development level but also satisfy demands of *** core of such a modified-style renovated planning in Caijing village lied in outstanding the local characteristics and designing according to actual circumstances.

摘要：Based on the custom of stone bridge and village, by categorizing and interpreting the relationship between Lufeng Bridge （鲁封桥） and Luqiao village （鲁桥村） in Southern Shandong Province, China, this paper focuses on discussing the dynamic of rural society change in China and the practice of village life world. It provides detailed materials of field research about folk life of stone bridge and village in North China. Here village life world not only includes the folk integration of their everyday life, but also covers local villagers cognitive attitude towards village, such as village history, legend, belief, ritual, clan and other everyday life styles. Expounding and reconstructing of village life world, shows the essential meanings and categories of bridge folklore, it also demonstrates the consequence of shifting connection between stone bridge and village life. Firstly, the crucial context of understanding village life world is still promising. Secondly, folklore fieldwork is an significant part to comprehend the connotation of village life world.

摘要：The planning and design of Qingzhong Loquat Sightseeing Park in Jinting Township, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City was taken for an example, industrial development, advantages and disadvantages of the study area were analyzed. Design concepts and techniques of"One Brand for One village"for Qingzhong Loquat Sightseeing Park were introduced from the perspectives of project orientation, planning concepts, functional division, scenic spot design, infrastructure planning and so on. Six ancient relics and three grotesque trees were introduced to expound the planning scheme of typical landscapes. Finally, the architectural control planning from the perspectives of height and style was stressed. The planning scheme broke common restraints of other similar parks, such as poor infrastructure and disordered garden constructions, proposed the planning concept of"building a modern eco-agricultural sightseeing fruit park mainly for production but also integrating functions of tourism, ecological picking, recreation and entertainment", providing a basis for building "One Brand for One village" and realizing the high-efficiency scale-development of agriculture.
