摘要：A high-speed fringe projection profilometry employing defocused binary fringe is presented to record the 3-D sign language, including gesture and mouth movement, to help people learn the sign language. It employs a number of advanced approaches, such as fringes binarization and defocus method, high precision phase calculation based on the phase-shifting method and the three pitches heterodyne unwrapping(TPHU) method, and how to combine multiple binary fringes into a 24-bit fringe. Experiments have shown that the proposed system can acquire and display high-quality 3 D gesture and mouth movement at a speed of 500 frames per second.

摘要：binary cooperative complementary materials,consisting of two components with entirely opposite physiochemical properties at the nanoscale, are presented as a novel principle for the design and construct of functional materials. By summarizing recent achievement in materials science, it can be found that the cooperative interaction distance between the pair of complementary property must be comparable with the scale of related physical or chemical parameter. When the binary components are in the cooperative distance, the cooperation between these building blocks becomes dominant and endows the macroscopic materials with unique properties and advanced functionalities that cannot be achieved by either of building blocks.

摘要：以江苏省盐城市为调查对象,运用SP和RP相结合的调查方法,设计调查方案并采集分析数据;基于binary logistic建立公共自行车出行选择模型,探讨公共自行车使用者的潜在动机和非使用者的阻碍因素。结果表明:年龄、是否拥有私家车、政策决策支持、步行至站点距离太远和基础设施条件5个因素影响公共自行车的出行选择,其中政策决策支持和步行至站点距离太远是影响三线城市有桩公共自行车选择的主要因素。

Algorithm solving combinatorial problem of optimal design based on binary partitioning, a parametric search and dynamic programming optimization of a binary tree is described and demonstrated in numeric example.

摘要：This paper describes a new BDD(binary Decision Diagram) that use SCOAP value for its path. Based on analysis of BDD and input variables, variable ordering and reducing algorithms for BDD operation that are constructed by circuits description of netlist are proposed. Further, several bench nark circuits are shown to verify the efficient methods.

摘要：视频图像火灾探测技术因其探测效率高、响应速度快等优点而被广泛应用,但普通摄像机无法拍摄零照度(黑暗)甚至低照度环境下的烟雾图像。而火灾发生时往往先产生烟雾,若能实现火灾早期的烟气探测将有利于预防火灾规模的扩大和人员财产的损失。利用红外摄像机结合红外发射灯来成像以完成对火灾的探测,具体探测过程为:首先利用中值滤波去除原始灰度图像中的噪声;其次利用三帧差分法提取烟雾前景;然后通过Local binary Patterns与灰度共生矩阵分别获取烟雾纹理的局部和统计特征;最后将烟雾纹理特征输入Fisher分类器以识别烟雾与非烟雾(如水汽、飞尘等),并及时发出报警信号。设计有无环境风和人为干扰环境下的烟雾与水汽试验,利用烟雾运动的不规则性与扩散性、图像的Gabor特征、LBP尺度验证所用纹理特征。结果表明,从分类正确率和响应时间看,在低照度环境下所用纹理特征优于其他烟雾特征法。另外,通过调节相机与火源之间的距离,可得到应用于实际工程的红外摄像机最佳安装距离。

摘要：为解决包过滤防火墙规则数目不断增加导致的存储空间膨胀和过滤速度降低的问题,提出一种基于有序二叉决策图与线性列表的混合结构(OBDD-LIST)的批处理包过滤防火墙算法.首先依据规则各域的特征属性对规则筛选分类,并使用位级别压缩的方式重新设计防火墙的规则库;然后基于连续传入的数据包包头信息具有相似性的特征,利用有序二叉决策图无冗余、无回溯的优势,采用批处理的思想过滤数据包;最后,通过开源软件Class Bench生成的高仿真数据包进行了仿真实验,证明本文算法在存储空间、匹配速率上具有较大的优势,有效提高了防火墙的性能.

摘要：根据以往我国城市绿色交通的调查结论,设计调查问卷,调查之后进行分析。运用Logit回归模型,建立一个专门针对二元因变量的binary Logit模型,得出以下结论:收入水平、交通拥堵状况、对小汽车的态度和低碳环保意识4个变量因为统计检验不显著而未能进入最终模型。同时,油价、停车费、居所附近的直达公交线路、居所附近的轨道交通、公共交通乘坐舒适度、工作日平均出行距离与居民绿色出行方式的选择具有显著相关关系。

摘要：Web服务技术主要解决异构平台应用系统的集成和互操作问题。作为标准Web服务技术使用的消息协议,SOAP协议现在应用得越来越广泛。但是,SOAP的结构化标记复杂,其数据封装机制会导致数据量明显增大。所以,当系统采用Web服务技术实现大规模的数据交换时,SOAP协议的先天缺陷会使Web服务的实际性能下降很多。文章基于中央广播电视大学远程开放教育教务管理系统,提出一种轻量级跨平台通信传输架构。并在此架构基础上,实现了非持久同步和持久异步两种数据交换解决方案。
