摘要：Two series of N-pyridylpyrazolecarboxamide derivatives were designed and synthesized by introducing D-alanine acid esters and D-serine acid esters into the skelecton of chlorantraniliprole. The obtained structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, elemental analysis and specific optical rotation analysis. Preliminary bioas-says indicated that some compounds displayed excellent insecticidal activities against Mythimna separate and Plutella xylostella in comparison with chlorantraniliprole. In particular, IIq showed excellent insecticidal activity against Plutella xylostella with a mortality rate of 90% at 0.01 mg·L^-1. A 3D-QSAR （CoMSIA） study was per- formed in order to disclose the insecticidal structure-activity relationship and indicate the future work. The CoMS1A study demonstrated that large substitutes and electron deficient groups at the 3-position of pyrazole ring are favora- ble, the same as a small group near the ester groups of amino acid.

摘要：Five novel compounds composed of etoposide and 5-fluorouracil derivatives joined by an ester linkage were prepared and evaluated for their antitumor potential. Most of these analogues have exhibited promising in vitro cytotoxic activity against cell cultures of murine leukaemia P-388 and human lung carcinoma A-549. The results presented herein challenged the long-standing structure-activity relationships, which proposed that a free 4＇-hydroxyl group is essential structural requirement for etoposide-like activity. And in addition, the 4＇-position was suggested to tolerate chemical modifications such as esterification. The preliminary testing results also indicated that the design and synthesis of these compounds were beneficial for therapeutic values of etoposide.

摘要：[Objective] This study was to determine the effect of green biological feeds that little affected natural environment on fish attraction activities with the aim to explore new research direction for the recreational fishing area. [Method] The ef- fective constituents of live natural foods, including chironomid larvae, earthworm, mussels, winkles, were separated by using soaking solution extraction and centrifu- gal extraction. The extracted live foods were used to attract the carp, young cru- cian, and fishes of 100-150 days old and over 1 year old, respectively. The feed nutrition formulation of the added food attractants was designed and applied to feed- ing in the aquaculture farm. The test results were practised in bait study to conduct field fishing test and collect the data. [Results] Compared with the control group, feeding with live foods had significantly improved the growth rates of fishes at dif- ferent ages, and greatly reduced food coefficients. [Conclusion] The feeds made from live food addictives had excellent attraction ability, which not only reduced the negative effects on natural environment but also made the aquaculture mode more organic and greener.
