摘要：Background People recently realized that it is important for artificial vascular biodegradable graft to bionically mimic the functions of the native vessel. In order to overcome the high risk of thrombosis and keep the patency in the clinical small-diameter vascular graft （SDVG） transplantation, a double-layer bionic scaffold, which can offer anticoagulation and mechanical strength simultaneously, was designed and fabricated via electrospinning technique. Methods Heparin-conjugated polycaprolactone （hPCL） and polyurethane （PU）-collagen type I composite was used as the inner and outer layers, respectively. The porosity and the burst pressure of SDVG were evaluated. Its biocompatibility was demonstrated by the 3-（4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazol）-2,5-diphenyl-2H tetrazolium bromide （MTT） test in vitro and subcutaneous implants in vivo respectively. The grafts of diameter 2.5 mm and length 4.0 cm were implanted to replace the femoral artery in Beagle dog model. Then, angiography was performed in the Beagle dogs to investigate the patency and aneurysm of grafts at 2, 4, and 8 weeks post-transplantation. After angiography, the patent grafts were explanted for histological analysis. Results The double-layer bionic SDVG meet the clinical mechanical demand. Its good biocompatibility was proven by cytotoxicity experiment （the cell＇s relative growth rates （RGR） of PU-collagen outer layer were 102.8%, 109.2% and 103.5%, while the RGR of hPCL inner layer were 99.0%, 100.0% and 98.0%, on days 1, 3, and 5, respectively） and the subdermal implants experiment in the Beagle dog. Arteriography showed that all the implanted SDVGs were patent without any aneurismal dilatation or obvious anastomotic stenosis at the 2nd, 4th, and 8th week after the operation, except one SDVG that failed at the 2nd week. 摘要：The paper designed a bionic woven tracheal stent and the stent was a multi-layer tubular structure with a transverse ***( PDO) monofilament and β-hydroxybutyrate and β-hydroxyvalerate copolymers/polylactic( PHBV/PLA) multifilament were chosen as the tissue engineering tracheal stent materials,and chitosan was chosen as the coating material. This study selected appropriate basic fabric structures and prepared the tracheal stent by setting reasonable weaving parameters,then treated the sample with coating and heat setting. Radical compression performances of the horizontal pipeline and longitudinal pipeline of this tracheal stent were investigated,and the experimental results showed that the stent had good performance on radial supporting force and elastic recovery,which meant it could supply adequate supports for cell growth and tissue regeneration of tracheal lesions; the horizontal pipeline could provide a good experimental foundation for reconstruction of the cartilage ring.

摘要：A structural bionic design process is systematically presented for lightweight mechanical structures. By mimicking biological excellent structural principles, the stiffening ribs of a machining table and a moving column were redesigned for better load-bearing efficiency. Finite element method（FEM） simulation and model experiments were carried out for performance verification, which showed the increase of structural static and dynamic performance. Structural bionic offers a new solution to change conventional structures for high specific stiffness.

摘要：The human skin has the ability to sense tactile touch and a great range of ***,in prosthetic or robotic systems,it is necessary to prepare pressure sensors with high sensitivity in a wide measurement range to provide human-like tactile ***,we developed a flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor that is highly sensitive in a broad pressure range by using lotus leaf micropatterned polydimethylsiloxane and multilayer *** superposing four layers of micropatterned constructive substrates,the multilayer piezoresistive pressure sensor achieves a broad pressure range of 312 kPa,a high sensitivity of 2.525 kPa^(−1),a low limit of detection(LOD)of<12 Pa,and a fast response time of 45 *** with the traditional flexible pressure sensor,the pressure range of this sensor can be increased by at least an order of *** flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor also shows high robustness:after testing for at least 1000 cycles,it shows no sign of *** importantly,these sensors can be potentially applied in various human motion detection scenarios,including tiny pulse monitoring,throat vibration detection,and large under-feet pressure *** proposed fabrication strategy may guide the design of other kinds of multifunctional sensors to improve the detection performance.

摘要：The laser scribing of polyimide(PI, Kapton) film is a new, simple and effective method for graphene preparation. Moreover,the superhydrophobic surface modification can undoubtedly widen the application fields of graphene. Herein, inspired by the hydrophobic and self-cleaning properties of natural Oxalis corniculata Linn. leaves, we propose a novel bionic manufacturing method for superhydrophobic laser-induced graphene(LIG). By tailoring the geometric parameters(size, roughness and height/area ratio) and chemical composition, the three-dimensional(3D) multistage LIG, i.e., with micro-jigsaw-like and porous structure, can deliver a static water contact angle(WCA) of 153.5° ± 0.6°, a water sliding angle(WSA) of 2.5° ±0.5°, and great superhydrophobic stability lasting for 100 days(WCAs ≈ 150°). This outstanding water repellency is achieved by the secondary structure of jigsaw-like LIG, a porous morphology that traps air layers at the solid–liquid interface. The robust self-cleaning and anti-stick functions of 3D bionic and multistage LIG are demonstrated to confirm its great potential in wearable electronics.
