摘要：The development and characteristic of agricultural sustainability indicators system （Sis）, at home and abroad, was reviewed. It was pointed out that the existing domestic methods of sustainability evaluation can not be accepted by foreign scholars, and their scientific basis is inadequate. The experience and shortcomings of the previous studies on the indicators selection and evaluation methods were analyzed, also with the significance for practice. Finally, a new SIs for agriculture development evaluation was proposed, together with the corresponding calculation and evaluation methods. The farmer development index indicator was proposed to embody the viewpoint that the development of people is the ultimate aim; the dynamic weight calculation method was designed to reflect the various significance of the different indicators when their values were changing; and new indicators integrate methods were also explored.

摘要：针对农业面源污染研究与防控对基础数据信息的需求,以东北地区为例,建立了农业面源污染基础信息数据库。该数据库可以实现农业面源污染基础信息的收集、存储和信息共享,为东北地区农业面源污染的研究和污染防治提供基础数据信息的支持与管理。根据规范设计方法,通过需求分析、概念设计、逻辑设计、物理设计、实现与测试、运行维护6个阶段建立了数据库。数据内容包括种植业、畜禽业、农村生活、自然地理、水文水质、气象监测、社会经济、点源污染、参数数据。该数据库的实现基于Microsoft Excel(Excel)、Microsoft Access(Access)和Microsoft Visual Studio 2010(VS 2010)等3个软件的支持。其中,Excel用于数据的输入和修改,Access用于数据库文件的生成和连接数据源与界面,VS 2010实现了数据库界面的设计与实现。

摘要：By taking the Agricultural Greenhouse Park in Songjiang District,Tianjin City for an example,the construction principles of this park were introduced,such as "ecological","economic","landscaping","satisfying functional demands","popularization of science" and "organic combination of emotions and plants".The park was divided into 4 parts:"New Agricultural Technology","Vegetable Tree","Southland Orchard" and "Vegetable Bar".Landscape layouts,design schemes and plant furnishings in each garden were respectively *** of the greenhouse park such as popularization of science,recreation and entertainment were highlighted as well as its characteristics of "combining artificial landscapes and hi-new agriculture,integrating art and agriculture",so as to provide practical references for the future planning and design of such parks.

摘要：The research studied opportunities and potential threats confronted by agricultural sustainable development, laying foundation for optimization of agricultural structure, transformation of agricultural development mode, and accomplishment of agricultural modernization. On basis of development target, development theory and route of the 13^th Five-year Plan, the research analysis the opportunities and potential threats of Yunnan agriculture and proposed policy suggestions on sustainable development of agriculture from the perspectives of ecological and competitive advantage, as well as sustainable development division in order to provide references for scientific formulation and decision-making of relevant regional planning.
